Lizi was such a welcoming and warm host and the beach is spectacular! Highly recommend this mindful experience. We also really appreciated receiving some photographs afterwards which made a wonderful holiday memento.

Excellent Yoga session in an amazing location - really well delivered by Lizi. Was good for both experienced people and a beginner, such as myself. Might even take up Yoga after our holiday!

You cannot bet a yoga class on the beach listening to the sound of the waves, and this class was gorgeous. Started with some meditation, did about an hour of yoga - which was fun and challenging on the sand, followed by some lovely relaxation time at the end. It was a really good experience. Our teacher was great, super sweet and friendly and very good. Class was tough but not crazy so also suitable for beginners. This is a great class to take if you are visiting Lagos. One of my fav things we did on holiday.
