The food tour was the highlight of our trip. It was amazing to try foods from Chinatown and Little Italy. Patrick was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was so knowledgeable about the history of the area and told the history truthfully. The food options were incredible, we definitely noted down some spots to return to later. I would definitely recommend a tour Ahoy if you’re visiting the area.

This food tour was excellent!! Lily was such a professional and engaging host and really took time to explain the history of the neighbourhoods we visited. The food was also amazing, I found it very difficult to pick a favourite (I went with the duck). If you are looking for something fun but also looking to find some hidden gems of NYC then this is the tour for you. I would give it 6 stars if I could!

Stop what you're doing and book this tour - seriously no need for exhausting further research! Lily was an incredible guide boasting her vast historical knowledge of Chinatown and Little Italy. We learned so much and the food was delicious! Lily did a great job of seamlessly accommodating a gluten free allergy as well! We left so full that we even debated cancelling our dinner reservation. The only change we wish we had made was having our tour at the beginning of our trip rather than the end so that we may have experienced some of the recommendations made by Lily and the Ahoy team. This experience was one of the best parts of our trip.

The food and drink pairing was perfect. The history and cultural information was very interesting. Liz was SO very good: friendly, fun & personable. I was in a party of three (One young adult and two older) and we all loved it! One of us was even a New Yorker and said she would do the tour again with other out-of-towners.

I took our admins on this tour for Administrative Professional's Day, as a thank-you outing. All I can say is that our experience was seamless, delicious, and educational. Patrick guided our tour and was so enthusiastic, patient, and kind. We had a fantastic time!

We started out in Chinatown getting a history along the way. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and kept our interest answering our questions. I purchased some tasty jasmine tea and had a flavorful semi sweet green bread. Also had tasty duck with jasmine rice. We made our way over to Little Italy with amazing restaurants along the way. I really enjoyed the food, especially the dumplings and duck in Chinatown and the various cheeses and olives, eggplant and wine we had in Little Italy. My cannoli was also wonderful! I will definitely come back to both of these places for a visit with my family.

Our guide Valerie was great. She had a lot of historical knowledge, but was also very personable. The variety of tastings was really good and rather filling. It was a fun way to explore Little Italy & Chinatown.

Lily was a great ambassador for NYC. We have been on several foodie tours and this one stands out. She was organized, entertaining and very in tune with the group. The food was very good.. the guide was great! Her historical knowledge really added to the day.

We had an amazing time. Our tour guide, Patrick, was super knowledgeable about the history of the area and made the tour fun. He even. Are sure we all got to know each other and he took the time to talk to each individual throughout the tour with genuine interest (even our 15 yr old daughters). We had two guests on the tour that had done the tour before and felt it was well worth going again. They said there were different stops and more detail with Patrick. Thanks for the fun afternoon.
