This was an excellent experience from start to finish. We would highly recommend this to everyone and the food was delicious. Who knew we could cook Thai food !!

I can only recommend this amazing cooking experience with Lat and her great team. It's so great to see how efficiently and organically Lat and her family grow their own vegetables, fruits, herbs, etc. on their farm. The cooking course was very well structured and a lot was explained. Lat’s helping hands kept everything clean all the time. The recipes were super delicious yet quite simple. One of the best classes I had so far!

We cooked a delicious Pad Thai, made our own Curry Paste and Coconut Milk, explored the garden and learnt a lot about traditional Thai ingredients. Lat was shared her knowledge and Thai cooking skills with us in a warm and friendly way. We had a wonderful experience, would highly recommend.

Amazing experience cooking delicious Thai dishes with ingredients picked straight from the farm. Lovely staff helping you all the way through. Very interesting to see the sustainable farm aswell.

Super self sufficiency and sustainability to the farm . Lat (host) was Very knowledgeable. We made some great food and left feeling very full. Well organised and we had everything to hand.

Doing the cooking class and garden tour with Chef Lat was a highlight of my trip to Koh Samui. She is so knowledgeable and entertaining, and it was a great way to meet other people on the island. We were able to get a full tour of her amazing garden where she grows all her own organic vegetables and herbs, we picked what we needed for the dishes we were going to learn, then we got a tour of her aquaponics system and saw her fish tanks. Her story is incredible and it is inspiring what she has created on her land. We then started an extensive cooking lesson where we made 3 full dishes (panang curry, pad thai, tom yum soup, and papaya salad) in addition to her teaching us how to hand make coconut cream. After the cooking class we all sat down to eat our meal together and chat. It was a lovely experience from start to finish and I would recommend this to anyone who has an interest in Thai cooking.

We highly recommend this Thai food cooking experience. Fresh vegetable and herbs from the bio garden. The cooking class is a very interesting experience and we learnt a lot. The chef is fun and very knowledgeable, gives incredible advises, and what a delicious menu we cooked together. Was an incredible family experience. What an amazing experience! Went with our two daughters and learned so much. Their k college around hydroponics and aquaponics is amazing. Toured the garden, had butter pea flower tea with the herbs from the garden, made 4 delicious dishes PLUS our own coconut milk. A warm day, but they kept us cool, engaged, and leaving very full!

The cooking class with chef lat was the best cooking experience I aver had in Thailand. She is a very professional cook and amazing teacher with well understandable english. We attended with 9 people end everyone was so thrilled afterwards.

We picked this experience kind of on a whim and didn’t expect too much. Boy were we surprised! Lat and her team were superb! I loved that she spent the time in the beginning of our class talking to us about the history of her business and the garden and fishery. It was fascinating what they have been able to do on her property in the hills above Chaweng. The area where we did the cooking was so well organized too. We each had our stations and Lat’s assistants made sure that we all had everything we needed to make our dishes. We made 4 dishes and I was so excited with how well they came out. Lat gave wonderful directions and really made it easy and fun. I bought some curry powder from her shop and plan to make some curry at home. The best part is that she said when I get stuck or confused, I can email and she will help me out!

One of the best cooking experiences we have ever had. We got to personally prepare and cook 4 or 5 different Thai dishes from scratch and also got to see where everything was grown. Lat, Cam and their girls were exceptional hosts.
