Dory was a fantastic guide! She was fun, knowledgable and attentive. She never let our wine glasses stay empty. The food at every stop was delicious! You will definitely leave this tour feeling full. We’ve done many food tours throughout Italy but the white truffle cream was the most unique bite we’ve had. We met some really nice people. Overall it was an excellent evening! We enjoyed the food tour with Tatyana! She was energetic & explained each course food, wine and chef's story. It was fun meeting travelers from around the world, trying dishes prepared uniquely, and seeing a different neighborhood outside of the touristy areas.

Very high quality food and wine, especially the pesto and truffle appetizers paired with Prosecco. Who knew there were so many grades of balsamic reduction? The third stop (out of four) was the least successful, with dough cones like tacos filled with minced chicken cacciatore, oxtail, etc. we all revived for the excellent tiramisu for dessert. It is a very different consistency from the US version. The food experience was diverse and from many different parts of Italy.
