It was a nice experience in Hanoi and Sa pa. Admiring God’s creation in many scenery out there. I love the Silk Path Hotel too, service was excellent. Our tour guide, Justin is a very very nice man who is caring and attentive to us. He always listen and meets our needs. He has good knowledge and shared lots of Hanoi and Sa pa history to us. He brought us to many beautiful places in Sa pa and Hanoi.

It was my first time in Vietnam and first time traveling with a personal guide throughout the trip (7 days). I had a most wonderful experience. Through our guide, Justin, I learnt more about Vietnam’s history and culture as I explored Hanoi old quarters, trekked in Sapa and cruised along Halong Bay. I was with 3 other friends in Hanoi to Sapa, back to Hanoi, to Halong and Hanoi again. We didn't feel at all hurried or a hassle in the commute. After reading all the reviews of this trip on here i decided to book and it was the best decision. The driver and the guide Trung (Ricky) met us at our hotel reception on time and welcomed us with open arms. He stayed with us the whole day, taking care of us, explaining everything in detail and it was amazing as it was just me and my mum for the whole day so we didn’t feel like tourists as we went around exploring Hoi An. The local family was so nice and the food was authentic and delicious, it definitely tastes better when you learn to make it yourself. This is definitely the trip to book when you don’t want to be stuck in a big tourist group doing the same thing. I definitely recommend JP travel and Trung when coming and visiting Hoi An

We were Justin for 3 days between Hue and Hoi An - he took great care of us, showing us a perfect mix of central Vietnam highlights (Hue Citadel, Mausoleum of Emperor Tu Duc, etc) and local secrets (Da Nang views, local market Bun Bo Hue [beef noodle soup], and more)! He was very knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor, and gave us the space to check out additional sights based on what we found interesting along the way. The perfect guide for the central Vietnam leg of our trip!

I travelled with a party of 6 to Vietnam and Justin (from JPTraveltime) came highly recommended by a friend. It did not disappoint and it was an amazing trip. We customised the 6 days tour according to what we wanted. Highlights for us include Bana Hills, Hoi Ann Old Town, and Marble mountain. What made our travel amazing was the attentiveness and flexibility of Justin. Just the right balance of giving us private space for bonding with the family and engaging us to tell us about history and highlights of the places we visit. Most memorable for me was his "secret place" which turns out to be a coffee place in the middle of the padi fields. Justin takes the effort to source for unique experiences for his tour groups and that was the icing on the cake for us. Thank you Justin!

It started sort of quite poorly for us a member of my family had some indigestion issue the night before that lasted into the early morning. Short of sleep, and exhausted, it would seem that we have to cancel. An early morning call to Justin, the GM of JPTraveltime sorted things out for us. And from there on, our day brightened significantly. Our guide, Sinh, a transformed our day. Fluent in English, witty, hospitable and personable, he made our experience that super memorable. After a meet up in the morning, we decided to carry on the trip in thr mid afternoon, minus the AM to Cam On and it's corresponding programmes. We decided to just focus on the main event, which is Hoi An. And boy, did we enjoy ourselves in the Old Quarters of Hoi An despite a drizzly wet evening. Sinh shared the history of Hoi An, and his experiences growing up there. This added a personal touch and meaning to the experience. The wet evening enabled us to see Hoi An in a different light, literally, and many opportunities to capture many enjoyable insta-like moments that are certainly different from that of a dry day. We ended on a high with a very warm, pleasing dinner at The Cargo, laughing about life, family stories, what holiday means, the World Cup final, and a delish meal of local delights like Cao Lao. And we ended later than usual. Thank you so much Sinh, for making our day, and Justin for prompt and helpful response. Both of you showed us how hospitable, and warm Vietnamese are. Our appreciation to Sinh for accomodating the modified programme, always keeping in mind of our family member's sensitive tummy, and extending the hours beyond the scheduled time. Cam On 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

We had an excellent day with Phu as our tour guide. The morning part was spent with Hieu taking us on a basket boat ride through the 'coconut' trees, and with the adorable Mrs. Day giving us foot massages. Hieu was also in charge of patiently teaching us (who have no cooking experience) to make deep fried spring rolls. Lunch was a huge amount of food, enough to feed six instead of 2. The afternoon was a walking tour of Hoi An Ancient Town, and Phu was very knowledgeable and took us to some very interesting points of interest. He even had good recommendations on where to eat when coming back on our own, and where to get good tailoring (something the town is known for) or shop. All in all, highly recommend this day tour. It's a lot to pack into a day but worth it.

My partner and I had the chance to go with Phu during our tour. The tour itself was amazing and was one of the highlites during our 2 week trip. We loved the boat ride and got to do some crab fishing which was really exciting! Hoi an was a great finisher to the trip and we enjoyed a refreshing drink at a popular shop. Would definitely recommend

Had a great time in this tour! My wife and I had Trung (Ricky) as our tour guide and he was knowledgeable and caring for us throughout the whole tour. The reason why we chose this tour over others is because we were looking for a more intimate, local experience and we felt that this tour accomplished that. Our day started with us being picked up at our hotel in Da Nang and driving 30 minutes to the Day family house. We took a basket boat ride around the river for about an hour, experiencing different things like twirling the boat and crab fishing. This experience did feel a bit tourist-oriented, with the amount of tourists that were on the river. We then went back to the Day house and got foot massages, which was great! We were shy at first, but the Day family ladies were very kind and caring. We did our cooking class after, in which we cooked fried spring rolls and Vietnamese pancakes, which was a very fun experience and one of the highlights of the tour. The lunch is what you made, along with 4-5 other dishes that the Day family prepares for you, and it was delicious. It is a lot of food, at least for 2 people, so be aware of that. We took a 45 min - 1 hour boat ride to Hoi An, where Ricky showed us some highlights of Hoi An, including the shopping center and the different historical buildings. We also went to a cafe to drink some coffee/beer, and it was great just getting to hear from Ricky about Vietnam and his family. The tour ended there and we were taken back to our hotel. We had a great time and would recommend this experience to others considering a local experience near Da Nang or Hoi An! Thank you to the Day family and Trung for a wonderful time where we were cared for us as foreigners! Note: we were lucky with the rain and the weather was nice on this day, but I think that this experience can still be done in the rain.

Excellent tour with Kent! Riding in a basket boat among water coconut trees was charming and Hugh(?) made it so fun, catching crabs and twirling the boat. The time at the Day family house was lovely, great cooking class and wonderful foot massage. Hoi An had a unique feel and was very interesting.

We did The Hoi An Finest tour, our guide was Trung for the day. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Our tour started at the Day’s Family coconut boat tours, where we enjoyed coconut boat ride for about 1 hour. Our boat guide Hieu was extremely knowledgeable and very funny. We went back to their family house where we enjoyed a foot massage from the ladies of the Day family which was fabulous. The Hieu instructed us in a cooking class to make our lunch of spring rolls and Vietnamese pancakes. The cooking class was so much fun. We thought that was our lunch but there was a lot more food included, which was way to much for us, so we asked not to have it all the food as it would have just been a waste of food. We enjoyed a 45 minute boat ride back to Hoi An old town, to be shown the highlights of the our town by our guide Trung We would highly recommend this tour and would happily do this again

Our group of 8 from Singapore just finished an amazing 10 days to Saigon-Dalat-Mui Ne organised by JPtraveltime. Everything was planned to perfection including our transport, hotels, meals n shopping time. Justin our guide was flexible n took into account our likes & dislikes n was able to rearrange itineraries based on weather conditions. Our driver Mr Son was cautious and very experienced. All in all it was an exceptional vacation and i have no qualms in recommending Jptraveltime to anybody who requires some help in their vacation planning to anywhere in Vietnam. I'm trying to find a 6th star but I'm limited to giving them 5 stars .. thank you Jptraveltime for the excellent service and planning.

You definitely need to try this tour out if you're interested in having a feel of the local culture. The fishing boat ride was fantastic and if you're feeling adventurous, they will twirl the boat around. You can have a go at crab fishing which was super exhilarating when the crabs tug at your bait. We then had the opportunity to cook fried spring rolls and omelets with a family and eat what we cooked, as well as having more food brought out from the local family. Linh was our tour guide, her English is fantastic so you will have no troubles with communication. She accommodated for all our requests especially as the day was steaming hot, and even helped out with the communicating to the store owners as we did some shopping in Old Town. She is very knowledgeable of Vietnam history, very nice and also quite funny.
