Great experience from pick-up to drop-off. I felt safe the entire flight. Video and pictures are a great memory to take home.

This was an unforgettable thrill. Surprisingly peaceful and relaxing. I wish I could have been in the air longer! Only down side was punctuality. I was waiting over an hour for the pilot to meet me at the top. Otherwise, I had a great experience! I’d still recommended it because it was worth the wait.

The starting cliff looks very scary but you just have to commit it. Run for your life 😆, follow instructions and you will be fine. There is small water fall on the way down. Nice view from the top. Take commands for few turns. Toni performs some roller coaster moves while I hope not to to drop his go pro. Landing is smooth and with out any issues. Toni makes sure that we made the train station so that we don't have to wait an hour for it.

The most amazing experience! Mr. Marius was very professional and kind. He made me feel comfortable and at ease right before take-off as I was a bit nervous. He was helpful, punctual, and he even took me to a local cheese market to try some local cheeses. He didn’t have to do that at all but he still did. I highly recommend this adventure to anybody!

The paragliding itself was a fun experience, but it was only supposed to take 2 hours. Instead it took 6 hours. There were only 2 instructors for 5 people, so we had to wait for them to take a chair lift back up the mountain each time. The tour company either needs to correctly disclose the time it will take, or they need to provide more instructors so it actually does take only 2 hours.

Tony was amazing! Very skilled and personable. He even brought a sweater back that we forgot in his car. Such an exhilarating experience! Would do it again! Thank you

I had the best experience with CAP Paragliding in Lucerne. My tandem partner was Yamina (sp?). My wife did her paragliding with Toni and will submit a separate review. The air is so fresh and the views so beautiful in this area of the world. Toni is extremely knowledgable and was very helpful. Don't hesitate to book with CAP, because the experience will be well worth your while. We can't stop talking about how much fun we had!

The crew was welcoming, kind, and awesome! The owner came to get us at the train station and we drove the 1/2 mile over to their place. Get over running off of a cliff edge and go!! ;)

My husband and daughter went on this experience during our recent trip to Lucerne. Looking at their site it seems like they have improved their information since our trip at the end of May. The two of them loved the actual paragliding experience BUT the organization and communication offered was not acceptable. We did not realize that the meeting point was at a train station about 20 minutes from Lucerne. We were directed to meet there by the restrooms. At that time it was NOT indicated in any of the literature that an additional fee would be needed to ride a cable car to the top of the mountain where the paragliding begins, nor the bus ride back to the train station. They left their wallets and cell phones with us as they did not anticipate having a place to put them during the event and needing to have money. They were never told that they could bring along items. And no one asked if they were bringing money, etc. Luckily there was a third fellow along who was able to lend them money for these necessities. With only two tandem instructors for three people, they then were left to wait while the other passenger had his paragliding experience. Again--no money to get a snack or even a drink of water. I would suggest using a paragliding company that leaves directly from Lucerne. We saw several other companies who had vans in the area.

Spectacular views, beautiful day, confident and encouraging pilot who gave clear instructions. Only downside it was not long enough.

I absolutely loved this paragliding experience and would recommend it to family and friends who are keen for an adventure. The pilots were very professional and made us feel at ease with clear instructions. They were also flexible with iffy weather and made sure to find a clear, safe place to glide, instead of cancelling the excursion. I can’t wait to do this again!

We saw so many people paragliding in Interlaken, we decided to give it a try. Every place was booked, so we did it at our next stop, Lucerne, and were so pleased that we did. Definitely a "bucket list" item crossed off. There were three generations of us (aged 18, 43, and 74) and we all had fun and felt very safe. If you get motion sick on roller coasters, this probably isn't for you, but it's a fairly gentle ride. The reason that I gave it 4/5 stars is that there were some hidden costs - neither the cable car nor the photos were included in the original price.

First time experience for our family, 8-year old up to parents. We had a great time. The pilots were great. Wonderful experience!

The flight was breathtaking, but shorter than others before me. My wife and I arrived at 9am for the trip which listed a duration of 1.5 hours. Giving a half hour each way, would have made it 2.5 hours. Though I informed Tony that we had another tour in Lucerne at 12:30, I was the last one of our group to go - over three hours later. Then when we expected to be driven back to our departure point, we were instead driven a kilometer to the train station where we had to pay for tickets and wait almost an hour for the train in the hot sun (station was closed). We missed out second tour, got no refund, and lost $331.00!!! They didn’t bring us back! We were in a foreign country and they just dropped us off at the train station!

The actual flight was a beautiful experience. Tony made sure you were ready and knew what to do. However, the Viator information indicated that pick up and drop off were the same spot and the only thing not included was the picture. In reality, you have to pay for the gondola ride up, 10 CHF per person. Also, we were told on the ride to the paragliding spot that we would be dropped off at a local train station to ride back to Lucerne, at our own cost. None of this cost was expected. Also, we had afternoon plans and did not expect that we would have to buy a ticket and wait for a train. This part was very misleading. The viator description gave the impression we would be brought back to the starting point.

If you’re thinking about doing this… DO IT DO IT DO IT!!!! The absolute best experience of my life!! My pilot Florian made me feel very safe and at ease and has been flying for 13 years (I believe!) You could tell he had some true experience, knowledge of the weather and sport, and a love for flying. They provided all the equipment you need. We flew over an absolutely stunning backdrop of the lake, Swiss alps, forests, and towns surrounding the lake. You’ll never see anything as beautiful in your life!! (And if you do, it wouldn’t be from the amazing Birds Eye view you get when paragliding). I must’ve been in the air for around 25 minutes, but the experience went by in a second! Florian gave me great instructions that made the take off and landing go smoothly and easily, and let me fly the paraglide for a few minutes while we were in the air which was absolutely exhilarating. Florian also took around 30 awesome Go-Pro videos and pictures during the flight which you can pay extra to get (and totally should - they turned out absolutely amazing and are worth the money). If you are staying in Lucerne, it takes about an hour and a half to get to the meeting point by train and bus, but it is a relatively easy journey. Also know that you have to pay for a one-way ticket up the mountain on the cable car yourself, which I think was about 15 Swiss franks, but totally totally worth it!!! I can’t recommend this experience enough and am so thankful for Florian and the flight. It was absolutely incredible and I hope to do it again someday!

First time experience for me but Toni my instructor was experienced and explained every step to us in details. Would recommend to anyone who’s seeking new adventure. Wish the ride was longer though..
