The driver was on time & the car was new & comfortable. Everything is as it says on the description.

The camel ride was a fun and unique experience. We had a good time sipping tea and eating snacks. Our camel guide took lots of photos and videos for us to enjoy.

All around nice experience. Please note: As soon as you sit on the camel, hold the iron ring tight! Glad none of the noisy quad people were around.

We did 4 tours and also transport from and to the airport with Morocco inspiring tours. From the beginning it was well organized and communication with Abderrahmane was excellent. Every single tour was amazing. The guides, Mohamed and Ismail, are very knowledgeable and professional. They were also always on time. They made an effort for the entire family to be able to enjoy every excursion. Every detail was well planned and the families for the Berber style meals also were amazing. We are glad that we chose this company. Will definitely recommend and would love to return!

Awesome realizing camel ride with the most perfect friendly driver that picked us at our riad. The guide was very friendly and helpful. The ride was in a beautiful palm tree park area. Definitely would do it again!

Excellent trip from start to finish! We were collected from our hotel lobby by Ismail, in an executive air conditioned vehicle with bottled water. Ismail was super friendly and was also a fantastic source of information about Marrakech, it was like having a personal tour guide enroute! We arrived at the camels to be greeted by Abdel who was our host for the camel ride, he was great fun and very knowledgeable answering all our questions. The mint tea and snacks at the local house was so tasty and again the hosts were very welcoming. An amazing trip with a fabulous sunset to finish off. I would highly recommend! This tour company provides excellent and friendly service. As Abdul was transporting us from our hotel to the palm grove (in a well kept Land Rover) he shared with us some great tips for sightseeing in Marrakesh and the Atlas Mountains where they also conduct tours. Abdul was careful about our safety while we were on the camel ride and he helped us take a lot of pictures. We had a relaxing chat while we stopped for tea in the Berber village and since my son has an interest in languages, Abdul taught us phrases in Arabic and Berber I appreciated this stop on the camel ride since we didn't have time on our vacation to travel to a Berber village in the desert; i think this was an equally authentic Berber experience. Abdul is amazing ! He was so prompt, courteous, thoughtful and is a wealth of information. He messaged me as soon as I booked on Expedia and told me what time he would pick me up. He came on time (maybe earlier, he was waiting for me when I left my riad) in a very nice suv. Greeted me with smiles, a bottle of water and made sure I was comfortable throughout the ride. He began telling me about the city and entertained me throughout the drive. The camel ride itself was amazing too. When we got there Abdul introduced me to the camel trainer who was awesome. They dressed me up in the traditional outfits and Abdul took plenty of pics for me. The camel ride was fun and the stop for tea and snacks at the berber house was an amazing experience. Abdul also went out of his way to answer all my questions and sent me a list of recommendations based on my questions (food, etc) after the tour. Such an amazing guy and watching the sunset while riding a camel was perfect!

This was so much fun! I wasn't sure if riding a camel would be a little scary, but it was very relaxing and fun. The Palmerie is beautiful, with many birds. This was a great way to spend the evening! The guides were also great about taking many photos for me.

Wow! This was amazing! It started off with ismail greeting us at our hotel and I already knew we were going to have an amazing time with him! He spoke perfect English and was able to entertain us during our ride, provide useful tips, give great recommendations and overall super friendly guy! Then we were off on to our camel ride where our guide took the most amazing photos of us on our camels in the sunset. Marrakech was the last stop out of 4 countries and this made the entire trip! It was definitely an experience of a lifetime. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Marrakech!

The whole tour was AMAZING! It was a breathtaking experience, from the pick up to the drop off. My driver AbdulRahman was very kind and courteous, he was also very knowledgeable and gave me some very interesting history facts about Marrakech on the ride to the camels. The camel ride at sunset was beautiful. The camel guide Said was WONDERFUL! He was funny and very courteous and inviting; he made the the ride so fun and enjoyable. The meal in the Berber house was delicious and so fresh. I would recommend this tour to anyone who comes to Marrakech, you will not be disappointed. I really hoped to go for a camel ride during our trip to Marrakech but was a little apprehensive...no way should I have been, we had the best time! Our smart and clean taxi arrived exactly on time and the friendly driver took us the short journey to the Palm Grove area, a vast, flat and sandy area dotted with palm trees. We were introduced to everyone and without any hanging about we were given a traditional lightweight robe and head wrap to wear and had some pictures taken on our own phones. We were so happy to find that my camel had a five week old baby and this gorgeous little thing bounced and trotted around us, untethered the whole time, it was so lovely to see. After a half hour of riding we stopped at a Berber house and had mint tea poured for us by the owner, also lovely biscuits to dip in honey or olive oil. Finally, back on the camels for the return walk, stopping so that we could have some amazing photos taken of our sweet little camel family in the sunset, they really are stunning pictures. The lovely camel driver even made me a keepsake camel from palm fronds, I carried it back home to England so carefully and have it on my pinboard, a treasured reminder of a wonderful trip.

We had such a good time with Said (the camels ‘’pilot’’). We laughed a lot and we had really good talks (discovering the secret life of a Berber). Also good for your mind and soul (wise stories regarding life - no need for shrinks - he will repair your mind :P). Camels very friendly and so easy to ride. Only with this trips we had the chance to met the real Moroccan people, so kind and welcoming, with their amazing life stories. I cannot recommend it enough! Thank you Abdul and Said! My boyfriend and I did the sunset camel ride. Ismail and Said were our guides - both were fun, charismatic, funny and informative. We loved the pace and getting to spend time with the camels in the palm grove. Highly recommend this tour company and the sunset camel ride!

We had a good time on this excursion for our first time in Marrakech. Tour guides were attentive, polite and funny. Pick up was on time, we had plenty time to ride the camels and lots of pictures were taken. Considering we booked this very last minute, it was a smooth experience so thank you! It would have been preferable if the rope between the camels was longer so they had more room between them. Also the grove itself was alright but had bits of rubbish scattered here ands there. Would we do it again? Maybe. We'd like to tour with this company again because of the people/staff, but I thought it was particularly expensive compared to anything else we did in Marrakech.
