We very much enjoyed our time in Sri Lanka and Upul our driver was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make our holiday one to remember. Upul was punctual and very helpful in assisting us with the activities. Although traffic in Sri Lanka was hectic we felt very safe in his car.

We had a wonderful time on our trip with Sri Lanka Dream Tour. Upul was an excellent driver and guide, and our well being and safety were a priority for him. The itinerary was fantastic, and he catered accommodation to our budget. He was also able to negotiate discounts on hotels and activities from time to time. We normally travel independently, but Upul organising the details made our trip much easier. I highly recommend his service.

We were accompanied by Prashad and SK and had such a blast. They were extremely friendly, great to spend time with and overall very helpful, suggesting us an itinerary, places to have lunch/dinner and helping us to get the lowest prices for each of the activities. Moreover, they were very flexible and even willing to change all plans after dinner and driving to the next city overnight. When I come back, these are definetely the guys whom I'll contact first to go on another tour. If I had to give any constructive feedback, they could still improve their time management a bit as we noticed that sometimes we had to skip/rush an activity as we spent too much time at the previous one. Once again, thanks a lot to the entire team at Dream Tour for making this trip so memorable!

April’23: A week tour with Upul as our guide and driver was fantastic. The service is above and beyond from helping with tickets for attractions, an itinerary with suggestions but always happy to listen if you want to change things around. The service is excellent and gives you confidence you won’t be stranded. Upul is super pleasant and speaks great English, he’s well respected in Sri Lanka too. Partner feels safe and I think if you’re solo or couple you will also feel the same way as nothing is too much hassle. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again as we did so much on our tour with excursions we hadn’t even thought about, great time and love Sri Lanka but I’d definitely recommend a driver and you’ll be happy with the service here! Sri Lanka Dream Tours and Mr. Rasanka provided excellent and reliable service for my recent Sri Lanka 11-day car and driver rental. What I liked most about Sri Lanka Dream Tours is their ‘up front’ pricing – they made is very clear what is and is not included in their price quote – there were no hidden or extra costs added on later. They are easy to work with and made sure I was happy with their service throughout the trip. I know there are a lot of tour companies in Sri Lanka but I definitely believe that Sri Lanka Dream Tours will take good care of you and provide great service and value – you can count on them! My driver, Mr. Rohan Chandana, exceeded my expectations! Rohan is very reliable and professional. He suggested very useful adjustments and additions to my itinerary based on my personal interests and preferences. Rohan has a distinct advantage over many other drivers in Sri Lanka: he has lived in a developed country (South Korea) for several years and personally knows what it is like to be a visitor to a country with a different culture, language and cuisine. This perspective gives Rohan a much greater understanding of what a tourist like me wants and needs – that is, he ‘gets it’ when it comes to understanding and anticipating the needs of foreign visitors to Sri Lanka.

I had the pleasure of Upul’s company from Sri Lankan Dream tours on our 10 day trip across the island. SLDT was incredibly efficient and quick to organise a driver for us on only a few hours notice, who came fully equipped with a clean and modern Toyota Prius for our travels. Upul went above and beyond in catering to us, not only by making sure we were comfortable for our journey - he gave us essential information as a tour guide on non-tourist sites that others’ would have missed. Upul was crucial in helping us plan and liaise with our accommodation staff to ensure our (very specific) needs were met, without us even needing to ask. I’d highly recommend booking this incredibly affordable service (tolls, petrol, drivers accomm and car cleaning/maintenance paid for) and even more so: with Upul!

Our driver Upul is an excellent driver and is also a guide, knows every interesting place for tourists. He speaks Good English and is always very attentive to the requests I made to him. He is very friendly and very helpful. He was always attentive to take me to a restaurant to eat whatever I wanted. If you need some insurance Upul will get it.

Mr. Apool Apul was our driver. He was very punctual ,honest, ,sincere, patient, and a good planner. He is also hospitable, mature, and fit for long drives. His English is fairly good. He planed our entire itinerary. We had a rich, lovely 21-day tour in Sri Lanka. My wife and I had a fabulous 21-day trip that is to be remembered for a lifetime. We did rafting , whale watching, safari exploring , and mountain hiking. We visited a baby elephant orphan sanctuary and many other things .The heavenly scenery and wild life is everywhere in SriLanka . He invited us over to his place twice to see his family and relatives. They were kind and hospitable .

We were in Sri Lanka for six days with Upul who was super helpful and a great guide to have for our journey. He was helpful with great suggestions and stops along the way which made our trip great. Very appreciative for the great trip!

We arrived to Sri Lanka at the start of May’22 and Noel our driver collected us from the airport. He took our bags and escorted us to the car and loaded everything up and gave us a cold bottle of water. We went to Negombo from the airport and stayed for one night. The next morning Noel was waiting for us to take us to Kandalama. On the way he stopped for us to get coconuts and other refreshments. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable of the entire island. We went to Kandy next and again he stopped off at historic sites, photos and refreshments. He explained the afternoon prayer to us and found us a delicious pizza restaurant, where he waited for us to finish before taking us to the hotel. We went to Ella the next morning where he had booked us a train ticket to ensure we made the of the scenes. He waited for us to get on the train before leaving and was at the platform on the receiving end always making sure we were safe. He showed us the Ella town, recommending restaurants and bars. The next morning Noel took us on a hike to little adams peak and 9 arches. We drove to Yala where again he organised a safari tour for us which he came on to ensure we were safe and communicated with the safari driver. The final stop was Galle where we visited the fort. His car was very comfortable and driving was safe. At no point did we feel unsafe in Sri Lanka as he was able to keep us away from any political issues. Noel is an excellent driver and tour guide. When we felt ill during the trip he drove to multiple pharmacies to find the right items and delivered it to our hotel. He went out of his way everyday to ensure we had the best time and visited all the places in our itinerary and allowed us to be flexible with our time. He is always smiling and we couldn’t have asked for a better driver.

We were very unorganised when arriving to Sri Lanka so we only contacted Sri Lanka dream tours a few hours before we wanted to start our trip. They sent us a quote and got us a driver within 4 hours. Their English was great and their prices are very reasonable. We had our own route, although this changed throughout the trip, which our driver was very accomodating with. Our driver (Mr Noel) was fantastic. We felt very safe with his driving and very safe travelling Sri Lanka having him by our side. The car was very clean, spacious and had great air con (needed). Mr Noel was very knowledgable about Sri Lanka history and answered our many questions about the beautiful Country. He was always on time, was very accomodating, would keep us away from any campaigns that were happening, took us to great places, helped us exchange money at a good rate, and gave us lots of local fruits to try. We would definitely book with Sri Lanka Dream Tours again, and hire Mr Noel. Thank you for making our trip extra special.

I put out a last minute request for a driver and Sri Lanka Dream Tour accommodated my request for a driver quickly. I spent 9 days with Upul and stopped at sigiriya, dambulla, kandy, and nuwara Eliya. I took the train to Ella where I met upul who was there to pick me up. We then went udawalawe for a safari (where he was just as good at spotting animals as the safari guide) and then to weligama. I didn’t do much planning ahead of time on which sights to see so it was very relieving to have Upul take me around, he knew exactly where to go each day and took into account my desire to see nature and do some hikes. He also helped ensure I stayed in good accommodations throughout. It was overall a very stress free way to see all the sights. Highly recommend Upul! He’ll take care of you.
