Small group perfect tour

we requested a guide in French when we booked. When we arrived, our guide, although very friendly, only spoke English and Spanish. comments difficult for us to understand. the meal served on board is very poor, half a sandwich each and a few pieces of fruit. we were lucky enough to see dolphins and the boat was very nice nonetheless.

A very beautiful yacht. It should be noted, however, that the boat is mainly driven by the engine. However, the helmsman is nice and the yacht is photogenic.

Took the bus to get to the meeting point (no pickup available) and were welcomed by our guide at the Marina. Very friendly and had a great time. We were a group of 5 friends and just enjoyed hanging out on the deck and watching the ocean. We were lucky and even put the sail up. Saw one dolphin and a bunch of small wales, truly incredible! Since we spent a bunch of time with the wales we only had 10 minutes left for a quick dip in the water. Alcoholic drinks and sandwiches were provided but would recommend to bring your own water. Great and fun experience. (Did not see Los Gigantes in case anybody is looking for this info as we weren't sure when we booked the tour)

Tour was canceled by the operator at short notice, I'm still waiting to get my money refunded. No response to my emails. Didn't get any money back. I'll make a last attempt out of court, then I'll go to the lawyer/court. My suspicion for the cancellation was that there weren't enough bookings for the date so that they didn't feel like going on the trip and canceled it with the excuse that there was too much wind. Other boats went out that day. Simply reacting to my emails, staying away from this operator, makes a dubious impression. I drove over 1 hour from Puerto de la Cruz to Porto Colon for free. Very disappointing that you now have to get your money back through lawyers...

Nice and clean boat. Kind and jovial

It was brilliant. Martha (I’m sure that was the lady’s name) was just brilliant. So friendly, chatty and infinitely patient.
