Juan was an excellent guide. Patient with the newbies and gave a lot of great information. So much fun and a great way to spend a day in the water and to see the views of the island from the water! Definitely recommend!

We had a great time with our tour guides Juan and Guillermo (apologies if the spelling is incorrect). They were very informative and had great recommendations for food and other activities we may be interested in. The views of the island from the jet ski was top notch. Definitely recommend going on this tour.

My wife and I each went out on our own jet ski…she was apprehensive initially but the guides patiently reassured her and guided her through a great time. Definitely a Key West must do

We had a great time!! The guides were very attentive and helpful!! The only issue we had was check in process. We signed up for the tour 2 to 3 weeks in advance. We were also sent our confirmations at that time. However, the night before the tour we were emailed an additional set of waivers that clearly could have been sent with our confirmations. Then, the day of the tour, we were sent a notice of having to take a MANDATORY safety class at an expense of $9.95 each. This too should have been sent in advance. As a result, we were 10 to 15 minutes late starting the tour. Thankfully, the tour was great and we kinda forgot about the experience before the tour.

Absolutely incredible time! Two 50+ yo women and our 17 year old son…we ALL had a blast (which is not easily done!) The BB team (Mike) had exceptional customer service and Tyler who took us out had a perfect balance of fun, exploration and safety. None of us have ever Jet Ski’d before but we will most definitely be back through Barefoot Bills. Took a 4 hour boat tour on one of their pontoons as well earlier in the week which was also great!! You just cannot beat it if you’re in Key West!

All of the employees were great from start to finish. The tour was incredible. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I'd caution that this isn't a "tour" where you get a bunch of information about landmarks and history, but its a guided tour to the rec area and back. It was fun & fast paced (for the experienced), but also self-paced for the ones that felt more comfortable at lower speeds.

This was so AMAZING! Jeff was very knowledgeable and funny! My wife and I went out and had an AMAZING TIME, she rode with me and it was some of the funnest we had on our trip!

My wife and 2 daughters booked jet ski tours through Barefoot Billy's. Jeff and Tyler were our guides. About 5 minutes into the ride my youngest daughter started to panic so Tyler stayed back with us while Jeff continued on with the rest of the group. Tyler took us to a sandbar in hopes my daughter would get used to the jet skis but she was still scared so he took my wife and daughter back, then took me and my other daughter out on basically a private ride. He was fantastic! He led us to a group of dolphins and had us going full throttle the whole way. Tyler helped make what could have been a bad experience, a great one! I highly recommend Barefoot Billy's. Ask for Jeff and Tyler!

Our Favorite thing to do in KW! My husband and I have been traveling down from Broward county FL for the past 18 years and this tour is the BEST. (we've prob done this exact tour more than 8 times!) Billy is so good to his staff and you can see how much the staff and tour guides love their job! It is a fast & thrilling ride that has a couple of stops to learn a few things about KW and there is open ride time on the gulf side of the island for any of the double riders who want to swap and drive around too. It gets rough on the Atlantic side and becomes an awesome adventure on the ride back to shore!

We had an amazing tour around the Island with captain Steve. Full of fun, pleasure and speed!! We highly recommend this to everybody who is visiting Key West.

Place was located in a resort that was very nice with a beach and restaurant. Outside shower and towels provided. Dakota was our tour guide and very good at his job. Wear sunscreen, bring your own water camera or they’ll take pictures and have them ready at the end of tour that cost extra money. And remember to bring cash to tip , these people work hard to make us enjoy our vacations ❤️

The tour was awesome. Jetskiing around Key West was so much fun. Beyond that, Barefoot Billy's was very accommodating by letting my mom (who has some health issues) get a refund when we showed up and she was hesitant to ride on a windy day. Then, my 19-year-old sister started the tour and after two minutes realized it was too intense so she joined me. The tour guide was patient and helpful with this. Overall, amazing experience. Much better jetski experience than what Fury offers in their six-hour water adventure package (we did that too, it was also fun, but Barefoot Billy's was better and had a much nicer team). I highly suggest this if you love jetskiing and want a cool and interesting vantage point of Key West. Don't expect a ton of history/geology/culture from the tour portion, as it was mostly "Here are good places to eat/drink." The experience was more about the ride and the views.
