The team there were excellent great customer service I'll come back just to visit them..especially Molly she was heaven sent..

Our son purchased the tickets on line and chose the Special Ops (Spice Market) experience specifically since he's been there twice before and has done other escapes. The staff was very professional and we did not have to wait long to begin the challenge after arriving for our appointment. There were 4 of us participating in the escape which seemed like the perfect number of people for the space and activities. In my opinion, more than 5 people would have been too many for that specific space. The whole thing was very interesting, engaging, and challenging but doable, especially with the ability to ask for extra clues. We highly recommend giving them your business and will keep going back. This is a must do if visiting the Mall of America!

Complete disappointment. There were 8 people in one room and there is not enough stuff for everyone to do. The max should be 4-6 people per room. Basically part of the group sat back while others took up the small space. And it didn't help that one person in the group had TERRIBLE body odor. Definitely not worth the money if you have a group larger than 6.

A big shout out to Nick who was our Escape Room guide. We have done escape rooms before, and the Prison Break was the best one yet. With Nick's help and clue requests we escaped! Thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it.

The Escape Game is a multi-room outlet located within the massive Mall of America. It looked fairly busy when we were there, though we were fortunate enough to get a room to ourselves. We were two 60-something guys so some of the combination locks were a bit tricky for us to see and manipulate (even when we knew the combination). We had played a similar room in Jacksonville, Florida but we got much further this time, missing out on escaping by a minute or so as we had just one puzzle to complete. Very enjoyable and we were given good clues when we asked or the assistant thought we needed them.

Loved this place! The staff were fun and friendly! The rooms (we did two) were challenging and very fun. Had a great time and will definitely be back!

Loved the experience! Did it in a group of 3 with 4 other guests. We managed to complete it with teamwork!

This was by far the best escape room our group had ever done. Every detail of the game was well thought out and the room was incredible. We did the Mission: Mars room and the quality of the environment and puzzles was excellent. Instead of cheap locks and displays like some rooms, this room had multiple touchscreens and large TVs, a unique and interactive environment, and very cool items. Highly recommended.

The Gold Rush challenge had three rooms to complete. We escaped with just over ten minutes remaining. It was rated a 7/10 for difficulty. Moving from room two to three might present a challenge for some individuals, but they do let you know a path around. Each room had multiple puzzles to solve. There were also a variety of puzzle types, keeping us on our toes and exploring all of our surroundings. Gamemasters were helpful. Provided us with our three clues, and promptly entered once we solved the room.

We did the Mission: Mars room. The puzzle was hard but fun to do! We had a blast helping each other out.

We went as a family, for New Years. Great environment at the Mall of America. Game was challenging but fun. It was our.third escape game. We will definitely come back again. Kids and Parents all had a good time.

We went here for a company team building activity and experience Prison Break! It’s the perfect collaborative activity. We loved it! Mark the General Manager was very helpful and so as his team. They were all energetic! We will definitely come back!!! If you’re reading this, this is your cue to try the escape game!!

It was our first time escaping and it was awesome! The staff was able to make recommendations on what room pick and when to play! Our guide knew exactly when to assist us with hints and never gave too much information away. I would defined recommend this place to a first time escaper and I will be going back to try another escape! Very clean game rooms and friendly staff! Well worth the price! We did two rooms (one each night we were there). The Heist and Mission Mars. While it is still fun when you combine your group with another we find it most fun to just be our family. It can be hard to keep track of everything when everyone is running in different directions. If you are new to escape rooms - you do not get locked in and there is always someone to help if you get stuck. The first night our game guide was Jake M and he was really fun and helpful! The games were challenging but not impossible. It is a ton of fun to solve puzzles and try to beat the clock!

Did this on a whim because we had time to kill before heading to the airport. Hands down one of the most fun things I have ever done. The employee in the welcome area was very helpful and had great customer service. Our guide explained everything clearly and was super helpful with tips when we needed them : ) I would recommend this to everyone who goes to the mall. We are already planning our next trip!

The Escape game was really fun as we somehow escaped Mars, would highly recommend going and playing one of your own as it is a great group experience!!

We had 2 teens, 17 &. 14 and booked the Prison escape. It was our first time doing an escape room. The teens loved it! Well thought out and difficult. We did not make it out, but for our first try, we nearly made it. Will go again to try the other games soon.

Prison break is an awesome escape room also Amber was also an amazing game guide and Jenee was very helpful when I was buying my T-shirt!
