Great class. We quickly toured a market and learned about the food we would use in class plus some others. Jim was a real hoot. That laugh was infectious. The food was excellent. We had three people so we made all three soups. #2 was the winner for us. I’m hoping that my local Far East Market has the items I will need. 😃

It was such a good experience, Jim and Sally are such a nice and funny couple. We learned a lot about the difference in thai herbs and food and in such a funny way, we won't forget. Even my husband, who does not cook, enjoyed it so much and had a good time. It is worth every penny, we were a group of nine people and it was easy going and very good organized. All the rewievs turned out to be true and i highly recommend to do the cooking class with Jim and Sally.

Wow! What a great experience. This is was a big highlight on our recent trip to Phuket. Sally offered great explanation and description of all the ingredients and where we could find these locally if we wanted to take some of these home with us. Our class was small, we were a group of 5. Two couples and a single. We were all similar in age so we had a great time and interaction with everyone. While we learnt under amazing tutoring of Sally it was like cooking in a fun environment with friends. The school was impeccably clean and the ingredients were first rate which made delicious and memorable meals. We had a great time and look forward to sharing this experience with friends and family when we return in December. Thank you Sally- you were brilliant 👏

Honestly this was one of the BEST things we have done together as a family. Sally was so lovely and patient Our youngest daughter was treated like an absolute princess for the day. The food we cooked tasted absolutely amazing and we all learnt so much about Thai ingredients and cooking. I would absolutely recommend this tour for something unique and family orientated whilst in Phuket. Thankyou Sally and Jim!!

I recently attended a Thai cooking class and it was an exceptional experience! Sally was knowledgeable and passionate, making the class not only educational but also very enjoyable. We learned to make authentic Thai dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The hands-on experience was fantastic, allowing us to truly understand the flavors and techniques of Thai cuisine. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to expand their culinary skills and enjoy a wonderful cultural experience.

We had a fantastic time at the cooking school! Seamless process from booking, to being collected from hotel, to the organisation on the day in the class - 11/10 We learnt how to cook traditional Thai dishes whilst laughing the whole time - Jim was made for this job! We HIGHLY recommend this course for all visitors to the area.

My family and I did the cooking school with Jim and Sally during our time in Phuket. I cannot rate this more highly and recommend it to everyone during their stay. Our daughters are 13 and 15, and Jim and Sally made them feel so welcomed and included. The food was absolutely delicious and we got all the recipes to take home to keep perfecting our skills.

This was such a fun class, Jim and Sally run it very well and make you feel very welcome. A great sense of humour made it so much fun and you could choose the level of spiciness for your own individual meals which I thought was a great idea

We had the most amazing time today at the Cooking Class with Jim, Sally and the rest of the group! The Class was very understandable, a lot of fun and the teachers were the best! We learned a lot and the food was amazing, with the help of Jim, Sally and the rest of the crew. This is de definitely a MUST DO when visiting Phuket!! A lot of delicious dishes on the menu to choose from (lunch class or dinner class). I think it’s also appropriate for every size group and even if you’re solo! They even did something special for my sister’s birthday which I really appreciate and had the best service! Fast replies to messages and wonderful service with picking up and dropping off. An absolutely brilliant experience - Jim was very good at making us all laugh and teaching us lots of interesting things about the food. Jim and Sally were the best! We had such a great time learning about the different fruits and how to prepare some of our favorite dishes. The food turned out delicious and while we cooked we laughed and enjoyed ourselves. Jim combines cooking with comedy. This was one of the highlights of our trip!
