The 5pm boat ride was cancelled. VIATOR didn't inform us. We reached there and then we had to take the 6.30pm ride. So we had to reschedule our entire day and we missed out on our layer activities.

It's OK - it's a very quick ride and if you're in from out of town, you're probably better off spending longer on the water and seeing more things up close. "Thriller" is a strong word. More like "hmmmm, this OK." Upside: our guide was very good.

Great music, hilarious DJ and fun on the waves well worth it. We got there a bit earlier than we booked for and it was no problem to get on an earlier boat. The staff is very accommodating and courteous. I will go again!

Speeding is a real thrill, and the young people were screaming with joy. My nearly 90-year-old parents were riding along and they could handle it too. It was an excellent experience.

The ride was very fun and informative. It was also safe for a passenger. You also get a little comedy will riding.

Orderly check in experience. Filling in online forms is convenient. The tour started on time. Well organized.

We had our trip time change on us 3 times which was frustrating but they were really apologetic and gave us a free visor cap in appreciation of our flexibility. Before you get on they take a photo to try and sell you at the end for $36 - we didn’t buy it as we didn’t like the photo. The trip is fun - the guy on the mic was a bit over animated which I think was meant to be entertaining but it made him hard to understand. Some good views though and they slow down round Star Island and point out the famous houses. If you sit at the back you’re more likely to get a bit wet so we sat on the back seat but it wasn’t too bad although my husband got more spray than I did! The guy on the mic offers to come round and take pictures on our own phones with the Miami skyline behind us which is a lovely touch. I would defo do it again.

This was so much fun! Definitely a must do. Our guide took us to see the houses of the rich and famous. This is probably the most fun booking that we had during our trip. The launch location was a fun area for exploring when we got back as well.

This was super fun! High speed ride with a tour guide describing the area in which we were passing through. The name says just what it is… a thrill! I’d surely ride again.

Trip was about 40 minutes and depending on how many people you either have the red or larger green one - we went on the green. You get a little bit wet at the back! Staff were all super friendly. They take your photo at the beginning and add fake backgrounds and then sell you a package at the end for $36. We don’t take it as we didn’t like the picture. That said, the captain came and took pics at the end for us while on the boat with the real Miami backdrop… this was nothing more than a tip when we get off.

I expected more was only 35 minutes, wasn’t fun at all, no one got wet. I thought was going to go faster and get super wet. The tour captain was nice.

Very cool to have a high-end speedboat experience art a reasonable price. Great views of Miami and really fun in nice weather.

Trip was recommended by a friend and this was our highlight of our trip to Miami! My 12 year old son loved the experience. Warning if you sit at the back of the boat you might get a little wet and sea hair so don’t bother washing your hair before the trip 😂

I can't thank the employees enough for being flexible with our arrival time. There was a 5K going on downtown, so it took us 2 hours to get to the attraction from Ft. Lauderdale. They were understanding and allowed us to get on a later tour. We had an absolute blast on this tour!! The captain was great and the guy on the mic was hilarious. I highly recommend it.

One of the 2 working boats broke down and we had to wait in line one hour beyond our appointed time to ride the one working boat.

Check in,boarding was smooth. Time out was shortened,tour by crew was decent at best( while looking at his notes), forget about passing South Beach...non existent....time was not 45 minutes,but 39 minutes(yes I timed it due to past reviews), and lastly...wind felt good,but better off spitting in the wind for splashes...none....zero...came back bone dry. Important note: spoke with other couples/ families we went with and all agreed..ok,but not again.
