My guide Khalid Ali was very friendly, informative and also made sure I skipped the lines and got to where I needed to go fast and efficiently. He also recommended spots for pictures and was happy to take pictures of me when I requested. The pickup from the hotel and getting into the train was done well and it eliminated any guess work from my part which is what I was looking for which was a seamless experience. Salman was also a great driver.

This trip has been thought thought we'll by Pioneer from start to finish. Contact with Pioneer before the trip even started was friendly, clear and swift. They puck us from the hotel on time and took us to the train station, walked us to the correct platform waited with us and made sure we were in correct seats. The train journey was comfortable just over 2 hours long. We were met by Shaan our guide for the day at the platform we arrived on, he knew us because they had already sent a photo of us so he could spot us. Warm geeting gave us some tips on what to do and not to do and then took us to the car where we met Parkash our driver for the day. Shaan was a prefect guide keeping us informed all day, taking us to very good photo opportunity spots, even taking photos of us altogether, giving us options on what we wanted to do. Took us for toilet breaks at nice hotels if we needed them. We had lunch at the Hikton double tree which was a welcome break only because of mid day sun. I would recommend you adk for Shaan, because he went above and beyond. The Taj it slef was stunning and no amount of photos will do it justice, if you have the chance once in life take this tour. We had a great time, Shaan and Parkash took us back to the train station, again waited with us at the platform and made sure we were seated on the train and happy before the train left and then back in Delhi the same driver met us on the platform and took us back to the hotel. A long day just over 12 hours from start to finish but a day I won't forget, thank Shaan and Pioneer

We had a brilliant tour to the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and baby Taj today with Shaan (tour guide) and Prakash (driver) from Pioneer Travel. We were in a group of 4, the trip to Agra included pick up from our hotel in Delhi to the railway station, where we the driver guided us onto our seats on the train. Shaan and Prakash met us from the train at Agra and took over the tour from there. Nothing was too much, Prakash presented us with flower garlands which was so thoughtful, made us feel special and scented the car for the whole day. Shaan was extremely courteous and knowledgeable throughout, answering every question we could muster. We decided not to take up the option of a professional photographer at the Taj Mahal hiwever, Shaan was brilliant at recommending the best positions to take photos from and offering to take photos of our party at specific spots so we ended up with a plethera of great photos to back up our memories, most of which look like we had the place to ourselves. We would highly recommend Shaan, Prakash and the team at Pioneer Travel. They were brilliant, they obviously work as a great team and provided an effortless and highly enjoyable experience.

As part of our travels in India we wanted to see the Taj Mahal but didn’t want a long drive to get there from Delhi. I found this trip on the express train to Agra had excellent reviews so we booked it. The whole trip was amazing. We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the station. We were escorted to our seats on the train to make sure we were happy before leaving Delhi. As soon as we got off the train in Agra our guide Shaan was waiting and he quickly got us through the station into a car driven by Pakrash. First stop was The Taj Mahal and the very knowledgeable Shaan gave us a great tour full of really interesting information. He took some great pictures for us that we will always treasure and he prepared us fully for the Taj Mahal so we could just walk straight in without queuing. Afterwards we went for a lovely lunch at the doubletree by Hilton followed by a tour of the Red Fort (where we were able to skip the long queues and get straight in) and then to see the Baby Taj. We were safely put back on the train from Agra to Delhi and collected outside the train for our trip back to the hotel. This was a perfect day that was a big bucket list tick. I would recommend anyone to visit the Taj this way with the fantastic Shaan and Pakrash, you could not wish for a better guide and driver. Thank you so much for making the day so special

First of all, driver drives safely, stop by at a nice and clean service center. Then picked up Azhar guide in Agra. Azhar is a fantastic, warmly, knowledgeable guide, who would go extra mile to provide the best service and experiences. Skipped the line as planned, finding perfect spot for photo and video is a bonus, explain the history stories in detail. Also, nice arrangement for lunch to save valuable time so that we can spent more time in the Taj and fort. If I were to choose again, no doubt Azhar is the name.

My tour guide, Shakir did a fantastic job. He gave us interesting facts about the history of Agra and was super knowledgeable. I felt at ease throughout the entire tour. He also helped us take beautiful photos for memories. High recommendable!
