The host gave us a great tour with history of the area. He was a delight. The place with food and wine were excellent. It was nice to go to the local places off the beaten tourist path. Much thanks.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely time on our food and wine tour lead by Gianmarco. Very tasty local food and wines. The tour was very informative and learned lots of facts about Venice. Even with a small head injury moments before our tour Gianmarco powered through and was lovely.

Giancarlo is a wonderful host. He is warm and friendly and tells interesting stories of the city as you walk. The bacari we went to were all different and the cicchetti was yummy.

Gianmarco showed us parts of Venice that we could never have experienced without the tour. The food was great. A good combination of foods and wines that we were able to personalize to our tastes. Our best experience in Venice.

Delicious food and wines. I enjoyed getting away from overcrowded areas. Our guide, Gianmarco, was very informative and offered unique history about the city I had never known or thought to look up. Great atmosphere in all the places we visited.

We went with Jon Marco to 3 bars in the Rialto area, all very local and tried various cicetti and wine As we walked he told us about growing up in Venice and included some lovely nuggets of history.

Very enjoyable couple of hours hearing stories and seeing sights of Venice that we would not get from a guide book and also of course tasting some delicious tapas and wine - Gianmarco was a great host, very relaxed and friendly and, as he had been brought up in Venice, also very knowledgeable

Gianmarco was an excellent host. The tour was a great mixture of food and history and admiring the architecture of Venice. The food was delicious and we had a generous amount of wine as well. He was also a great photographer so we could focus on having fun with our friends and enjoying the scenery. Would highly recommend the tour!

Gianmarco was an amazing guide and we saw and learned about parts of Venice that we would have not seen without his help! He provided history and knowledge of the less touristy parts of the city. And made our experience memorable.

Everything was perfect! Gianmarco was an excellent guide! The food was very tasty and the restaurants were hidden jems of Venice!!! 100% recomend

To be honest it was talking to the other tourists on the trip with us. We learnt more about Australia than we did the wine in Venice. The guide basically took us to 3 wee pubs handed us either red or white wine and snacks never mentioned anything about the history of the wines and it definitely wasn't tapas food. Very disappointed.

Gianmarco was our extraordinary guide in Venice. I was looking forward to experiencing real Venetian food and drinks and what a wonderful introduction it was. His knowledge of Venetian history was awesome and I loved the extra anecdotes he told which really brought this fabulous city to life.I also expected to have dinner after we had finished the tour but the wine and food Gianmarco ordered for us was so generous there was no room for dinner! I also thought the Enoteca/bars he chose were wonderful,all different so we got to experience a broad selection of venues as well as the food and wine. Thank you once again Gianmarco for a very memorable experience

This is such an awesome tour! Delicious food and good fine, also a lot of interesting facts about Venice you will not find in any guide. We had such a nice group and our guide Gianmarco was the best! So much fun, we can highly recommend this tour! Plan some time afterwards, with a nice group the last stop could be longer ;-)

This tour was casual, easy, and fun! The food was great as was our guide. We enjoyed checking out new places slightly off the beaten path. We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Venice!

Gianmarco our guide was very informative and we enjoyed going off the beaten track. Drink options were fab. Some tapas were excellent.

Gianmarco was our wonderful guide through the maze of small streets, piazzas, and bridges - exciting history and great fun! He is a native Venetian who actually lives in the neighborhood we toured. The Cicchetti (small bites of excellent food) and wine was delicious!! We visited small intimate restaurants during their quiet hours (4-6 pm) so you can dine together and have great conversations. It’s a wonderful experience, made all the more so by Gianmarco’s delightful personality and his deep love and knowledge of Venice!! Highly recommend!!!

Would have never ventured into areas that our guide took us. He was very knowledgeable and fun! The papas and wine were very good too.
