This tour company was great and super friendly. We were given all of the possible options and able to choose what was best for us. We had a private tour and our guide Alberto was excellent. He took so many photos of us and made recommendations for what to do/see.

1000% Recommended Communication from the beginning was awesome. They were able to accommodate us. We rented kind of a private tour just for the family. And it was the best decision. Our guide was awesome and friendly. When you book a private tour you also get pictures taken along the way, they give you a big more time to enjoy every stop. Attraction tickets are not included, but there’s always something to do in each stop and prices range from $2-25 per person depending on the activity. But they are all worthy it

We had a lovely experience led by our Personal Tour Guide, Alberto. He cared so much about us having the best time, and we did. I would happily book our next tour with him. My husband enjoyed every bit of this tour. We didn’t know what to expect and now we confidently recommend it.

Tour guide was friendly, but we honestly would have saved a lot of money to just take a taxi to the falls and the tree house. The tour doesn't include any of the entrance fees or lunch, which is fine, nothing costs more than $2 each, but for the price we paid per person for the tour, it could have easily covered these costs. The only thing we actually paid for was the driver. The waterfalls were pretty and the swing was fun, I just felt like we could have had the same experience to take a bus or taxi to each of the places for much cheaper. After the tour we walked to some waterfalls near the mama tungu hostel and they were also beautiful waterfalls that did not cost any money to see. The Pailon of Diablo is definitely still worth going to, I would just recommend taking a bus or taxi. I am sure other tours through ivagatours such as canyoning or rafting are much better since they involve more than just the driver because everyone was friendly and nice to work with, but this is just my review for the pailon of diablo and tree house tour.

I did this tour in a car because I am lazy. Anyhoo, Pailon of Diablo is absolutely breathtaking. The other waterfalls and their unique names and the activities you can do along the route are pretty cool too (Ziplining, cable car ride, some bouncing ball thing). German was a great guide and also an awesome photographer especially for those instagram-worthy shots on the swings at the Tree House (yes there is more than one). I think I may have gotten special treatment from the swing pusher guy too because of German, so yay!

We took a private tour of the waterfalls and casa del árbol to see the best views of baños. Our tour guide Marco was awesome! And took great pictures of our group. Definitely would recommend going the private tour because you have more time to enjoy the sites and get amazing pictures!!

I went with my partner and had a blast thanks to the two awesome tour guides. One was the driver but ended up taking fantastic photos for us and would go to great lengths to take the best shots, and boy did we get memorable photos. The main tour guide spoke decent English and kept us informed all the way. Ultimately, the combination of both of them, made the two day trip entertaining. Although, their driving was rough and fast, they got us where we needed and in one piece. I would advice to take anti-nauseous meds if you get easily car sick. I reckon that didn't diminish the score as overall, they were one of the greatest guides. The boss was also understanding and accommodating.
