We thoroughly enjoyed our pasta making class. The chef gave us good instruction, answered our questions, and shared with us some of his personal experiences and background. The facility was nice and centrally located. We enjoyed sipping wine while learning techniques and in the end we all ate several delicious pasta dishes!

Chef Marco was such a great instructor and very funny and entertaining in the process! He made learning so much fun and really taught us a lot. The class is very hands-on and the 3 pastas we made were absolutely delicious when paired with the 3 different sauces we were taught. Honestly, it was the best dinner we had in our week in Florence so far—and that says a lot because the restaurants here are amazing! We loved all the wines served as well and the unexpected gift of being able to take our aprons home. Highly recommend!

We made 3 different pastas and 3 different sauces. All were great and we had an excellent teacher that let us keep our aprons. Oh yeah, they included unlimited wine too.

This was my first cooking class for my husbands birthday making fresh pasta and it was amazing! We learned how to make 3 types of pastas, others in the class were great, a few also had a chance to cook a bit with the chef, had some wine to pair with our meal as well! The chef was funny and very knowledgeable about the techniques and how to created the base sauce for each pasta dish! Highly recommended!!

Such a great way to spend an afternoon. Andrea our host/chef was excellent - casual but attentive, super knowledgeable and accurate but not arrogant. Great wine, chilled vibe, only 8 of us. Seeing these simple recipes prepared properly and in person really gives you the confidence to go home and do it yourself. Sometimes experienced chefs can be a bit intimidating, but not here. He was clearly highly experienced but chilled, patient, entertaining and helpful. The experience/ability across our group was mixed but it worked for everyone - Andrea kept it simple enough for everyone to enjoy and complete the recipes, but if people had more advanced questions he was happy to go into more detail/off-curriculum. Delicious food, a great way to slowly eat a lot of pasta as we made it and learned about it! Authentic recipes and high quality ingredients as you'd expect. Truly exceptional, really pleased. Highly recommend if you are new to pasta, but equally if you are an experienced cook and want to enjoy a casual class atmosphere where you can pick up some inside Italian/Nonna-only tips and hacks over some wine, this is great for you too!

The class was great, educational, and fun! The pasta was delicious and they send you home with the recipes. It was very interactive and questions were encouraged so we learned enough that we were able to go home and recreate the recipes.

I enjoyed the interaction with the chef and participants. The chef was funny and knowledgeable! We cooked, laughed and drank wine. It was like we were in Nonna’s kitchen.

We love this cooking class so much! It was the perfect blend of cooking demonstration, hands-on, learning, and socializing with others. The food was the best we had in Italy and loved learning how to make and cut the noodles ourselves. Our family had the best time… such a wonderful memory!

What an amazing experience! A must do when visiting Florence. Marco was great. Very good at explaining what to do and keeping the whole class engaged. When I states free flowing wine it really is…. Even better you get a recipe book that you can use at home and the pasta has been perfect on every occasion!

The entire experience was amazing! Andrea, our chef, was a great teacher and gave simple yet effective instructions. He is also very personable and his sense of humour really added to the class. He had recommendations for everyone of what to do in Florence after the class. We picked up many techniques and tricks that we’ll use back home when we make our own pasta and pasta sauces!

This pasta making class was one of the highlights of my trip to Italy! Marco made the class fun and informational, and the food we made turned out amazing. My only experience making pasta before included a pasta machine, and I was excited to learn how to make such delicious pasta with very simple tools. I'm a big foodie and the meal we made was the best meal of our entire trip! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a pasta-making class!!

I would have given this 5 out of 5 because the chef was excellent and the food we prepared was amazing. BUT, we were promised that if we provided our email they would provide the actual recipe so we could prepare what we learned once we got home (kinda the entire point of taking a cooking class).... And no one emailed us the recipes. So disappointing. For that reason, I would NOT recommend this class.
