Got there 10 mins before start time. guide didn’t even turn up! Contacted the operator several times from this booking app and got no reply! Absolutely pathetic service! We waited for 30mins. Do not book this tour!

Good overview and context of city sights helped us understand our sightseeing adventures. Sometimes hard to hear and could have used a mic, but generally a pleasant and helpful experience in Florence. Some helpful recs on eating as well!

Excellent way to spend a couple of hours in Florence and learn more about the city. Camilla brought the city and its history to life. My daughter loved exploring the churches and the perfume shop!

The walk was lovely- Sophie was knowledgeable, funny and kind. It was a small group and we had ample opportunity to determine pace, and make changes.. highly recommended

Samona gave us a very interesting and informative tour of Florence, talking about its Roman and mediaeval past, and pointing out lots of hidden points of interest as we walked around the town. The group was nice and small, which was an additional bonus, as we were all able to get to know each other, unlike on walking tours with larger groups of people. I really enjoyed it!

Really nice tour, very clear and informative story. A good balance between history, fun facts and local recommendations, including a local surprise.. The tour showed a different side of Florence, while still seeing most highlights. And not as many people as on some of the other tours. Would highly recommend it!

I just want to say WOW! If you are thinking on booking this tour, do it NOW! We have been taking tours all over, and this has been my absolutely favorite! Michele was incredible; He is so knowledgeable, and the way he explains to you all the things about Florence feels like you are not even in a tour, but just listening to a cool story. We wished we have had more time to book him for the museums and all other tours. My kids were 15 and 11, and they were paying attention ALL the time! That says a lot about a tour. They even thanked me for booking this, because they learned so much and it was so easy to listen and follow. Absolutely the highlight of our trip; after our tour, we were just looking at buildings and all the things he mentioned to us to look for. Also, the recommended restaurants and stores were amazing. We chose one of the restaurants, it was close to town, but inside one of the streets, so it wasn’t as crazy busy, and it was beautiful and the most delicious Italian food I have ever tasted. Camila is ful of life and love for Firenze. She did a very nice job. She showed us around the city in a nice upbeat way. Hope she gets financially rewarded as it should.

Less than five bucks to see the entire city?!? What an incredible deal! Samone was so approachable and so filled with exciting information that the time flew by! I had a blast, and I still cannot believe how inexpensive it was!

This tour was perfect! Camilla brought us to all of the “hidden gems” of Florence that we never would have known about otherwise. It was nice to not be in the middle of the extremely crowded tourist areas. She is also very knowledgeable about the history of the city. This was definitely the highlight of our day!

Wonderful knowledgable and with great presence. Showed us more of the social world of Florence through time But using the historic and contemporary to bring out some excellently nuanced cultural themes. Recommended for something other than just galleries and monuments.

Unfortunately the tour (confirmation No 1392332813) was cancelled the night before due to insufficient people and the tour rearranged for the next day, but we had already booked on another tour so could not attend. I ask for another date for the tour but was not given one and so far have not received a refund of the money paid. So I can not give any review of the tour it self, but people please be aware that communication with the tour operate is not straight forward and like me you may not get your money back if the tour is cancelled by the tour operator.
