Amazing views, great crew, knowledgeable pilot, and unforgettable experience! Would highly recommend this even if you’re afraid of heights (like me). The ride is smooth as silk and the views are unlike any other!

I wanted to share a special memory with my son. It was an anticipated event and we left quite disappointed. The location was not Temecula over vineyards, it was in Winchester over land plots and construction sites. We started late as we waited a long time for the company to set up so while all the others enjoyed a beautiful sunrise we saw them take off in shivering cold. The flight was choppy, my son got sick. It was also shorter than 45 mins.

Awesome and not too scary.. lol... Experienced crew was amazing, this was allot of fun.. Would highly recommend this to everyone

Pilot is friendly and lots of knowledge of flying hot air balloon, explains every parts of the balloon, name the places in all directions., explains why Temecula is the best place for flying hot air balloon’s..

We purchased a private tour for a party of 3 with included breakfast/mimosas. I hadn't seen my dad in almost 15 years and we (eldest daughter w/ new fiance) were excited to catch up and share our big news on an amazing adventure! We were upcharged another $150+ on arrival to upgrade to "semi-private" rather than a "shared" tour. The lady organizing everything was really nasty and dismissive to us, argued that we booked through Viator and had no control over the details/price of our booking. She asked each person if they were celebrating something and didn't ask us. So after over $700 at this point we were smushed into the small group balloon basket with 6 other people, including a 2 man camera crew and 2 actors (also a single rider, the pilot and us 3). We weren't even able to turn around to face or talk to each other. We also couldn't talk over the actor's lines. We were also hit several times by the camera equipment. There was black condensation dripping on us throughout the trip which permanently stained our clothes. The included "breakfast" was a sandwich bag with a slim jim and some granola bars. The pilot was knowledgable and very skilled but he spoke to his crew with disrespect and anger. The only positives were the incredible view and finally spending time with my dad after so long. This was very falsely advertised, poorly organized and very uncomfortable.

Such a chill yet exciting activity. Phil was great, super friendly. We got to see everything and soar above the clouds. It was so much fun

Being up in the air and having that overlook was priceless. It was the first time going up for me and my family. Denny our pilot was the best and so knowledgable! (Totally got that smooth landing 🥰) I definitely recommend trying it and accommodate you and your party to get the best experience :)

This was my gift to my husband for his birthday. We like to do little mini getaways and this was perfect. We were so happy it was overcast so we could experience being engulfed by the clouds. What a feeling to gently lift off the ground and see the landscape with a 360 view. Great team of people. We felt safe and in good hands. Definitely will tell family & friends about our experience ballooning with Temecula Wine Country AM Ride!

Loved it! Even on a cloudy morning the flight was magical, the pilot was so friendly, and the touchdown was easy.

Great experience! Able to see everything around friendly staff perfect for a date or special moment. Celebration with a snack and champagne at the end!

Everything went as planned. Everything was explained at the beginning the staff was great. It was scary at the beginning but then everything went smooth. The pilot made us feel comfortable and he was very knowledgeable.

The Trip was amazing, I went with my family (6 of us) and we all had a blast. The only feature we disliked was that it was too early. After the meetup spot they gave us transportation to the balloon. Our operator kept us entertained and safe, defiantly recommend for other travelers

Our pilot/tour guide did a great job of storytelling and keeping us entertained with the views and his wonderful Dad jokes. Very smooth ride. 10/10

Our hot air balloon ride had to be moved due to wind but it was still a great experience. I wouldn’t call it breakfast, more like snacks for after the ride. The team was very nice and the view was beautiful.

I had a great time doing a hot air balloon ride for my birthday. When we got to the check-in site, we met the team who made us feel so calm and prepared for the adventure. There was also a photographer/videographer that was there that we hired to record our full experience with their drone. I felt like a superstar! The flight take-off and landing were both so smooth. The experience was so peaceful!
