I have used many times and never been let down.Every driver is polite. How many taxi service allow tired customers to sleep in car knowing everything will be fine now need to worry best 2hrs sleep in car. Positive note. Drivers are always a little early for pickup from Hotels and will monitor flights for any delays for airport pickup. Pop down to LK Metro and say high to all team always happy to help. This was the second time I used the service from this company, and it was a great experience. I order pick up at the airport, going to Jomtien, and two weeks later return from the hotel to the airport. We used Pattaya Central for 3 transfers whilst in Thailand, the 1st was from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Dusit Thani Pattaya, we were supplied with very good detailed instructions where to meet the driver at the airport, he was waiting for us when we arrived holding a board with our name on it, the drive was very good in an air conditioned car. The 2nd transfer was from Dusit Thani Pattaya to Hilton Garden Inn Silom, again a very good transfer and finally the 3rd Hilton Garden Inn Silom back to Suvarnabhumi. Each transfer was excellent, Pattaya Central are a reliable company and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again when we are in Thailand.

Lex and her staff provide a fantastic service. Her partner Paul is also a really nice guy. I booked a transfer from the Airport to Pattaya. My driver was great and the car was comfortable and spotless. The car arrived on time, no delays. The driver (Pee Vee) was a Bangkok highway expert. He drove super smooth and focused through traffic. I felt very safe the whole time and arrived at Pattaya cool, calm and happy. I would highly recommend Pattaya Central for all your tour and transfer needs.

Once again (maybe the sixth time), I have relied upon PattayaCentral to provide a car service to take me to and from Bangkok and Pattaya. Sometimes it was an airport pick up. Sometimes, it was pick up at a Bangkok hotel and take me/us to Pattaya. Communications are excellent, pricing is fair, the drivers prompt (usually early) and the cars clean and functional. They are the only car service I will use going to/from Pattaya.

Comfortable transfer between Bangkok and Pattaya. The driving skills of the drivers (one took us from Bangkok to Pattaya, and another took us from Pattaya to BKK airport) are good, so that my wife did not feel daisy during the whole journey. It is because if drivers 's skill is bad, the passengers inside the car will feel being shake back and forth. Drivers are polite, helpful and can arrive before the target pickup time. There is no smoking smell inside the car chamber. Drivers ' manager, called Ratt, is very helpful. Can reply question promptly. I will absolutely re-apply PattayaCentral 's service while I travel to Thailand next time.

Everything was great. I should do five stars, the only reason its 4 is because it was a bit confusing on where we were supposed to meet the driver.
