You know that add where the guy looks to camera and says "I liked the product so much I bought the company" .. that's kind of how I feel about MikeBikes ... although I don't think Mike's up for selling .. so instead I booked to go on another one of the Bike Tours :) ... Had a fantastic day cycling around KL. Our guides Johan and Barry were fabulous ... kept us safe and secure at all times on the sometimes hectic KL roads and provided loads of interesting information, facts and personal anecdotes about the history of KL and great fun facts about present day KL, it's people, food and culture. All round a great day .. and I am now looking forward to doing the "Sunset Cycle" tour to get yet another perspective of this fabulous city. Highlight was definitely cycling down the roads and tracks around the old town and Chow Kit.

We did the Sunset and Night tour last evening with Mike's bikes, which was not only great fun, but we covered a lot of ground (14kms) and saw lots of the highlights of Kuala Lumpur. Our guides, Suhaimi and Selle took us confidently and safely through the traffic, stopping regularly at interesting places. We heard about the history of KL and the local buildings, and even stopped for a delicious dinner. A wonderful way to spend an evening!

Such a fun cycling tour round KL. as a solo traveler I found this tour really great, both to get to know other people but also learn about the amazing city. KL can be quite hard to walk around and see everything unless you have hours so cycling was a very efficient way to see the city. I was nervous about cycling on the road however the few times we were on the road all the cars gave us way! There is also cycle paths which is great and quite roads with no cars.

Probably the most professional bike tour out of many I have taken. 3 guides for our group of 8 to ensure traffic stopped or safely away from us. Great photos and videos taken. Knowledgable guides Ping, Salle, Ting welcoming and smiling. Quick response to question about directions. Easy to find location and good equipment/lunch.

Great trip! Learned a lot and saw all important places of KL. Berry was very kind and helpful taking a lot of pictures for us as well.

Retirement Tour 2024, the Malaysia Days. I got up early today, breakfasted , geared up with my day pack and 2.5 liters of water and hiked about a half mile from my hotel to MikeBikes on Jln Ampang for a 4 hour bicycle tour through the morning traffic, back streets of New Village, over the river and back hitting the KL highlights from Independence Square, the River of Life and Chinatown finishing below the KL tower. We toured a fruit, vegetable and meat market along the way and sampled some seasonal fruits. I highly recommend the jackfruit. We also visited the oldest Chinese temple in KL crowded with Lunar new year visitors and a low smokey haze of incense. Fortunately, the biking was not too strenuous. Darting through traffic was a bit unnerving but not not nearly as unnerving as riding through the shoppers in Chinatown. It was like Moses parting the Red Sea. The image of a bull in a china shop though might be more accurate. We did about 14 km or 8-9 miles without incident. I never took the bike out of first gear. The heat and humidity though was not favorable. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. I went through my 2.5 liters, 1.5 liters courtesy of MikeBikes and another 2 mugs of iced lemon tea at our Indian brunch break. I cheated on the way back and walked the shady side of Jln Ampang to the Petronas Towers stopping briefly for a Lion Dance on the way and then ducked in the Suria Mall and took the air conditioned tunnel back to the KLCC and my hotel for much needed rainfall shower and a good afternoon nap. I can not say enough good things about our guides Y and her partner whose ethnic South Indian name I’m sure I’d misspell more so because of my hearing difficulties than anything. It’s two thumbs up for me.

An excellent tour that absolutely delivered. We have lived in KL for 8 years and we saw and learned more about KL in 4 hours than in our 8 years!! Selle, our guide was superb, a great insight into KL with its rich culture and history. I'll certainly be bringing all of my visiting guests on this tour from now on! Thank you so much Selle!

This 14km bike tour is not to be missed! Selle was very knowledgeable about KL and could answer all of our questions. The pace of the trip was just right and I'd recommend it to anyone!

Do a lot of bike tours when traveling. This was one of the best. Sellers gave enough information without it becoming boring. Very safe sometimes on busy roads. Bikes were great too. Excellent way to see bits of KL you might otherwise miss. Professionally run outfit. Well worth half a day - oh and the brunch was really tasty too.

Great trip and saw parts of KL that we wouldn't gave done in the normal tourist way. Guide Te was very friendly and knowledgeable. Some parts of the cycling especially through China Town was hairy and you do need your wits about you.

Great experience! Berry is a great tourguide. Its really cycling with a smile. Tour is arround 15KM. You see a lot more of the city and come to places you normally never come. We recommend this.

The tourgide told us so much. He was very sweet and knew a lot about the city. We got something to eat at a local place and it was so good food. I would recommend it to everyone!
