We had such a great day! Picked us up right on time. All day was right on schedule. Our driver did an amazing job both there and back. Luis our guide was so knowledgeable and thoughtful! We enjoyed the site. Incredible, piece of history. The stop to see the obsidian and tequila was fun. The bike ride made us wish we had booked a place to stay there so we could have tried several of the restaurants! The cave was cool. The lunch was good, some entrees better than others depending on your taste! All in all a wonderful day to see some ancient history!! Research the site then go the museum of anthropology to see all the artifacts they have saved from the site.

The bike portion was not what we expected, but still enjoyable. I wish our guide would have paused periodically so we could take pictures of the pyramids from a distance. Then again, I guess we could have just stopped and he would have come back for us. All in all, it was a great experience--just not quite what we imagined.

The Teotihuacán walk and bike tour offers a mixed experience. The highlight is undoubtedly the walking tour of the temples, where the guide's deep knowledge shines, bringing the ancient ruins to life with captivating stories and insights. This portion of the tour is both engaging and educational, providing a memorable exploration of this historic site. However, the bike segment falls short of expectations. Limited visibility due to biking outside the fence and a noisy bike can detract from the experience. Additionally, the frequent requests for tips from vendors at lunch, while understandable once, become overbearing with multiple performances. Transport-wise, the lack of air conditioning in the van, with a requirement to keep windows down, impacts comfort, especially in warm weather. In summary, while the walking tour is fantastic thanks to the expert guide, the bike tour and some logistical aspects could be improved for a better overall experience.

What an incredible and effortless experience! From booking to logistics and the adventures, we highly recommend this tour. Our guide, Ramon, is a local who provided great insights on the pyramids, the site, and even shared personal experiences from his childhood memories. His knowledge and expertise added value to our tour.

This was a great tour! The tour guides were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. If you are booking this tour through Tripadvisor, I recommend checking if you have transportation included or not. We booked the tour that did not include transportation from our hotel so we decided to take the metro and the bus to Teotihuacan. It was fairly simple but when we arrived at the pyramids, we were a bit confused about how to get to the location. We ended up having to pay for our pyramid visit tickets out of pocket (even though it is included in the tour) so we could take a shortcut cross through the pyramids and arrive at the meeting location. The walk is not too far but since it was our first time there, we were a bit confused. Once we found the location, the company greeted us with local bread, cookies and coffee and they refunded us the cost of the ticket. If you chose to take the bus to this location, I suggest arriving early so you can find and walk to the location. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would do it again.

Eloy was a great guide, offering insight and information throughout. The added fun of cycling around the nearby area (which included going underground in a cave system, and visiting a local co-operative) made the whole day diverse and very fun.

This was the best tour we have done anywhere in the world. So much fun. Not only was Ramon a wonderful guide, you got to see the pyramids from a unique perspective as you arrived on bike and then circled the site. There were also several stops that I don't think are on other tours so you get to see a larger portion of Teotihiacan. This is the best way to do it!

Bicycling always adds another dimension to a tour experience, and it was nice to visit with a local stonesmith, and see a cave -- along with the pyramids.

This tour was fantastic. I enjoyed the combination of walking and biking, and getting to see some things via biking that I wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Our tour guide, Eloy, was very kind and passionate about his work. From pick up in the morning to drop off in the afternoon, all logistics were handled seamlessly by the tour company.

Highly recommend the bike tour! You get the ability to bike to the different archeological sites, the cave and the pyramids all in a reasonable time frame. Our tour guide Eloy was very friendly, funny and informative of all the sites we visited. Even if you feel like you might not handle the bike ride, they have a van following in case the heat gets to you. Great experience!

Professional team running an unusual experience of Teotihuacan! Our guide Luis gave a great description of the site and gave us enough time to wander around on our own. The cave is a fascinating experience and they even provide hard hats and torches. If you are not very fit or not good at cycling though, maybe opt for the van ride instead. The bikes are heavy trail bikes and the gears can be sticky. The route goes over unpaved paths and cobblestones. You still get to see the town on a slow drive in the van. Pick up and drop off at Mexico city was very smooth. Angeles was very communicative, thank you!

Tour was great, especially the walking tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. Biking portion of the tour was ok. A little more time could be spent making sure the bikes fit properly. My seat was way too low. At the first stop we adjusted the seat height but by then my knee was really bothering me. I spin every other day and with the correct seat height have no issues with my knee. Wish there was a little more too see on the bike but the cave we stopped at was very interesting. Other than the cave, the only stop was at a shop where we did have great local alcoholic drink tasting. They were fantastic and I am not much of a drinker. We were given a snack between the walking and bike tour. That was a very nice touch. After the bike tour we were taken to a restaurant for a buffet lunch. The food was good. Overall we really liked the tour. Great job!

The Teotihuacán site is incredible on its own, but this tour (with Miguel as a guide) really made this a unique experience. A stop in Miguel's family's obsidian workshop was an unexpected highlight of the trip. It was a full-day tour without a single dull moment - definitely recommend as a day trip from Mexico City

Everything about this day was excellent. From the driver who picked us up at the hotel in CDMX (and brought us back), to the guide we had for the day, Eloy, to the vegan lunch at one of the local restaurants. Incredibly interesting site. And Eloy was our favourite guide from our three weeks in Mexico. We were fortunate to go on New Years Day and there were very few people there. Highly recommend

The highlight of the trip was our guide's short capsule narration of the life of Frida Kahlo, and his overview of the Coyocaon history... he was engaging and down to earth, a real delight
