The walk up the Volcano Pucon was perfect with Richard our guide for the group of 3. Together as well with David. The full day was very nice. Very professional as taking care of all with the gear as well to take care if it should be needed. I highly recommand it to do it by Terra Volcano Pucon. As you walk up you can see the surrounding, and last parts as it was Summer with crampons walking up till 400m below the Volcano you have to stop at its active Then with some slides through the snow you make some parts easy before getting down... and walking way back. It was really one of my highlights in Chile! For sure something to do in the area of Pucon.

We had the best time on the volcano with Richard! We took a detour to see a volcanic cave, did an extra round on the glacier and walked through a crevasse. Richard was an amazing guide and we had loads of fun with him!

Fantastic experience! Richard and Cami and all the other guides were so knowledgeable, kind, and fun to be around! They took care of everything, all we had to do was bring water and food and sunglasses and everything else (boots, helmet, crampons, ice pick, poles, gear for sliding down the glacier, backpack) were provided. All in great condition! We stopped by volcanic caves on the way up which was awesome and got to do a little bouldering! Everything was well coordinated and would recommend this experience to anyone and everyone!

Had a blast trekking up Volcan Villarica with Nico as our guide. Nico was helpful, energetic and amazing guide. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning to do tours around Puco. Also, Richard the owner is so pleasant to work with. Muchas gracias Nico and Richard.

It was a really nice experience the guides were really well prepaired and had everything ready in the morning and even picked us up at the hostel the view was great but sadly we couldn't go to the top of the Volcano because there was a danger of eruption. Really nice experience even with a nice Apero after the tour.

Really good tour. Great, english speaking guids. Made a route so you don't walk with every one else who is on the Vulcano. Tell you a lot about the suroundings and their experience. Nice reward at the end with a beer and a snack. Also helped us with our stay and good tips. Highly recomend this organisation.

Amazing tour and great views, you get all the equipment you need and it's in great quality. The instructors are true professionals and are also very friendly and funny. A must tour if you are in pucon.

Amazing tour and guides! They have a lot of patience, get you as high as you possibly can get to the volcano pit and then you slide down in the snow

All the guides were really friendly. They split us up into groups so we could walk at our own pace. They explained everything we saw in detail and gave us great safety briefings. Really fun day, views were amazing and then they gave us snacks and a beer when we got back to the office.

Exhilarating! Our trek with Richard and Diego was truly amazing. The climb is very steep and can be difficult at times but both of them were very attentive to each of our needs, taking mini breaks and kept us encouraged to push on! Walking across the snow and glacier was spectacular, a bit scary but again Richard and Diego took the time to make sure we were all doing ok. Being so close to the top of the volcano was unbelievable and the views were stunning. The slide down was a blast, made the hike well worth the hard work to get up the mountain. Overall the the guys were super friendly, fun, informative, easy to engage with and always had the safety of us all in mind. I would highly recommend these guys and this trek!!

Me and my partner went on the Villarica climb tour with Terra Volcano. This was the best experience we had in Chile thus far, we really appreciated going with the guide Richard and assistant David. They really set the stage for an amazing day that we will not forget! We learned a lot about volcanoes, fauna, animals in the area, Mapuche and Chilean culture along the way. The guides also helped taking really good photos and videos for us to remember the day🙌😊 We started out 6 am and returned around 4-5 pm, the hike up the volcano is demanding but one that I think most people can reasonably do (approx 5 hours), the pace was also adjusted as not be too taxing. At this time it is not allowed to reach the top of the crater but we think that did not matter so much as we had such great experiences anyway. Sliding down the snowy parts of the volcano was really fun😁 Saludos and Skål!!

Climbing/hiking the Villarica Volcano was an awesome experience! Even though I’m not used to hiking I made it up 1.100m - what a great feeling!! . Thanks to the guides Sebastian and Diego which took very good care of us, made sure we got enough breaks, eat and drink enough and never forget to put on sunscreen ;) they motivated each one of us and encouraged us in moments of exhaustion and doubts. I would highly recommend to everyone! (that does at least a bit of sports in their daily lifes) :)

The trip up Villarica was phenomenal! I felt super safe with the guides and rental gear. We had a gorgeous day and the views were amazing. Not to mention, the sledding down is one of the funnest things I've ever done. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t recommend the volcano tour enough, was such an amazing experience! They provide everything from crampons, ice picks, backpacks, hiking shoes, etc and extra snow gear to slide down at the end. The guides were amazing as well and made the experience all the better, always checking in and helping, positive attitude and allowing people go at different paces. Make sure to bring snacks & water. The trek up wasn’t too difficult, depending maybe on your endurance level, and the views from the top were unreal making it all worth it. Would recommend going on a clear day. Sliding down the mountain was super fun as well and then we celebrated with a beer and some snacks :) must do if you’re in Pucon!

Great tour. The company took care everything, the equipment, shuttle from hotel and took photos during the hike. At the end of the tour we got snacks and beers. The guides were very professional

The tour was excellent. We made the vulcano tour with a group of 10. There were three guides for the group. Organisation and expertise were great. Sliding down the volcano with hardware given by the company was a new experience and fun! The rental equipment is of good quality.
