Amazing experience from beginning to end! Jon, Mara and monkey were professional and friendly! It was such a good time that for sure when I travel back to DR that’s gonna be a tour I most definitely do again. You can’t beat the tour for the price. Also monkey offers a highlight reel with videos and pictures (personal photographer) do not hesitate to take advantage. It helps a ton to enjoy the moment while he takes the pictures versus you missing out on just having fun worried about capturing the moment. Well worth it all around if your thinking about it just do it! My son 8 years old had the time of his life.

We had a fantastic experience!! The jumping off the cliffs & the slides were great. Guides were also very nice and the photos were reasonably priced. Our photographer Daleen did a great job. Only downside were the long lines.

This was the highlight of our cruise. Really fun excursion, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. After the trip, they took us to a local restaurant, which was very good. Highly recommend

Don't underestimate the hike up to the top, it's pretty strenuous. The hike, slide, swim back down was a blast though. Dinner at the end was pretty basic, but tasty. Skip the pictures. The vast majority were taken on the walk up. A couple taken in the water were posed. Not one candid shot of us going down the falls.

This tour really stood out compared to those who went through the cruise ship! It took about 15 minutes to walk through the port gated area but our tour guide was waiting for us right past that. We ended up having our own private van and the guide spoke great English. Her name was Mara. She gave us water and played music for us and told us about the country. The van also had wifi which was so nice and was air conditioned. Once we got to the waterfall area she got us in a tour group right away and we met our private photographer, Rollfi. The guides were very energetic and fun and we loved having so many pictures taken considering we left our phones in the van. The hike was about 45 minutes and not easy but it was so worth it. This excursion is awesome!! After the waterfalls Mara met us and her and the driver took us to a delicious Dominican buffet. Since it was just us in the group they even stopped at a fruit stand and a spot to get a geocache haha. This was on top of a market where I got chocolate, coffee and other souveniers. The only thing I had not planned for was tipping four people. We had the driver, Jose; Mara the guide, the photographer and the guide during the waterfalls. They all did such an amazing job that we wanted to tip them well (especially since for most of it we were the only guests) plus we tipped the buffet. Thankfully the 50$ cash that I had planned to spend on pictures went to tips and I was able to paypal them for pictures. We felt very safe with this tour and they really went above and beyond. After this excursion I heard some people from the ship (NCL escape) say they thought they were doing all the waterfalls but only did one!!! They also didn't get a delicious meal and a stop at a market. This company knows what they are doing and you will have a much better experience than if you book through the cruise lines! Also, get the pictures!! Rollfi did an amazing job and we have probably 100+ pictures and about two minutes worth of videos to remember this trip

We had a wonderful time , we felt VIP on this tour from pick up to drop off. The camera man is great! Have your Zelle, cash app or Venmo ready the pictures are paid separate . I would definitely recommend this tour. They were great communicators

Awesome company. They showed up on time the guide and driver were great. The hike and waterfalls were so cool. I highly recommend getting the pictures while on the hike. I would definitely go again on this excursion.

Tour is operated by DSRR Tours. Did a 7 waterfall tour that included cruise to cruise transportation, lunch, guide, etc.. Rosario (owner) and his team deserves nothing less that 5 stars. I highly recommend them for safe and secure waterfall tour, very good lunch, free city site seeing included.

BEST excursion with the BEST local guides! We were well cared for - safety was a clear priority and then, of course - adventure. Appreciated the local experience - the beauty of the falls followed by a 'Dominican McDonald's' lunch which was of course, rice, chicken and salad. Bonus visit to a local shop and see them roll cigars. We had our own photographer so have both a video and still shots to cherish. Highly recommend this company!

The experience was wonderful… We paid $45 cash to the photographer and never received any of the photos… Can you help us obtain these photos because we were told not to take a camera as the photographer would capture everything… I would love to have some photos so I could post on here and give you guys a 10 star rating because I think very highly Of viator

We had an amazing time at the Damajagua Waterfalls in the Dominican Republic. Juan was our shuttle bus driver and Werbe was our guide from DRRS tours. I would highly recommend both of them. They took very good care of us and even stopped at a tobacco factory and lunch at a local restaurant after our adventure. If thinking of doing this tour be sure to go in the morning as it gets really crowded in the afternoon. Also be aware it isn't just a hike to the waterfalls. You will definitely be getting into the water either by jumping, sliding or going down a ladder. Something I wasn't clear on when booking this but I had a blast! I would highly recommend DRRS tours, and don't forget to ask for Juan and Werbe!

The was definitely the the highlight of our trip to DR and Puerto Plata. We were picked up on time by our driver Phillip and given very clear instructions on where to meet the group. The guides on the tour were great, very clear and made us feel safe. The 7 waterfalls were amazing. Such a natural beauty and so much fun jumping in, sliding down and swimming through the falls. It felt VERY safe. The food was SOOOOO DELICIOUS. Our photographer Darlyl took the best photos of us including action shots and the photo package was very reasonable. 10/10 recommend

We had the absolute BEST time with Antony and Papi Rosario!!!! They provided a safe and comfortable ride to and from the site, safe excursion and SOOOOO MUCH FUN!!!! We had an absolute blast we never stopped smiling or laughing! They were also easy to find from our cruise port with excellent communication! We LOVED THIS! Highly recommend!!!

While on my cruise vacation, my husband, my cousin and my friend decide to book an excursion on our own via trip advisor to save money. We were not disappointed . They pick us up outside of Amber Cove and took us in air conditioned van with Wifi . Once we arrive they provided life jackets and helmets . We hiked in the mountain for about 45 minutes and finally at the top we got to experience 7 different earth made rock water slides . It was exhilarating and so much fun! I would definitely do it again and I would wear yoga pants and sport bra instead of a bathing suit . However, I didn’t get any cuts or bug bites . At the end they drove us back to Amber cove with plenty of time before our ship departed .

Super fun but be prepared to get active ! A few of the slides you need to be careful in- keep your arms tucked in
