Our tour with Mr. Palmer was truly a 5 star experience! He was on time to pick us up in his comfortable bus. As you go from place to place, he will tell you about history, as well as all the natural fruits, veggies and herbs of the land. He will point them out on the journey and let you taste them too! We went so many wonderful places on the tour, including all around Montego Bay, and some classic sites like Dunn River Falls, and the lovely Blue Hole. Mr. Palmer took great care of us and allowed us to customize our tour to see the things we were interested in. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Montego Bay or Jamaica for the first time. You will enjoy yourself and learn alot about the Jamaican culture. Thank you Mr. P!

Palmer was our driver, this was a rather quick tour that was put together at the last minute. Our cruise was rerouted to Montego Bay last minute. The beach's were closed due to prior day tropical storm and the sea's were rough. Palmer took us to the Rose Hall area and did a drive thru some of the residential area's and then the Rose Hall shopping area. Lunch at his favorite Jerk house was packed so we slid into a different place "Scothies" which we had a great meal. Palmer pulled together a quick tour and he is very knowledgeable of the Montego Bay area. The only thing that holds back from a five star was that the van was oversold and had to use jumper seats in the middle of the tour van.

We communicated with UTON Tours ahead of time to let him know that our kids are into historical things. So, he customized our tour to see the history in old town Montego Bay and Fort Montego. He stopped and picked different plants for us to smell, gave us a tour of the different neighborhoods around Montego Bay, showed us where the movies Cocktail and How Stella Got Her Groove Back were filmed, and took us shopping at the best store on the Hip Strip. As far as my family and I are concerned, Palmer is the best person to take you around the Montego Bay area. He is friendly, punctual (early actually), and very reliable. I would book with him again the next time I'm in town.

It was fun to see parts of Montego Bay that we wouldn't normally get to see and hear some facinating history. Then we had time to do some shopping and then lunch at Margaritaville. Our tour guide was great!

We came to Montego Bay on a cruise ship and booked this tour to have a private driver and customizable tour to do what we wanted. However, we didn’t do any of the things on our list because there was some miscommunication about what the tour included. My biggest piece of advice to all who book this tour is to contact the tour operator ahead of time and let him know where or what you are wanting to do. This will help them plan accordingly and stick to a schedule you truly want. Couple things to note… Doctors Cave Beach is pretty but it’s crowded. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas but we weren’t prepared for this so didn’t enjoy the beach time as much. The city tour part wasn’t anything spectacular. It was interesting to learn about the culture and see how people live, but it felt mostly like driving around in circles. If you’re wanting to see beauty like waterfalls or swimming holes or rivers, this tour did not include that. Be sure to communicate with your guide ahead of time if you are wanting to see any of that! Overall, the two tour guides we had (had to switch midway through due to scheduling issues) were very friendly and made sure that we felt safe throughout the tour. I would recommend this tour if you want to sit in the van most the time and just see the city. I would not recommend this tour if you want to see more of the “beauty” or “countryside”.

Uton (spell check) our tour guide was so kind, patient and very informative. He honored our personal requests and took his time on this guided tour allowing us to take it all in. He showed us the the different sides of Montego. He made sure we were safe and not haggled by the locals when we went to purchase souvenirs. We were taken to a souvenir place on hip strip where the owner was kind, hospitable and had reasonable prices. I would highly recommend Uton for your city tour. This was our last excursion so he made sure to take us places we had not seen. It was a beautiful and eye opening experience. This made our journey to Montego fulfilled! Thank you again Uton!

The tour was good took us to all of the places we wanted to see and then some. Guide was very nice and made the tour pleasurable.

I absolutely loved BOTH tours with “Palmer!” My husband and I brought a group of 20 people to Jamaica, and the tour was part of our trip. Then, I came back later in the year with girlfriends and took them too! Everyone enjoyed & learned from Uton Tours! If you want to truly embrace Jamaica, this is the BEST choice! ❤️

MR. Plamer showed us a great time and adventure of Montego Bay. exploring and learning the way of life up in hills of Montego Bay was wonderful. We were able to also experience the real taste of Jamacia food.

If I could give Palmer more than 5 stars I would ;I wished I would of booked my whole weekend with him. Staying on the resort you miss out on real culture and Palmer was able to provide a real Jamaican experience. I will definitely book with Palmer again. My experience with Uton Tours was absolutely amazing! Palmer is a very friendly, punctual, and professional tour guide who has extensive knowledge of the beautiful island. Palmer looked after our entire family, he was very accommodating and ensured that our trips around different parts of the island were comfortable, memorable and enjoyable for all. We enjoyed scenic trips to different parts of the island and Palmer would always give us an interesting breakdown of the history of certain areas. Palmer’s bus is also air conditioned so we would never get too hot! I highly recommend Uton Tours and I will definitely use this service again when I return to Jamaica!

Palmer was so awesome he guided us our entire trip. He made us feel so comfortable and safe. He also had a ton of patience with our group of 6 crazy girls lol he was always on time to pick us up and never hesitated to say no when we asked him for favors. We hired Palmer for about a week of transportation & activities, all I can say is WOW. Service was phenomenal, always felt safe with Palmer taking us and driving us everywhere! All locals know him and talk greatly about him, he was always available and open to any requests we had, definitely the highlight of our trip to Jamaica was meeting him! His prices are really good as well!!! Better than anywhere we searched, 10/10 would recommend him :)

Just came back from our 4th family vacation from Jamaica (June 2021) and used Mr. Palmer from Uton -Tours for the 4th time for our private transportation throughout our stay there.
