Thank you to Belen and her team for a great evening. The whole experience is great, from the food to the organisation and the location. Her team are incredibly knowledgeable, whether you know about Asado’s or not you will leave having learnt something! It’s hosted in a beautiful family home which is easy to get to from Palermo, we had a group of 9 which created for an entertaining evening. The atmosphere is perfect, you feel very welcome as soon as you arrive and the girls are attentive to your needs. Belen makes you feel at home in Argentina even after the course offering their advice, recommendations etc. Highly recommend this experience!

Where do I begin! I can't say enough about this fun event. The wine was great! The meat selection was very high quality and plentiful. The group I was with could not eat it all. We learned about Asado from selecting the meats, to starting the fire as well as the cultural roots and process for the Asado. Belen (owner) was a great communicator from the booking throughout the class and her team, Panchi, Male and Sofi were great grill masters. The time flew by. It was fun to share laughs and make new friends during The Asado Experience.

We had so much fun and left very full! We loved this experience. Not only were the hosts very friendly the food was wonderful. Plus, the wine was great and we loved learning about various cuts of meat and how to cook them.

I have grilled and smoked food my entire life, American style. The Asado Experience is absolutely amazing. I learned so much from the ladies that I will add to my skill set. They were so welcoming and so helpful. The food was incredible. The most important thing the ladies taught us was that an Asado is about the experience of connecting with others. We had people from Europe, Venezuela and various states from the USA end spending time with complete strangers who by the end of the experience were friends was the biggest take away from the experience. We will definitely be back on the next trip to Buenos Aires. Thank you Olivia, Lola and Berni for such a great experience. 😊

From the moment we stepped through the gate and we were greeted by Clara and Fransisca we felt like we were old friends getting together for an asado. Such a wonderful, warm atmosphere in a beautiful setting. Fransisca explained everything so well and really showed us the true experience. The food was delicious. Attending the Asado Experience hosted by Lola, Clari, and Belen was an absolute delight from start to finish. What struck me most about the evening was the warm and inclusive atmosphere they cultivated. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was stepping into a friend's backyard for a summer barbecue. The ambiance was relaxed and inviting, with string lights twinkling overhead and the sound of laughter filling the air. It was evident that there was a lot of thought and care in creating a space where guests could truly feel at home. One of the things that made the experience so special was the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life. Whether they were seasoned travelers or locals, everyone seemed to share a common bond – a love for good food and meaningful conversation. It was inspiring to see strangers come together and form genuine connections over shared experiences and stories. Throughout the evening, the hostesses went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt welcome and included. They took the time to chat with each guest, sharing stories about their journey and their passion for bringing people together through food. While the food itself was undeniably delicious – with each bite a testament to the skill and expertise of the "asadoras"– it was the sense of community and camaraderie that truly made the Asado Experience unforgettable.

This is an experience that enables you to connect with Argentinian culture through the beauty and the passion of their unique cuisine -- asado. Come with curiosity and questions and you will be richly rewarded with knowledge and understanding of how and why asado is so important in Argentina. And, of course, the best part is that you get to enjoy a unique dining experience that you help bring to the table. The beauty of the food is the simplicity of its components and presentation. Nonetheless, the flavors and textures are in beautiful harmony with each other, the dining environment, and the delicious wines served with the meal. This is not a "sterile" restaurant experience where food is brought to your table. Be prepared to engage and participate with the chef and other participants so that your enjoyment is maximized. This is a beautiful area of the city. It is a beautiful home. And the setting for dining is welcoming and open. I only had one day in Buenos Aires and I chose to do this. I'm so glad that I did!

I'm still savoring the entire asado experience, it was absolutely incredible. When I arrived, Lola and Clari welcomed me in the warmest and most loving way that made introducing myself to them feel super natural, as if I were making new friends. Before starting the magic we had a moment to talk a little more about ourselves to get to know each other. I was in a group in which I did not know any other guests and it was a great moment to break the ice, and from the first moment the laughter wasn’t lacking in these conversations. Then they slowly introduced us to what asado means in Argentina, and it was amazing to hear about where Argentine traditions come from, and to learn how each little element has a reason for being and its own story behind it, which is what in the end fills the complete “ritual” of the asado with spirit. In the middle of that great talk they offered us an excellent quality wine to accompany the moment. I had a very positive shock when the girls told us that The asado experience is a company made by women in which only women work. I found the legend of Belén, the founder, particularly inspiring, and I loved seeing such a good relationship between work colleagues. This experience includes, in addition to stories, the possibility of learning how to prepare an authentic Argentine asado, Lola and Clari showed us the different cuts of meat, they explained to us where their names come from, we were able to get to work and season the meats as well as prepare our first chimichurri, they also taught us what vegetables accompany the meats and how to prepare them, where they are placed on the grill and for how long. I don't think I've ever been so excited to try something in my life, I can't lie to you, that asado looked from another planet! And I can't even explain how good it smelled. The most expected moment arrived and we delighted in the pieces prepared by the griller or asadora Lola, one would assume who is in charge of such a task as grilling meat would be a man, but the asado experience team showed us that a woman can excel in this art in a way very precise. I want to highlight that during the experience everything flowed naturally, they really gave us a 100% authentic moment, I felt like I was part of a family that got together with the simple purpose of enjoying an asado and sharing what's new in our lives. I left very happy, everything absolutely exceeded my expectations, I would return without thinking twice! If you have the chance to go, take it, thank me later!

The Asado Experience completely exceeded my expectations (which were already pretty high after reading all the amazing reviews). The food, the place, the people… the girls there managed to creat an ambience in which I felt incredibly at ease with people I just met. There is something so magical about the whole thing: it is a culturally rich, immersive experience that I 100% recommend to anyone visiting Buenos Aires.

I had the pleasure to assist to the Asado Experience in my time in Buenos Aires and it was one of the highlights of my trip! From the moment I was invited into the house I felt so comfortable. Belen has a beautiful house and garden. I learned so many new things about Argentinian culture and cooking tips. The meat was delicious and cooked with care. Clari and Lola were super nice hosts who kept offering their help with any doubts about the country, which was really thoughtful. The time spent together, chatting and eating as if we all knew each other for a long time made the evening so special that I wanted to stay longer!! I know that if I am ever back in Buenos Aires this would be one of the first places I would return to. So if you want to experience a real connection with people not only from Argentina but other places, tasting different cuts of premium Argentinian meat, you will not be disappointed!!

Wow! What an amazing culinary discovery The Asado Experience was! Belen and her team have created an environment that feels as authentic an Argentinian asado as one can imagine if they had their own family in Argentina over on a Sunday afternoon. Clari and Lola greeted us at the gate with warm embraces and immediately made us feel welcome in Belen’s family home. Rue and Justina were equally as welcoming as our hosts for the evening. The meticulous nature with which the Asado culture was prepared and explained to us by Lola and Clari gave us a quick but in depth understanding of what asado means in Argentinian culture and the customs associated with it. The authenticity of the hosts and the professionalism and warmth that each exudes highlights the passion that Belen has created with her team. The food courses were phenomenal, the wine paired with it was excellent and the discussions and conversations about each other’s backgrounds were interesting including the differences between the Salta, Entre Rios and Buenos Aires upbringing that our respective hosts arrived from. Lola y Clari, gracias, gracias, gracias! You are wonderful ambassadors to your business and your country for how welcoming and warm you are to your guests. Rue and Justina as well were charming and insightful with their varied backgrounds in contributing to the conversations Belen’s personal story and the genesis of the business to the successful and wonderful enterprise that it has become is a testament to women who have been empowered and provided opportunity by other women in an aspect of Argentinian culture that has typically been the domain of men. We had the most exceptional experience last night with my new friends at The Asado Experience in beautiful Buenos Aires. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed into their stunning home and made to feel like family. The Asado was beyond perfection! Starting with the incredible Choripan, blood sausage, Mollejas, and Tenderloin all cooked to perfection. And don’t even get me started on the chimichurri. I could bathe in it! The Malbec was magnificent too! I want to publicly thank and enthusiastically recommend Belen and her team if you’re ever in Argentina!!

We really enjoyed the Asado experience. Melen & her staff were very welcoming & made us feel right at home. We learned how to prepare the food & grill. The food was excellent & wine too! Lots of fun.

This is One of a kind experience that you need to do if you are in Argentina. There is nothing more local than a good Asado and this ladies take you on an amazing journey for 3 hours explaining the importance of this tradition in the country. Not only you will have great food and wine but the most important thing you will experience is the connection that brings with other people. You will learn how to start the fire in an Argentinian way, you will prepare the most delicious Chimichurri sauce, and you will get immerse in the culture. We had an absolutely magical experience at the Asado Experience! Fran was extremely knowledgeable about not only the various cuts of meats that she prepared with us, but Argentine culture in general. Committing three hours to the Asado Experience is so well worth the time because not only is the food and wine incredible, you learn so much in the process without it feeling overly instructive or overwhelming. It’s a great mix of learning and relaxing. Fran was super kind and personable - we felt like we had made a friend at the end of the experience! The fact that this is a women owned business is a real inspiration. We cannot wait to host our own Asado when we return to the US! 5 stars - we would recommend this as an absolute must do on your first visit to Buenos Aires. Highlight of our trip.

Experiencing the Asado with Lola and LULI and Clari was a highlight of my travels, truly unforgettable. It's hard to capture in words just how special it was, and it's something you need to see and feel for yourself to fully grasp its magic. The family home where the Asado took place added an irreplaceable touch of authenticity you just can't find in any restaurant. It felt so genuine and welcoming. Lola, our host, was nothing short of amazing. She brought the Asado to life for us, sharing its cultural significance and making sure we were actively involved in every step. Her passion and knowledge made the experience deeply enriching. The connection we made over preparing food, sipping fine wine, and engaging in meaningful conversation was simply the best part. There's something about sharing stories and laughs around the fire that's incredibly bonding. We had an incredible time at the Asado Experience on 5 February. The asadoras were all so welcoming, knowledgeable and were lovely company for the evening. The food was delicious but it was also amazing to learn about asado and what it means to Argentinians. At the end of the evening it felt like we’d been to a dinner party at someone’s house! Such a fantastic experience - would highly recommend.
