Ruby was a fantastic guide who picked us up from the lobby area of our hotel. She was warm welcoming and friendly and put us at ease straight away. We took the bullet train to Suzhou which was a quick and memorable way to transport out of Shanghai. We went to private gardens, through canals, stopped for food which was the best meal of our trip and finally took a canal boat. Ruby is an excellent guide, really friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The trip was certainly made better in her company and the trip was very well organised. If you are in Shanghai and want to experience more of what China has to offer then we would highly recommend taking this tour as we’d now like to explore other parts of China. Thanks so much Ruby!!

We bought a last-minute day trip and couldn’t be any happier with the service provided as well as the customization needed to avoid large crowds on a Friday- we went to a different garden instead. Sunny is very lovely and we enjoyed our trip and her guide very much. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in getting a private experience!

Nice trip with my tour leader guide Sunny .we saw beautiful garden, shopping around for fun and very enjoyable boat ride in the ancient ,delicious lunch! Driver is also very nice in suzhou always on time to take us to next spot car is very clean and comforable,driver also friendly. Bullet train is also efficient and fast from Shanghai and back to Shanghai. A wonderful day out.

Suzhou is worth a visit—even for a day .We had a great tour guide Annie on this tour who explained in detail and took us to see many beautiful places.

Sunny Tours helped arranged a great tour that covered the highlights of Suzhou while understanding that my parents couldn't do aggressive and long walking. We managed to see the impressive Master of Net Garden, have a quick peek at the Tiger Hill (Pagoda), took a boat ride along the Grand Canal, and took a walk along Shanhgtang Street. The Bullet Train ride was also very smooth and fast. Might recommend that you try to do the tour by car to have more time to explore. Although it takes longer to get to Suzhou, you will have more flexible.

Comfortable 6 seaters car for our 2 hours ride Shanghai to Suzhou. Went to The Master Net Garden, historical beautiful garden and the details were well explained by Rita, our guide 👍. Boat ride across canal, viewing The Venice of Asia. Delicious Suzhou cuisine lunch.

I went to this Suzhou private day tour with my teenage son. The tour guide Annie was extremely helpful during the entire trip, helping us navigate through various sights and was very accommodating to our requests. The tour was organized to ease many of the restrictions for foreign visitors. We really enjoyed the trip and highly recommend it.

Though it’s with light drizzle during some parts of the trip, but Suzhou is still very beautiful with the rain in Spring. Our guide Ruby is knowledgeable with good details of each place and the trip is well arranged. I will recommend this tour.

I had an excellent experience in Suzhou, from pickup to drop off. I was able to visit what I wanted and tailor the tour. Sunny was excellent at explaining key facts and helping me with translation with vendors. We stayed away from busy touristy areas and focused the itinerary. The attractions in Suzhou are a bit far apart, yet transportation between them was smooth. I highly recommend this tour.

Visiting Suzhou is a great choice if you are going to stay in Shanghai for a long time. The tour was high quality and organized. However, if you want to shop, you may not have much time to do so. However, Sunny's tour will provide you with a quality service to visit the city.
