Truly natural hiking, so complicated under foot, but easily worth it but anyone with medical issues really needs to be aware. An early start meant avoiding the max heat. Nice to be away from crowds, uncluttered and looking out for goats on the horizon when I could look away from my feet. Great small group tour, exactly the right size.

Hiked the yellow route with a good guide. Would recommend an early start, the park tends to get overrun later in the day

We had an amazing hike and highly recommend it. It is a moderate hike and very rocky- we had sturdy hiking shoes. The landscape is otherworldly and amazing. We saw so many Andalusian mountain goats- it was fun looking for them. Leaving at 8 in the morning meant we had the place to ourselves for most of the hike- great plus!

Hike was fantastic! Easy trip from Malaga, our tour guide was knowledgeable and gave us a lot of neat information, he went at the group’s pace. It was a good day spent out hiking and learning.

I’d never seen a landscape this before. It was really interesting. The hike itself was a great work out as well as you have to pick your way through the rocks in the path and there are some good inclines as well. The view at the top is really spectacular. You are really high up. Our leader, Alphonso, was very knowledgeable and pointed out mountain goats that we wouldn’t have spotted without him. He also showed us a maple tree that was really interesting as we are Canadian and it looked similar but very different from the maple trees in Canada. It is much cooler and windier there than in Malaga so dress in layers because in the sheltered areas it is quite warm. I highly recommend this tour! Catherine

Brilliant hiking tour of Torcal de Antequera with Alfonso. We are a family of four w two kids aged 9 and 12. The whole family absolutely loved the experience. It was great to get out of the city and see the surrounding mountains of the region. Alfonso was very knowledgable and also great with the kids. We loved seeing vultures and mountain goats. My 9 year old said it was the best hike he’s ever done - high praise! Highly recommended.

This was a great excursion with Alfredo our guide. The one hour drive each way is beautiful. The hike was perfect. We saw lots of Wildlife, mainly wild goats and even some wild boars! Alfredo was a good guide explaining so much about the landscape and how things formed there. We also liked the small group of 8 people.

Fantastic escape from the city! A half day tour with great people from all around the world and amazing tour guide Alfonso😊 The tour exceeded my expectations! The level is for beginners so everyone can enjoy this picturesque views! It actually took my breath away when i saw it! Never seen such nature before. I can definitely recommend this tour! 10/10✨️

This was a great tour to see something totally unique to this region. The guide was knowledgable and engaged in conversations, the pace was quite slow, and it is not too difficult of a cardio work out (my 65 year old father was able to keep up with the group just fine). The path is quite rocky and there are a few up and down hill sections on uneven terrain, so this could be tough for a person who is not stable on their feet / has balance issues. The tour will be cancelled if it is raining or other inclimate weather, because the paths become dangerous. The views were AMAZING!

A great morning getaway from city exploring in Malaga. We'd just come off a hiking trip as well and Torcal de Antequerra was a beautiful place to visit and get some more hiking in. Well paced and led by Alfonso who explained the geological history of the park and pointed out various formations.

This hike with Alfonso through this beautiful, bizarre landscape is one of the best memories of our trip to Málaga. Alfonso is a very nice, sociable, thoughtful and open-minded guy, who has a lot of interesting things to share, but also shows interest in the participants. Since the group consists of a maximum of 8 people, there is a nice personal atmosphere, you can ask questions and have a talk. I was totally impressed by the beautiful nature - I did not know that the area around Málaga is so beautiful! I can only recommend this hike to everybody.

El Torcal de Antequera is now my preferred place on earth. It's such a magnificient landscape that you will not believe it. Wonderful experience. Alfonso is the best guide in Malaga. He explains everything so we all understand.

Alfonso is a dedicated and energetic guide! Just watch out to mention Barcelona - that is a sensitive topic. But it is so for all spanish people, I reckon.

The entire trip was absolutely wonderful. The rock formations were so unique and fascinating and the views from the top were gorgeous! That trip was actually my most memorable and favorite part of my time in Spain. I highly recommend it. Alphonso was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable. And had a fun sense of humor. It was a great day. And I also got some needed exercise!

Pick-up in Malaga was easy, and Alfonso was a great guide throughout the hike! I was traveling alone (there were three solo travelers on the tour), and he helped us all feel comfortable. The region is stunningly beautiful, and he made sure that we saw all the fossils, goats, and unique formations. It was a highlight of my trip to Andalusia!

Alfonso is very knowledgeable about this unique area, thus I've not only enjoyed the magnificent nature and breathtaking views but also learned a lot about the formation of El Torcal. This was a beautiful and rich experience! Not only do you get to visit an astonishing place where nature shines your eyes and runs clear air through your nose but you meet Alfonso who is an absolute amazing person and guide!
