John was a great guide. Even when I had a flat tire, he made very quick arrangements to get it fixed and we were on our way. We loved riding through the villages, stopping to get a backside view of the Taj. Would highly recommend John!

Great value for money… Great tour of the countryside around Agra with very special views of the Taj Mahal. The tour was very relaxed without honking taxi’s or Tuk tuk’s. John is a great guy who really loves his job. He also gave us some very useful tips on how to handle things in India. Thanks John we really enjoyed it!

Moses was such a great guide. We explored some really interesting parts of Agra that I would never have seen on my own. He was really knowledgable and friendly and was great company as a solo traveler. We visited the more rural areas, being introduced to a local family, tasting fresh bread in their home, stunning views of Taj Mahal from a different location. The following day we explored the hustle and bustle of a spice market, an ancient temple and tasted local cuisine for dinner. I will get in touch with Moses when I am next back in India for sure!

On this site tour tomorrow was offered on specific date. And could be booked and paid. Organisation quickly responded there was no tour on set date. Payment was returned instantly. Would have been better if tour wasn’t offered.

John designed a special tour for me as it was not my first time in Agra. First he took my on a bike tour in the countryside around Taj to experience real rural life. It was amazing! Later we went to the Old Cithy beyond the Fort for an immersive tour around spice shops, ayurvedic practices and marble shops. John is a passionate guide with hospitality in his DNA. I strongly recommend you a bike tour with him and his brother Moses. Well done guys! Thank you for a great time together!

Exceptional tour hosted by Moses. He was so knowledgable, respectful and helpful. It was a very hot day so we opted for a tuk tuk, not a bicycle which was wonderful. Must do activity when you’re in Agra!

After reading the reviews, we knew this would be the perfect trip for us, and decided to book up before leaving the UK. Agra was our first stop on our mini tour of India, and I had booked a 3 night stay to ensure we had plenty of time to see everything. That turned out to be a great decision! We went to find Agra by Bike on our arrival in Agra and were invited to drink chai with John. We decided to reschedule the bike tour as the forecast was rain, and John kindly arranged a tuk tuk driver to show us the Baby Taj and Agra Fort on the drizzly day so we had plenty to see and do. We really enjoyed both, well worth an extra day in Agra. The following day we got up early for the Taj, then did the bike ride with Moses in the afternoon. It ended up just being the three of us which was fantastic. We rode into the village and interacted with local families on a really personal level, being invited into their homes, making chapatis and learning about family life in rural India. At sunset, we went to a stunning vantage point for amazing views of the Taj, far better (for me as a photographer at least) than the views from inside the Taj grounds. Moses took some lovely photos of us, which was much appreciated as we never have any of us together! This tour was the absolute highlight of our travels around India, not only because we got to experience the real India, but because of John and Moses' exceptional hospitality and knowledge. We felt as if we were their guests rather than tourists - they honestly couldn't do enough to ensure our Agra trip was absolutely perfect.

It would be better entitled "See Real India" because this is the only way I know of to interact with the villagers who make up the overwhelming majority of the population. Overwhelmingly friendly, smiling and helpful it was a priveledge to be part of their lives. Though it is expensive for what it is, I hope and trust that almost all the money for the tour is diverted to these same villagers. What made the experience unforgettable was the secret viewpoint for sunset of the Taj Mahal -that was totally amazing and unforgettable.

I made a last minute decision to join the afternoon bike ride as I wasn't in the mood for Agra Fort after an early start for sunrise at the Taj Mahal (I went to Agra Fort the next day and it was amazing by the way!). I'm really glad I did - it was a lovely respite from the constant hassle with an amazing view of the Taj and a pleasant cycle to a local home where they made us chapati. It was also great to meet and chat with Moses, who is a genuine, warm and knowledgable guy. One thing to note is that it's not a very long cycle, so may not suit those looking for a more energetic outing, but I'd still recommend it if you have time while in Agra.

Moses was super flexible with our schedule and communication was amazing. We only had time to do 90 minutes but he made the most of it. Moses is also very intelligent and answered all of my questions in ways that helped me understand in my own reference based on an entirely different world experience. My favorite part was visiting a family in the Taj Forest who showed us how to make chapati and gave us a taste...the best I've ever had! I felt liked I was suddenly immersed in an authentic Indian experience and it was both exhilarating but also humbling. We also saw many animals along the ride included Ox, cows, monkeys and dogs. I wasn't expecting to see a lot of wildlife. It was a pleasant surprise. I would wholeheartedly recommend this bike tour. It's not a strenuous bike ride and it felt very safe. This was my second bike tour in another country. The other was in Bangkok. This is a really great way to maximize time, venture into hard to reach areas, and have some fun and fresh air! Great tour, thank you!!

We decided to do a trip to the countryside after spending a lot of time in India’s busy cities and John & Moses were for sure the right pick. The tour itself was interesting and exceptional: Riding the bike through Taj Forest, getting freshly made bread from locals and beautiful pictures of us and the Taj Mahal from a rather secret spot. The service was excellent too. Moses knew that we had to catch a train and arranged for a cap to the train station and also a ride to get snacks and water. Lastly, it seems that they are interested in both, the happiness of the traveler and ALSO the locals and that they are trying to build a good community which brought extra joy :) I recommend doing something with them if you stay in Agra 100%. Cheers!

Great experience seeing the TAJ from a different perspective. We rode bikes through the backstreets and villages seeing how the locals live. We got to sit in their homes and share their local cuisine as well as see so many different angles of the TAJ. This was a truly unique experience and one we won’t forget.

Moses and his brother John were perfect hosts. Moses was extremely responsive with the organisation. He was on time and very friendly. John did my bike tour and he was very gracious. I particularly liked the way the people in the village welcomed us. It’s obvious that this was giving something to the local community without intruding. I’ll be back with my family!

We had an exceptional experience visiting Taj Mahal with Moses and experiencing the nearby area through his lens. We took an evening bike ride with him to a secret viewing point for the Taj Mahal. He ensured that he gave us all the relevant information about its history and all the local folklore. He is also an exceptionally good photographer and keeps you covered on that front. Unfortunately we couldn’t take a coat ride. We also went to the Taj Mahal with hun the very next morning. The overall experience with him was hiccup free and memorable. He’s great at what he does and very professional. Highly recommend him.

It takes you to places you cannot visit normally, with bird’s eye view of Taj , but my favourite was Boat ride in Yamuna behind Taj Mahal beats everything you have ever done or seen . People who have been to Agra done the Taj kept asking me where you got these pics clicked , and if it’s a Friday you will nail the experience . Special thanks for Moses for being kind and accommodative

We had an amazing day with Jon, visiting the Taj Mahal, local villages, old Agra and a food tour. This is a must do tour if you are visiting Agra.

If ever you want to know more about the people of India, how rural life looks like, take this tour. John, our guide, seemed to know a lot of the people, from the kids to the elderly. This made it easy for us to e.g. get invited into a farmer's home and watch a woman preparing food. We visited quite a few places where you could see the Taj Mahal from, with a new perspective. John's insides in rural life made this trip a truely unique experience. धन्यवाद

Both bike trips were a highlight of our recent trip to Agra (we did Taj Sunset + Taj Countryside). John, the proprietor, is laid-back, friendly, excellent guide and communicator. For our Taj sunset tour, we rode our bikes a short way into the countryside and were rewarded with incredible sunset views with very few people around. Such a treat, when the Taj gets thousands of visitors daily! For the countryside tour, we cycled into a nearby village, met a local family and walked around a farm. A glimpse of village life and village traditions so close and yet so far from Agra! Bikes were good, pace was easy; my ten year old son loved it. Highly recommended!

Communications between myself and the proprietor prior to booking were superb and this continued from when we booked the tour, when we arrived in Agra, until we said goodbye when our tour had finished. We had a leisurely bike ride towards the wall of Taj Mahal and then veered off behind it were we jumped onto a boat and were rowed along the river to enable our guide Moses to take photos. Moses captured some lovely photos of myself and my mum with the Taj Mahal in the background. After this we were taken by bike to a local village and we were able to stop and meet some of the local village people. We even had chai with a family and were shown around their fields full of crops. On our way back we stopped off to take photos of the sun setting and again we have some beautiful photos of the Taj whilst the sun was setting. We didn't really cycle far but the experience was worth the cost.
