Excellent tour would highly recommend! Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgable about all things related to Turkey and the food was fantastic! We left very very full.

Absolutely fabulous tour with knowledgeable guide who paced the tour perfectly. Plenty of wonderful food with a few surprises along the way. We would never have known to order some of the food on our own so this was a great way to be adventurous and experience the local cuisine. Also thanks to the others in the group who were great company!

We were recommended this tour by our friends and were really satisfied. Our guide was Ayse, a really nice person, more like a friend than a guide. She had a lot of knowledge about food, history, culture and people. She showed us where to shop, where to eat and what.to avoid. The food stops were excellent and the food was really tasty. It was the best way to get around the city, getting to know a lot abou food and history.

The whole experience was amazing from the beginning until the end, my husband and I enjoyed every meal and also our group was very nice. I would do it again if I can. I will recommend it to all my friends...

Our tour guide: Barhri had us taste a great variaty of foods, from local breakfast, through snacks, lunch and in the end, dessert. The food was delicious and Bahri's presentation was fun, relaxed and informative.

This is a great tour - it’s my second trip to Istanbul and the second time I did this food tour. You get to see both the European and Asian sides of the city and it feels less touristy than a traditional walking tour. The food was amazing and our guide Sinan was great - interesting, funny, and informative. Would 100% recommend this tour.

make sure to pace yourself on this tour! there's constantly more food around the corner at the next stop. most of it was great! some of it was not (pickles and pickle juice) lol. but the whole experience was fantastic, touring both sides (european and asian) of the city, our guide aysa was engaging and provided a lot of historical context to the food and the city.

Ali made this tour one of the best we have done. He’s is engaging and full of passion for his people and city. He opened up the Asian side for us and we are ended up spending every night there to try as many food and drink places as we could. I would highly recommend this tour, and suggest you do it on day 1 or 2 of your trip. It orientates you to the city really well. The food is too good and numerous to say which was best, my only advice is do not eat breakfast!!

Awesome tour, heaps of variety and a tour guide who really engaged with the group. While you cover some distance, it’s not difficult and anyone could do it. Too many highlights to capture here, but showing us the Asian side opened the city up. We ended up spending most nights we were in Istanbul on the Asian side as a direct result of the tour. Highly recommend!

Our recent tour with Ali as our guide far exceeded our expectations. Ali was a fantastic guide who provided us with information and history all along the way. The food was amazing with each stop being almost complete meals. So much food. You will not go hungry. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone considering it.

This was more than just a tasting. The amount and variety of food was very generous. The quality of the food was average. Our guide was knowledgeable, and this was an educational experience. The foods offered were good examples of the local cuisine. The group size was not limited to the 8 maximum people that was stated in the description. It says to come hungry, which is true, however, I wish the first tasting was much sooner as we came starving and it was difficult to listen to the commentary for almost an hour prior to getting any food.

Tour guide was great, very informative. First meal, was cool, guide bought local items at the spice bazar, and a local restaurant prepared the food. Lots of great food, pace yourself!
