I will start out by saying my group had a very nice time walking around Galveston and hearing some cool stories. Galveston has got such an interesting past and it is perfect for a ghost tour. The tour itself was okay. It leaned heavily on history to illustrate the ghost stories which we actually liked a lot. It was just that the delivery from the tour guide wasn’t the greatest. Whether it was lack of excitement from the tour guide or they just didn’t know the content (spent a lot of time referencing notes……and while I appreciate the accuracy and I could have accepted a few times of reading from notes to check a date….after so many times, it felt like they weren’t the expert we were paying for and some of it should have been memorized instead of read from a piece of paper). That being said, we enjoyed our time learning about haunted Galveston!

My friend and I (both females) waited for an hour, on the designated street corner in an unfamiliar city, but our guide never showed up. I contacted customer service and was told the guide was running late, which was understandable because of a huge biker rally in town, so we waited for an additional 20 minutes. I called customer service again, but it was after hours and I had to leave a message saying we were leaving and I was expecting a refund. By the time we got a few blocks down the street, the refund was already issued, so that was a huge relief! I am very sad we didn’t get to enjoy the tour, but thankful that we stayed safe and the refund was swift. Also please note that the Galveston TX meeting point address was very confusing for us and our Uber driver, as it didn’t match anything in the Uber map system.

I don’t remember our guides name (female) she was super welcoming and very knowledgeable. Would definitely do again with the family!

Abby was amazing ! Very knowledgeable about Galveston, spent time answering questions. We’ll be definitely coming back to check the other tours.

Fascinating history.Loved viewing the architecture of the old buildings. Our guide was delightful and very accominating related to slowing down, picture taking etc. And of course, the ghosts!!!

Our guide, Stephanie, was great. Seems to enjoy her job and was very knowledgeable about the history of Galveston. Worth the trip even if you don't believe in the paranormal.

Fun tour of the strand in Galveston. We really enjoyed the history of the island. The tragedy and ghost stories were also interesting, and sad. Our guide did a good job.

Me and my husband took this tour, we love learning about the paranormal. This was our first ghost tour and let me just say it was amazing! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the island and even talked to us about the area of Galveston that we were staying! I never realized how much history the island had! Definitely recommend this tour! We also think we caught a ghost in the first picture!

Tour was fantastic! Lots and lots of history! Stephanie really knows her stuff and was able to keep everyone in our group wanting to hear more! Would definitely recommend this tour to people of any age!

Tour guide was awesome! Great history and spooky (not gross) stories. Very tastefully done and respectful of those who passed away In previous tragedies. Family friendly and felt safe in that area the whole time—not worried about crime. I even got several pics of unexplained images after I reviewed them at home!!!

Our guide was very knowledgeable in the history of the entire Galveston area. She was able to answer any questions we had & give personal accounts.

Stephanie is awesome! We were on a sister's trip celebrating extreme loss and stress. We had 3 family members pass, one was a sister named Stephanie, who was supposed to go on our sister's trip. So when she said her name was Stephanie, it was like our sister was with us. And the tour guide really knew her history and knew her way around and she was also able to roll with any challenges that came up. She was really nice and we had a great time.

My family loved this walking tour! My 15 yo daughter & 11 yo son even loved the history. The stories were told in a captivating and interesting way with some spooky tales woven in. The total 90 minute tour included about 3000 steps or 1.5 miles of walking. Street parking was available and very easy at our meeting spot.

Extremely informative and interesting. All kinds of history, great photo opportunities. We got a picture of a child apparition! Pretty crazy!

We did the tour with Donna! She was very knowledgeable about Galveston and its history. She made the tour fun. We had a great time and would recommend it.

I loved the whole tour. I learned things about Galveston that I had never heard before. The alley where the prostitutes were buried was chilling. Abby was a great guide!

Our tour guide was Donna and she was AWESOME! Not only showed us numerous haunted buildings and stories of the hauntings, but also gave us vast information of the history of Galveston. Was a truly fun and enjoyable experience and had a great personality and sense of humor.

What fun. Halloween weekend and the ghosts in Galveston. The information provided was so interesting. Maybe I believe in ghosts now. The tour is just the right amount of walking and allowed exposure to some fun parts of the city. We were lucky enough to get festival music and a parade as lagniappe.
