The food was fantastic and so was the band. It was great to see the city at night and all of the staff was very respectful. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed this evening cruise. Everyone was really nice and the weather was perfect. We really enjoyed the dinner buffet. There is a lot of food. The band was awesome. As your sail down river there is a narrative going on, but you can barely here it. Over all I would do this again if in town.

Had previously done this Cruise 7 years ago during the day and decided to try the evening jazz cruise. Only issue and had nothing to do with the trip was the weather did not cooperate. We were on the cruise on April 9th the night before the severe storms and tornados came through Nola so the cruise was very cold and extremely windy.

The servers are so helpful. Everything is in order and on time. I was expecting an allegator on the menu but it was not, so i suggest you to include it on your menu.

We enjoyed the authentic and delicious food on the dinner portion of the cruise. It was interesting seeing the city from the river and touring down to areas we hadn't previously seen. The Dixieland band that was on the upper level from the dining room was enjoyable as well. I'm glad we took this excursion.

I’m afraid the food and waiting staff let this event down and we would not suggest the dining option It’s ok as a 3 hour experience if you’ve time free but I’m afraid we wouldn’t rush back. Captain had an interesting commentary though depending on what side you sat depended on what sights relating to the commentary you could see as it only figured one way to the river turnaround point Not a highlight of our time in NO

we had a great time on the steamboat tour. we arrived at 6pm and enjoyed happy hour on the top deck. perfect weather for enjoying a nice sunset, while a live band played in the background. The boat departed at 7pm and cruised down the river to a narrated description of the nearby landmarks. Our dinner slot was 7:45 pm, so we had plenty of time to enjoy the view. Food the delicious for an all you can eat. We ended the night with a tour of the engine room and one more final round of drinks on the lower deck. We docked at 9pm and paid the $42 for the photography package we took when we came onboard.

Pretty boat. Enjoyed the jazz band. Lots of tasty food choices for dinner. Had a good time. Not great views, but still enjoyed it. Sat outside with drinks with my friends and brother.

The dinner was exquisite and the boat ride was a blast!! Really enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely recommend this activity to anyone that goes to New Orleans!!

Wonderful experience! The food was good, the service was excellent and the cruise beautiful and relaxing. We left at sunset and I was able to get some gorgeous pictures.

Dinner was amazing. Cruise was very peaceful and beautiful sunset . Night city skyline on return was breathtaking! Highly recommend!

This was an overpriced meal that wasn't that great. Not enough seating outside either. Would not recommend.

It was a great birthday experience the drinks were great and the food. I would go again very friendly staff.

Getting back - the food was of low quality No value for the money and the ship was crowdy - too many passengers. A typically tourist trap

The SB Natchez was a fascinating insight to the history of the Mississippi and the Port of New Orleans despite only being recently built. She does however boast one of the few remaining steam driven paddlewheels on the river and the visit to the engine room was worthwhile. Like most buffet dinners the food was designed to cater for large numbers but was really tasty. Great jazz band on the forecastle and excellent commentary. The steam calliope was a great way to welcome us on board. Boarding and disembarkation was well handled.

Took the 7:00 pm dinner tour on May 5, 2024. The boarding process was easy and staff was pleasant. Dinner was very tasty. The drinks were good as well. The servers greeted us with a smile and were curious and attentive. The narrator was clear and the jazz band was great. We had a great experience and totally recommend this tour.

Great value for money. Jazz Band with buffet dinner. Nice and beautiful cruise for two hours. Highly recommend as a to do activity while in New Orleans. Staff was hospitable and efficient. History of the New Orleans port was an added bonus.
