Thank you so much for the most incredible start to finish experience for the 15,000ft skydiving for my 29th birthday - what a way to celebrate! I couldn’t stop smiling and laughing the entire time, John, my instructor was an absolute delight and put me at ease so much, he was brilliant and I couldn’t have asked for a better skydiving experience and for my first! I will definitely be getting my licence and coming back! :) Thank you so much!!!

Terrified to do it but well worth it, views were amazing and Manny definitely made it easier than it should have been. That being said dunno if I’d do it again 🤣

Skydiving was an amazing experience, the tandem jumpers have great experience and know how to make you at ease or even hike around with. I enjoyed the experience so much that I went a second time and Duarte was such a great and funny guy it honestly made it feel better.

This experience would have been 5 star because my instructor was excellent and my skydiving experience was phenomenal. However, after encountering a terrible customer service experience by Sarah on 03.03.24, I give this a 2 star. Once we completed the activity around noon, we were given a form to fill in, which gives the option to purchase the video and pictures of your experience that have been recorded. There are few packages to choose - for example: €70 for either the photos or video; or €95 for both the video and the pictures. I opted for the video and pictures, whereas my friend just opted for the video. We both made separate payments. We were told by Sarah that we would receive our skydiving content later on the day via email. At 14:13 they called my friend to clarify exactly what we want - my friend repeated the same thing. My friend’s file was sent at 14:34 (video) and 14:38 (images) - 4 minutes apart. I received my video at 14:41 (video). I waited for 20 minutes and there was no sign of my photos. I called them at 15:03 in regards to this and Sarah herself confirmed that when she had called my friend, it was mentioned to her that I was the video and photos, and my friend wants just the video. I then received my second file at 15:19. I asked if I could get the €25 refund, which I paid extra to also get the photos, and also because it caused me an inconvenience. Additionally, I requested this because my friend received a service that she didn’t want, nor paid for. Sarah refused this and then started claiming that we signed the wrong papers, as in I signed the paper where my friends name was written and she signed the paper where my name was written, which is not the case. She was not cooperating with the conversation and kept cutting me off. Again, I did say that I understand a mistake was made by the skydiving company but it wasn’t fair that I paid €95 for the full package when my friend only paid €70 and received both the video & photos. She started saying that it wasn’t their fault and they never make mistakes like this. She wouldn’t let me put a word in to explain or reason with her how this is unfair to me and she started getting rude. I asked for proof that we signed the wrong papers, as we know that didn’t happen, and she refused to do so. She kept on saying that we were lying and didn’t fill our respective forms - even though she verbally confirmed it to me and we had seen her right down our names and how much we paid. She was not co-operating with the conversation. I listened to her side and understood that a mistake was made from her end but she refused to acknowledge it, even though when I called back, she herself confirmed that I had asked for the video & photos, whereas my friend only asked for the video. She was very dismissive and was trying to get me off the phone by constantly saying “have a good day, and bye”. A few people who did the activity before me had pre-warned me to be wary that when it comes to the tips, Sarah changes the amount. They gave me the example that they had written £0 for tips due to budget issues and she had altered it to £10. I mentioned this to her when she had the audacity of accusing us of lying and said that no such thing had happened. She refused to acknowledge what I said and hung up the phone. Again, I understand mistakes can happen but when it causes inconvenience to someone, compensations should be made. My encounter with Sarah ruined my whole experience, which I was initially so happy about.

Amazing 😁 the whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. I had booked for the Saturday as was flying home on the Sunday, it was fully booked on the Saturday, but they very kindly offered to see if they could switch someone else around, which was so accommodating! Would highly recommend this to other travellers! 5 stars ⭐️

You guys are missing out something if yourl still didnt try the Skydive expérience with these guys. From the reception(Sara)👱‍♀️ till one of the coolest baddass instructor (Joâo rato) 😎, they are professional in what they do. They put in everything you need too feel great. Even if Ur scared thèse guys will put you in a great mood and make your expérience a mémorable one!!!! Highly recomended!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼💪🏼🔥🙏🏼✅🪂

Amazing jump, friendly staff. Only thing missing was a second jump right after. The price for the video and photos is a bit high but that's marketing 101.

It was amazing. Everyone in the company is very nice and they speak perfectly English in case you don’t speak Portuguese. The instruction doesn’t take much time and the experience itself is amazing. You have to try it at least once! I picked the highest jump. The panorama was fantastic and my instructor even did a few stunts once the parachute was deployed. I really felt safe all the way, everyone is highly professional and nice. If you wish, you can also buy the video of your jump; the quality is really worth it!

It was my first time skydiving. I had to wait for about 2 hours due to delays but in the end loved my experience! The instructors were super friendly and put me at ease. My photos didn’t turn out great (remember to smile during the freefall!) but had a overall would recommend!

What an incredible experience we had at Skydive Seven! This company is well organized, very professional, very safe, and most of all - so much fun! And such amazing photos and video! I highly recommend this place for an experience of a lifetime!

The experience on the whole was just mind-blowing! What made it even better was the staff and the instructors. They put me at ease and assuaged any fears my friends and I had. Special shout out to the instructors, You guys were just AWESOME! Thanks a bunch for this unforgettable experience!

The site crew were all super friendly. I was a bit scared, I confess, but they went through all the procedures and explained everything throughly. I jumped with Andy ( thank you, it was amazeballs!! You rock!) Such a blazing trail. Will be back for more, guaranteed.

What an amazing experience. I've waited all my life to do a jump, I'm so glad I waited to do it with Skydive Seven in Portugal. The whole day from start to finish was fun, fully professional and truly memorable. The staff were all welcoming and made me feel special even though they see so many people. Special thanks to my instructor, Joao Rato for helping me feel totally safe throughout the whole thing and to Andy the cameraman for rounding off the experience in a magical way. I bought the full video package and it was worth every penny - every time I watch the video it brings a smile. It's really well edited and captures all the highlights of the day.

Will be back 100% All the staff was on point, and the jump was out of this world. I recommend this to anyone and everyone!

I am 70 years old and decided to do for the first time in my life a parachute jump in tandem. I chose SkyDive 7. Their location in Portimao provides an impressive view of the Algarve coast. The experience was a success on all accounts : preparation was well communicated, security systems were strictly followed, the coach was highly qualified having several thousands jumps behind him, the video and pictures taken were great and will help remember this memorable event. I think there is more risk driving a car than jumping in parachute with experienced trainers. Thank you Nono and the whole team for this wonderful lifetime experience. Lionel

What started off as a very well organised joke to make me believe I was going to do a tandem skydive, leading me to have a huge attack of nerves before being told I really SHOULD take part anyway, ended up being the most unforgettable day of my life. I suffer from a fear of heights, falling and do not enjoy flying neither. However after a LONG time being reassured by the incredible staff here, I found myself in a plane at 15000ft before jumping out with a long freefall before the parachute was deployed. It was the scariest thing I have ever done...and will ever do. I will admit to being terrified for a lot of the skydive too, but Duarte was so understanding and reassuring. He did everything possible to make me feel better. And upon landing, my body just gave way with a huge mix of emotions hitting me all at once. Again several members of staff were there to greet me and help me get on my feet again. The support was unbelievable from every single person I met there. I have nothing but respect for you all. You are the most amazing group of people I have ever met and I cannot thank you enough for being so patient and understanding with me when my crippling fear almost made it impossible. Sorry for being such hard work for you all, but trust me, what you all did for me will live with me until Tuesday I die. Thank you so much!

Something I've wanted to do for so long and finally had the chance. Loved it! Thank you to all the team at Skydive Seven for making me feel safe and enjoy the experience. It will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me, because it's not cheap. € 199 for the tandem jump at 5000m (roughly 15,000 feet) plus € 90 for the photos and video. But it was worth every cent :D

When we arrived we were persuaded to jump from 15,000ft instead of 10,000ft to experience more freefall. The team quickly and efficiently ran through healthy and safety with us (all very reassuring) and chatted frequently in the plane to help settle any nerves. The experience was great and the view was fantastic, I did really enjoy the skydive despite initial hesitations. The only real negative was when we were asked to pay another €60 for either the video or photos or €90 for both, considering we paid €200 for the jump this felt quite rich - you'd expect at least one photo when paying so much!
