The whole experience was amazing! We started off with the morning market where we “shopped” for groceries, and we got to see how the real Thai local market operates. We then walked to the new cooking school, and we started off with cooking the Tom Yum. After the Tom Yum, we ate and then cooked the Pad Thai, followed by Green Curry and ended the meal off with mango sticky rice. Really thankful for Cho’s guidance, patience and enthusiasm! Would highly recommend this class to anybody.

We had a wonderful morning visiting the local markets for ingredients and then cooking up a 4 course meal. Cho is a great, friendly and entertaining teacher and the school facilities lovely. The dishes we cooked were authentic and delicious. If you do the morning course, do not eat before you go!

Excellent experience. Efficiently run class with a tour of the local market and a 4-course classic Thai menu for hands-on cooking experience. We started the class by walking to a local market to explore what was on offer and to buy some ingredients for the cooking class. We then headed back to the cooking school - which is a nice, pleasant and clean space (looks new!). It also was a space that provided us with a nice air conditioned respite from the sweltering heat outside. Our instructor Chó was the perfect blend of giving us good, clear instructions and demonstrations to follow while at the same time keeping the tone funny and friendly. She and the staff were very efficient and well organized and it felt we fully optimized the 4-hours we had. The dishes were prepped well, and we cooked and sampled our cooking in batches. The instructor let us each do our own cooking while keeping an eye out for any course corrections along the way. I was pleasantly surprised as to how well the dishes turned out to be - a testimony to the instructor and her approach. During the class we learnt a few tricks of the trade to file away for later use, along with a recipe book that we got to take with us for future reference. All in all, a very nice experience and worth taking a half day to do an experience like this away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Highly recommended to check it out!

It was first time attending such an experience and I must admit exceeded my expectations. My friend recommended me Tingly cooking class and I couldn’t choose a better place to be. Morning shift started with good vibes and introduction about next steps. We started with morning groceries in the market and coffee, which I loved. Once we started the cooking process, Chon (our chef) explained everything into details and helped with the flow of the 4 dishes we prepared. She is very professional and she loves what she does. Overall, I had an amazing experience and super delicious thai food. Pad thai and mango sticky rice were my fav dishes. On top of that, at the end of the class they offered as a souvenir: chopsticks and a lil book with all thai recipes. Highly recommended!

Wow - this was my favourite day in Bangkok. Tingly Thai took us though the market to purchase fresh produce, fruits and herbs to go back to their cooking school to make 4 delicious dishes. I was so impressed with how easy the class was, and there were people with all different experience levels in the kitchen. My only regret was not doing a second class!

Such an awesome outing. The market tour is nice and concise, a really great intro into Thailand markets! The cooking is well structured and really easy to follow. The instructor (Song) was so fantastic, friendly and energetic! Awesome course all round!

The morning market tour was very exciting and it was super interesting to get to know the thai kitchen directly in bangkok. We enjoyed the group and the energetic teacher, it was so fun! Me and my sister had a great time! Thank you for the experience😊

It was my first cooking class ever, but ended up being the Highlight of my Bangkok stay. The class was fun, entertaining and didn't require any prior cooking experience. I've especially loved our teacher's energy and sense of humour. I can't recommend this enough!

A fantastic morning, walking around the market to get the ingredients and then on to the class. A professional and fun experience, preparing and cooking the dishes.

This experience was brilliant!! We went around the market with Cho then back to the stylish cookery school to learn how to make 4 courses! Cho was a fantastic teacher and the background staff quickly cleaned and set up for the next course whilst we sat eating and enjoying what we had created -this is so well organised as a 3 hour experience and I thank the team for a great time!!

I can't imagine a better cooking class! It went like clockwork as we each had a plate with all the ingredients, while the expert explained how to do things and what each ingredient added. We were able to make things non spicy, if we wanted. While we ate each dish, her crew cleaned and set up the next plates for our next course. My favorites were Pad Thai with shrimp, Mango sticky rice, and curry with chicken. They even gave us a recipe booklet at the end. We got there late, due to our taxi driver, so we missed some of the market shopping, but the cooking and eating was wonderful!

I've joined a class in the morning of February 9 with my family. I had a very informative and fun time with them. Thank you for your careful consideration for the children.

Loved this cooking class! Definitely go for the 8.30 class so you can also do the market tour. The cooking space is bright and airy and very well organized. The food was delicious and really well taught. Bring your appetite! Four courses is a lot of food. I can't wait to try these recipes at home. I highly recommend Tingly Thai if you're visiting Bangkok.

The Tingley Thai cooking school was so much fun! Our instructor Cho, was excellent. She was very organized and provided clear instructions, so everything flowed seamlessly. Cho also had a fun sense of humor, which kept the experience entertaining. The recipes were delicious. Everything about this class was well thought out and well executed. This was one of the highlights of our visit to Bangkok!
