One day in Tokyo and we were able to squeeze in many of the most popular tourist attractions. The sky tree, tsukiji Fish market, Meijer Shrine, Takeshi Street, the Scramble, Hatchi statue and more. Our driver dropped off and picked up at very convenient locations. A great day.

We had VIP service with Richard, our English driver! A week or so prior to our trip, he reached out to suggest an itinerary while also finding out our must-see requests for Tokyo. He suggested an earlier start to beat the crowds at the Senso-ji Temple, and also suggested we get timed tickets for Tokyo Skytree after the Temple. All good time-saving advice! We were picked up at The New Otani Hotel Main in a luxury sedan for our party of 3 adults, with bottles of water for each of us. We were dropped off and picked up at every itinerary stop in comfort, connecting by text when we were ready for pick-up. It was no problem when we asked for a late lunch stop around Shibuya Crossing. At the Meiji Shrine, he even walked us in to make sure we did not lose our way in the park. Richard also gave us a post-Tokyo hello because we were both at Mt. Fuji on tours at the same time so we shared Mt. Fuji photos! We would highly recommend Richard and his team.

This was an amazing way to experience Tokyo. After two days of navigating the train system and getting lost, my husband and I decided to book a private tour, and we were thrilled with the decision. We were picked up directly from our hotel and warmly welcomed by Oriol. He took the time to inquire about our previous experiences and adjust the itinerary accordingly. Oriol was incredibly kind and informative, ensuring that we checked off all the must-see spots on our list. Additionally, he provided us with a map highlighting our destinations for the following day and followed up to address any questions we had. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience to friends and plan to do it again on our next trip to Japan. It was worth every penny.

Rich was a wonderful friendly guide, he was punctual for pickup, smart in appearance & extremely knowledgable. Whilst away from the vehicle we could always make contact with him should we need to. We saw everything on our personalised itinerary plus more, we were not rushed in anyway. It was definitely value for money, worth every penny Can highly recommend Rich.

This was the perfect way to start our holiday in Japan! On arrival into Tokyo, myself and my family were overwhelmed (amazed just as much) by the size and complexity of this world city. Due to this, we opted to kick-start our time with this particular guided tour of the city! Our tour included multiple must-see sites across Tokyo and was done so in an order which was tailored not only to our own specific interests, but the local traffic as well. All of this was coordinated by our incredible driver Moshie who was extremely knowledgeable, informative and above all friendly and whose attention to detail made the day wonderful and eased our initial apprehension regarding the complexity of Tokyo! We cannot recommend this experience highly enough, and if you’re fortunate to have Moshie as your driver you will be raving about your time as I am now!!!

We enjoyed very much our 2 days of guided tours with Oriole Esteve. He was so informative, polite and found all the places we were interested in. Pristine vehicles and he and Campari were fabulous drivers. We can't say enough about Tokyo Grand Tours. We would use them again for sure.

Our guides Richard and Oriol knowledgeable, exceptional, funny and amazing to make both days memorable by visiting key sites and blossoming locations in Tokyo.

Such a memorable private tour of my beloved city Tokyo. Blessed with beautiful spring weather, we visited some of the most remarkable sites of the city during the renown cherry blossom time of year, which made everything particularly special. We were picked up at the hotel and drove around in total comfort and relax, also being able to have some delicious sushi for lunch. Great driving skills also that helped making the trip even more comfortable. I totally recommend the experience.

Richard, our chauffeur, went above and beyond to make sure we’ll have an amazing time. He puts effort to get to know us and what kind of activities we enjoy and customized our day based on our interest. He even suggested places we can check via train on our own time, as we are spending multiple days in tokyo. He drives safely, was very patient, always on time and was reliable. His car is clean and has comfortable seats. The free wifi and water in the car were very convenient. As it was our first time in tokyo, I really appreciate how he would tell us what to expect before dropping us off at every tourist spots he took us.

The tour was exceptional because of our guide, Rich who was professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. He made the trip fun and enjoyable, even for a 12-year-old. The pickup was on time at our hotel and the van was very clean inside and out. The drive was comfortable, and the itinerary was extensive and inclusive. The driving tour allowed us to see a lot of tourists locations quickly and comfortably. Having a guide with local knowledge was very helpful.

Super easy to travel to the various sites. Our driver was very accommodating and had good suggestions for places to visit and tailored it to our wants. He also had good suggestions for restaurants and kept the kids interests in mind. Also gave a good history of the city.
