I’m gonna be honest, I made a huge mistake and booked my entire bachelorette party for a tour on the wrong day and (obviously) we missed it. After a brief moment of panic, I called Shawna and she, the owner, and Josh turned my panic into magic. The stars luckily aligned and they hooked us UP. Josh was so knowledgeable of the area and the wildlife, got us some amazing pictures, and it’s a day we will all remember and cherish forever. My wife and I had an awesome eco swim kayak tour! Julia was an awesome guide! Everyone at Paddles Outdoor Rentals was great! The kayaking, and the swim in Three Sisters Springs, were both super cool! We highly recommend going with Paddles Outdoor Rentals for your manatee tour. You won't regret it!

Eli was hands-on and friendly. Very easy going and informative. All of the staff were super friendly, helpful, and attentive to safety and fun! My daughter and I had so much fun and would definitely do this again on the next trip to FL!

We loved our kayak and manatee swim tour! Jess was an excellent guide and so patient with our 8 and 4 year olds. We went at 8:30AM and saw so many manatees including lots of babies! Highly recommend!

Paddle outdoor rentals is a great company. The stuff is so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time. Our guide Josh was great. A Local guy very knowledgeable. Josh was so friendly answered everyone’s questions. He even gave us recommendations of restaurants in the area. The whole experience was great. We also bought the picture package. Highly recommended. The pictures Josh took was incredible.

Josh was my tour guide on a very cold day. He was helpful and knowledgeable and made sure I saw lots of wildlife beyond the amazing manatees. He also recommended a visit to the nature preserve/hospital on the way back which was also above expectations. Would definitely recommend this company

The weather was beautiful as well as the springs. It was so fun kayaking and then jumping into the refreshing water. I was bummed that there were no Manatees, but overall, it was a lot of fun

Our tour guide, Kate, was wonderful. The check in process was efficient and professional. The staff is positive & courteous (which is difficult to find nowadays). They thought of everything! Waterproof iPhone pouches, last minute drinks. Instructional videos… it is a very organized company. I was impressed. The photo package was definitely worth it, Kate took photos & videos that I never could have captured! My only complaint has nothing to do with the company, we wish we had seen more manatees.

We loved the kayaking and swimming in the springs. We saw manatees from the kayak in the river, mother and baby, and the guide took great pictures of the entire trip that we could purchase and take home with us. Swimming in the springs was a once in a lifetime experience, everyone in our group agreed on that, they were so clear and blue. Our guide Laura was excellent, very helpful and informative, pointing out wildlife and taking great pictures. She was with us every step of the way, helped us with docking the kayaks and the logistics. They also provided a pool noodle for swimming which was a nice touch, since the springs were pretty deep. The only tip I would give is that manatees are more visible December to March, so I would recommend going then.

Easy to rent. Take the boat was well organised. We had a twin it was really comfortable. Fantastic paddle to the three sisters spring. Swam around with the snorkels we had ordered with the kayak. Spent about an hour in the spring then paddled back accompanied part of the lay by a manatee. Fantastic day

The springs were beautiful and Kennedy, our guide, was so nice and informative. We had a great time kayaking and swimming.

We did the same eco tour/swim as a family of four and chose to use paddle boards. The whole experience was great. Laura, our guide, was wonderful and happy to tell me all about the local wildlife! The springs were beautiful and the perfect way to cool down before making the trip back. I was able to buy a cute and fairly priced quick dry tshirt in their gift shop as an ideal souvenir.
