I recently experienced the YOLO Manila Sightseeing by Night tour, and it was phenomenal! Seana and Genesis, our guides, were amazing storytellers and brought the city’s history and culture to life. Their extensive knowledge and genuine passion for Philippines were evident in every story they shared. They didn't just stick to the script but generously included personal anecdotes that offered a deeper insight into the local lifestyle and traditions. Their enthusiasm and humour was infectious, making the tour both informative and incredibly enjoyable. The tour covered many iconic sights - Paco Park cemetery, Fort Santiago, Intramuros, China Town - beautifully illuminated at night, offering a unique perspective of the city. Seana and Genesis ensured we were comfortable and entertained throughout, making it a memorable and enriching experience. The heartbreaking but important stories from WWII were particularly poignant. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore Manila in a truly special way.

We did the nighttime Manila tour with Eddy which was great fun! Eddy was very informative and positive, tailoring the tour for our benefit and communicating well regarding pickup times/location. Red was also a prudent driver who drive courteously and carefully. Would recommend this tour

We had a great experience on our tour with Eddie! He was very informative regarding Philippine history. Just be sure to wear comfortable shoes as there’s going to be a lot of walking in this tour! Highly recommend!

We attended a private tour of Manilla's Old Town, New Town in the evening. Our tour guide Eddie was a fountain of knowledge in regards to Filipino history and was patient with the constant questions we had. Our tour combined some walking and short car trips (thanks Red for the skilled driving) to iconic locations and sites.  Eddie was wonderful as he recounted events and gave explanations to all our queries. He was knowledgeable, friendly, funny and extremely patient.  We thoroughly enjoyed the tour.   The dinner venue was average, this, however should have no reflection on Eddie or YOLO tours. Thanks Eddie and Red. So much interesting history in a four and half hour tour.

We left our hotel at 6pm as specified by the tour operator which meant almost an hour was spent getting to Fort Santiago thru crazy traffic. Our guide was nice and polite but it would have been good to get some type of explanation of where we were or the history of the city or something since the ride was so long. When we arrived we were advised to quickly take a picture of the Manila Cathedral in the distance as it would turn off its lights before we got there - which it did. The Fort was interesting, but after that we visited the outside of the Cathedral (dimly lit), then drove quickly through China town and then were driven back to our hotel. SO while it was good to see the city esp the Fort at night and safely, the tour was expensive for what we actually got.

My husband and I have been active Viator customers since 2013. Yet, this was the least enjoyable tour we have ever booked. Contributing factors: pick-up 1.5 hrs late, they provided an excuse of a “flat-tire” yet there was no evidence, no remorse of their tardiness, no effort to rectify the situation. The 2 of 3 guides were silly, lacked professionalism, constantly photo-bombing us. One major stop of the tour was Binondo. It was less than satisfactory - guides claimed it was unsafe to go further. After the second stop, 1 guide even FELL ASLEEP while the other 2 guides stopped narrating completely. It was dead silent. This tour was supposed to end by 10pm. We returned to our hotel at 11:30pm with no time to eat dinner. We were too tired, disappointed, and dissatisfied. This was supposed to be the highlight to end our trip to Manila. It was far from it. If there was ANY DOUBT that hosting a tour the night before Chinese New Year, then the tour should have been canceled. We would have understood.

We had a nice evening on this tour. The city lights were so pretty at night. Our guide, Jian, was friendly and pleasant to be with. We only had one night in Manila and booked the tour last minute because of a flight layover. It was a nice evening and we were able to get a feel of the city.

Our tour was great we learnt a lot about the Phillipines that we weren’t aware of. The tour operators Sean and Rhed were wonderful and attentive even purchasing water for us when we had no cash! Thank you for a lovely time.

We have so much fun with this trip, me and my fiancé have a good time to take a break on his last day in the Philippines. I don’t usually go out and make travel but on this trip we learned a lot from our guide (Seana/Sean) about historical places. Thank you so much ate for assisting us!!

We really enjoyed this tour of historic Manila! The city is beautiful with a rich and tumultuous history. Seana was a great tour guide; she was very knowledge with a nice personality.

Everything about this tour was fantastic. Our driver, Pedro picked us up one-time and was very safe navigating the streets of Manila at night. Our guides, Sean and Miya were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Sometimes tours can be boring but not with this group. We sang, danced and laughed a lot. My friends, who were visiting from the U.S., said it was one of the best tours they had been on. I will highly recommend this tour to anyone that asks.

Seeing historical sites at night with a driver and a guide allowed us to learn a lot and travel comfortably. Ian was a very knowledgeable guide and John delivered us safely. Door to door service is very convenient. We were fortunate because I had accidentally booked the wrong date, but the correct date had openings on the tour so they graciously allowed us to switch.

It's a wonderful service, from being picked up and dropped off to our hotel room and exploring the historical sites of Manila. Seeing the city at night gave us another perspective especially this time of year in celebration of Christmas. Louie our guide was very knowledgeable, he communicated with us prior to pick up and he answered any questions we had during the tour. Highly recommend.

It was a very informative and pleasant tour. Our guide, Sean, was extremely well read and could fluently and evocatively bring that particular period of history to life. She made sure we covered all the promised locations at a gentle and comfortable pace, extremely suitable to us, senior citizens. She was very receptive to our many questions and responded comprehensively. She closed the tour with a visit to the Night market. We are certainly glad we chose this tour, and extremely fortunate that we got Sean as our guide. Our driver, Malon, was an expert at negotiating the notorious Manila traffic.

Our guide Mark and driver were excellent. The historical part of the tour was amazing and something we could not have done by ourselves.Marc has so much knowledge.the market part of the tour felt a little uncomfortable as you don t feel totally safe and have to keep yr eyes peeled for pick pockets and beggars so to buy a bit of food from market or drink becomes quite difficult while hanging onto yr bag very carefully. You could definately not do this on yr own.my only suggestion to Improve this tour for the money you pay would be for operator to make some sort of agreement with a little eatery that allows the tour to have a seat somewhere to eat the food they buy .the entries to fort etc are cheap so most of the money paid goes to company and to pay driver and guide . A little comfort stop to eat a snack would go a long way even if we buy it so it does not come out of the 4200 pesos we each pay.we stopped in intramuros the day before and had a meal for 150 pesos which included ice tea. Its would definately round the tour off and make you feel more value. Mark was excellent and our bus driver very safe .
