Had an awesome time riding the e-bikes to Sand Harbor and back. The bikes had plenty of power and battery life. They are a bit heavy, and we learned to start out on a level surface. It is difficult to start out on an uphill grade. So, once you’re used to that, all goes well. We’d highly recommend giving them a try!

Great time on the e-bikes. The e-bikes made it easy to experience the east shore trail all the way to Sand Harbor. It is a beautiful scenic trail with amazing views. We loved spending our day this way. The bikes were top notch and the team members at vista bikes were very personable. Will do again on our next trip here.

Such a fun experience! I’m not a biker so I was hesitant to rent bikes, but my friends talked me into it and I’m so glad they did!! The bike attendant was very patient and explained how to use gears and e power, and he gave great suggestions for hikes and beaches along the way. The suggested trails are paved and easy to navigate.

We had a great time! This is a must do if you are in the area. Loved the bikes and the scenery was amazing.

We had a great experience riding through some beautiful forest and countryside trails. E-bikes worked great and made for a nice relaxing activity.

I've referred every friend/family that goes to the Tahoe area to come here now. Everyone can't believe how great the bikes are and the trail alongside the lake - it's such a hidden gem and I have no idea how it's not the most talked about part of visiting/things to do! You literally end your journey at the most beautiful Sand Harbor beach. It's such an easy path. Friendly, quick customer service we pre booked and were in and out in five minutes. I will regrettably say their ebikes have ruined other ebike experiences for us everywhere we go though, because Vista Trails are actually FAST and fun like a little moped. You can literally rev it without pedaling. I keep thinking every other ebike will live up to the ones they use here and they truly do not lol.

Had a wonderful experience renting ebikes & riding 4 miles on trail beside beautiful lake Tahoe to Sand Harbor. The staff was super helpful and the bikes were in good shape. It was wonderful & I'm definitely coming back.

Everyone was great. Answered all our questions. Came immediately when some of our group did not want to continue and picked up the bikes.

So glad we did this, it was so much fun. We did a full day ride and stopped for lunch at at Tunnel Creek Cafe which was very good. At our age (58 and 60) we couldn’t have seen and done so much if it weren’t for the electric bikes!

I definitely recommend the full day ride, especially if you want to spend anytime at Sand Harbor. It is soooo much fun!

This was our first time using an E Bike. It was simple and we had a blast! The staff was super friendly and informative. The East Shore Trail is stunning

It was an awesome experience. The view was breathtaking! Definitely recommend and would go back especially to see Sand Harbor. It was closed when we went.

The guys are so friendly and explained everything we needed to know to get going on the trail. We had so much fun and enjoyed stopping wherever we wanted to along the way. The bikes are easy to ride and the seats are very comfortable. Best helmet I ever used, felt secure and easy to adjust. Will definitely be back to rent from them again. Glad we paid for all day so we did not have to rush.

The electric bikes were in great working order and the best way to reach Sand Harbor from Incline Village (a walk would be brutal with the hills!). The trail we took was fantastic with great overlooks and informational markers. We had lunch at the concessions at Sand Harbor and it was perfect to relax and regroup. There were all sorts of places to pull over and walk down to the water. Bringing a daypack with water shoes and a beach towel could be a good idea if a hot day. It was a fun experience!

The whole process from booking to picking up/returning the e-bikes was super easy. The trail you end up taking is amazing and one of the best ways to experience the different views of the lake. Getting used to the weight and power of the ebike took a little getting used to for not having rode one before but it was very much enjoyable after getting used to. Would definitely check them out again when we are in the area

Renting the electric bikes made our sightseeing so easy!! The trail along the lake was spectacular!! The employees at Vista bikes were very helpful in explains how the bikes operate. I would recommend.

Highly recommend this! Family of 5 including 3 boys (2 college and 1 HS) rented ebikes for the day. We had not ridden ebikes before and found them easy to use and VERY fun! Took the trail to Sandy Beach stopping many times for pics. Got a snack/drink at the beach and then headed back…stopping at what felt like our own private cove for sun and swimming. Great day!!

Vista Trail Bikes crew we’re amazing! Great customer service - they helped me understand everything about the bike and got me started on a fun afternoon exploring Lake Tahoe! The bikes were in great condition and made for a wonderful, scenic ride!
