Everything was incredible! Misael and Regina were punctual, polite and very informative. Marcos our pilot was also very kind and made sure we were comfortable. And our tour guide Christian knew so much and was very passionate about the history of the area. Important to note that the cheaper options will often load more people in your hot air balloon. I was very glad to have paid more, we ended up being our party of 4 + 1 other guest. It was perfect! Overall such a hospitable, sweet and professional group of people.

We had a great experience, a little higher priced than other tours we saw online but it includes so much! A driver, Misael, who is fantastic and informational, a photographer, Regina, who is kind and thoughtful, a hot air balloon ride with coffee pre-boarding and champagne at the end, Marco the pilot, who is experienced and professional, lunch at a delicious local restaurant and a tour of the pyramids by Christian, who is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Pick up was at 5:30 am and we got back to our place by 1:00pm. Overall, very happy with our experience and highly recommend.

Miseal, Regina, Christyann, and the team at the hot air balloon company were all fantastic! Miseal was the perfect driver for navigating the chaos that is driving in Mexico City and full of interesting facts. Regina, the photographer extraordinary, was super friendly and went above and beyond to get the perfect photos. Christyann gave an excellent tour of the pyramids. This experience is a must do adventure when visiting Mexico City!

Captain Marco and the group were absolutely wonderful. The day was a pleasant pace, the balloon ride was absolutely magical and we appreciated being in a smaller basket with only 5 other people including the pilot, a well-made flavorful lunch (loved the tamale and hot chocolate!) and excellent opportunity to see the pyramids. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful morning visiting the pyramids Teotihuacan. We were picked up on time in a comfortable suv. Just by luck, no other people signed up for the same day, so our whole trip was private for my husband and me. Our first stop was the balloon ride, which was spectacular. At sunrise we ascended and proceeded to fly directly over the pyramid of the sun. There were probably 20-30 balloons in the air with us, so it was a beautiful spectacle. Next our tour guide, Hermes, gave us an informative tour of the pyramids. We learned about the people who lived there and how they built their structures. After the tour, we had a gorgeous outdoor Mexican breakfast. Yum! What a memorable outing. Hermes was wonderful and took care of all our needs the whole time.

We had a great time on the hot air balloon ride! I would recommend this to anyone seeking a new and novel adventure, especially if you are looking for a more private experience. Be sure to pack layers at it gets quite cold. This was a very comfortable day trip. We went with this company because of the private nature of the tour. We were a group of 2 and our car ride was private so we didn't have to stop at other people's hotels. We had a couple of other people in our hot air balloon (they were friendly and it was easy for everyone to see the views). Our lunch and pyramids tour was private. The itinerary: The tour company texted us the night before to confirm the time of pickup. They were perfectly on time at an early 5:20am and greeted us in a comfortable large SUV car. It was about an hour to the hot air balloon center. There, we had Mexican coffee and some tequila. Note that it was very cold at this hour (though it was January) so definitely pack layers if you are planning to do this adventure! After a while at the lodge, we headed out to the field where they were getting our balloon ready. I was getting a bit nervous about getting up by sunrise, as it was starting to get bright out, but rest assured we made it up for the actual sunrise. The hot air balloon ride was very smooth and comfortable. The views were absolutely incredible. By now, it had warmed up a bit, and anyways we would forget how cold it was because we were so stunned by the views. Finally, we landed, be sure to hold on to the handles. We then had a champagne toast. Then we headed to lunch, where we tasted more tequila, and were able to do some shopping. We then went to the Teotihuacan pyramids which was nearby and got a great tour which was about an hour long. It took about 1.5hrs to get back to Mexico City.

The views from the ballon were amazing, and the guides throughout the entire experience were lovely! We highly recommend taking this tour.

This was an amazing experience! Very timely pick up (5:20am!) in a comfortable car. We were only two couples in the car and met with another group of 6. My girlfriend and I were treated to a private ballon because we booked over a week in advance, all the others were in a larger balloon. The sights were spectacular. Perfect view of the sunrise, mountains, pyramids, and 30-40 other balloons. We were down by 8:15 and were promptly taken to a delicious breakfast of quesadillas, chilaquiles, eggs, etc that was entirely included in the trip. Our guides spoke English quite well. Overall an unforgettable experience!! Definitely worth it.
