the welcome by the Hot Air Balloon Ride Staff. The ride was very exiting just been able to be above clouds, was wonderful time.

It is quite an experience to reach the clouds. I loved the trip, we felt safe at all times, we reached the clouds.

It was a Monday, the day after daylight savings time and an early one! We arrived and were offered an upgrade to a semi-private 8 passenger balloon instead of being in with 22 others; best decision because we got Phil as a pilot whom is exceptionally skilled and personable. We were up in the sky for over an hour watching the sunrise above the clouds! Amazing and glorious!! Our descent and landing was smooth; we toasted with mimosa’s afterwards! Great way to start a day!

Besides the drone in your face it was that got pretty annoying at times! It was exceptional! Pilot was outstanding!

Worth every cent! Such a unique experience. The crew assured safety, and walks you through every part of the experience. Safety is a priority along with making the trip fun and memorable.

Celebrated my husband's birthday and we had such a great time! The day was perfect although I was slightly disappointed in starting later than expected. I was hoping to see the sunrise IN the balloon but instead on the road as we drove to our location. We took off shortly after 7:30am due to relocation because of the wind situation. I wish they would communicate more in the briefing. Still, the photo op, snacks, sparkling brut, & wine tasting 2-fors were the best! I highly recommend this tour!!

The experience was great once up in the air. However, the arrival time and the actual time we took off was a bit misleading. A lot of standing around from 6 a.m. until 7:30 ish.

This was a very exciting experience and I would definitely do it again! The pilot was very entertaining.

We were a group of five high school friends celebrating our birthdays and we had an amazing experience, it was breath taking and we had a great pilot and crew to have the best take off, landing and guide. We highly recommend Wesley the photographer, he captured our special moment while we were celebrating our lives. We are very grateful and happy!

I've been to several Temecula wineries over the years (tours by, limo, bus and trolley) This was definitely next-level excitement. The ride was so peaceful. Beautiful views from above. Our pilot was very knowledgeable. We had a mimosa toast after we landed and received a first flight in a hot air balloon certificate.

The whole trip was fantastic, from the filling of the balloons to the flight and landing. Definite bucket list item.

It was an experience of a life time. I’ve always wanted to ride in a hot air balloon and now I can check this off my bucket list.

We went to celebrate my best friend for her Bachelorette and had the most incredible time. It was everything we expected and more. Shout out to Phil the Pilot and his team.

The pilot did an excellent job. The coordination for meeting at 5:30 am was not excellent. Waited for an hour to be shuttled 2 miles was ridiculous in my opinion. Also riding in basket with 16 strangers was a little cramped. If i did it again i would pay more for the smaller basket .

Tim was a great pilot. We went high and low, but not too high where it was scary for a new be like us. It was a great first experience. Will be back! I do wish they had more vans available to take us all up at the same time but I guess it worked out. I just missed the sunrise pictures I was looking forward to.

Our guide Brent was so much fun!! The peacefulness in the air is surreal. Everyone should have this experience on their bucket list!!
