An absolutely wonderful time with Simon providing a great insite into the history of the Beattles as well as Liverpool

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of interesting info about the Beatles. We really enjoyed walking through the city seeing the different sites that made the Beatles famous.

Paul was a brilliant guide. His stories about the Beatles’ childhoods, formative years and band history were packed with interesting details. He took us to many important sites including The Cavern, where he tipped us off to a Beatles cover band playing there in the afternoon. We came back and had an incredible authentic experience. Paul shared info about add’l historical buildings, offered dining suggestions, and more tips for after our tour. We learned so much. He made our day!!

Simon was an entertaining an knowledgeable guide. He answered any questions and made the tour come to life. He gave us a lot of background information that made the tour memorable.

Paul (our guide) was terrific. We also had Mike as a shadow and he was awesome also. So much information, and I consider myself a Beatles expert, but these guides had great stories, and alot of super information and it wasn't all Beatles related (indirectly not all Beatles, but...) I would suggest booking directly from liverpoolfamouswalkingtours.com as it can be abit confusing on the booking (hopefully TripAdvisor doesn't edit this part out) Anyways, it lastest almost 3 hours with all our questions, and stuff....A splendid time is guaranteed for all!!!

Everything about this tour was great. Our guide Robert was extremely knowledgeable about Liverpool’s history and all things to do with the Beatles. Would recommend to anyone who comes to Liverpool.

Really enjoyed this tour, it was just the right length of time about two and a half hours. Our guide Simon was very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw all the main beatles stuff in the centre. If you want to see where they all lived then you need a linger tour.

Very informative and very interesting. Allan was a great guide, who seemed to know everything about the Beatles and Liverpool. I was the only one signed up for my time slot so I was lucky to get a private tour. (Most companies probably would have just cancelled the tour.). This tour is a must-see for any Beatles fan.

Alan was a great tour guide, He has an encyclopediac knowledge of the Beatles. He also filled in a lot of interesting Liverpool history as well as pointing out architecturally or historically important buildings. My reason for a four star rating rather than five is because there simply aren’t that many Beatles landmarks on a walking tour of central Liverpool.

The tour was very interesting. Our guide, Rob, did an excellent job showing us around the city, showing a lot of locations connected with the Beatles history in Liverpool and also adding a lot of facts from Liverpool history. The time went quickly. It really helped us to see the city from a different perspective.

Robert was a mind of information combined with his wit made for an excellent tour. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city as it's good to have background knowledge of places/exhibits you see.

I was very lucky to have Simon as our tour guide on April 13th. Si is a warm-hearted, very humorous guy with a deep knowledge of the Beatles and the city of Liverpool as well. And, thank God, he's not a Scouser, so as a non-native speaker, I was able to understand every detail of his very interesting stories around the fab four and the history of this beautiful city. Please don't get me wrong: I love the extraordinary friendly people of Liverpool and the Scouser accents - but unfortunately I don't understand them, although I tried my very best.

I would definitely recommend the tour - it was a magical one! We've learned so much about the formative years of The Beatles and also about Liverpool's history. Our guide Simon was very friendly and knowledgeable and managed to satisfy our curiosity with ease! Three hours worth spent!
