Excellent experience. The tour of the Triana Market was a wonderful introduction to foods from Spain. Very knowledgeable staff introduced the group to creating several delicious dishes.

Great experience for four friends (the total group size was about 16 people). Interesting market tour by a knowledgeable guide, plus well-thought-out menu with chef Dom. Nicely paced, by a well-prepared team. Loved it!

Booked well in advance as numbers always limited on practical hands on activity. Great situation within a busy vibrant market. Very welcoming and great facilities. All staff young and energetic and enthusiastic. All included and hands on cooking. Food, ingredients and provenance all explained and side tips on what to avoid on on the tourist boulevards! Four courses and plenty to drink included. Thank you all. Thoroughly recommended.

I would highly recommend this cooking class! We started with a tour of the beautiful Triana market and our guide showed us the local produce that we would be using. It was fascinating to learn about saffron and jamon farming. Back in the kitchen we made paella and 2 tapas dishes (a cold soup and a dish with chick peas and spinach). The chef was very encouraging to everyone regardless of ability; even my shy teenage son participated with enthusiasm! Everyone in the class was friendly and it was nice to chat to the other travellers. We were also shown how to make Sangria and a lovely dessert cocktail using lemon sorbet, Cava and mint. This experience was one of the highlights of our trip. I’m so glad I booked it!

What a wonderful way to experience Seville! It begins with a tour of the local market so you understand the ingredients you're about to work with. Then on to actual cooking, and even better, tasting! Truly a special experience I won't forget

Really fun class. It was a great experience for me and my family. It was a great way to learn about the culture and food of Spain. Had a few drinks and ate well too! I would highly recommend.

Ana and Edu at Taller Andaluz provided an excellent cooking class and cultural experience! We started with the market tour. I had thought it may just be a showcase of the different booths, but Ana also shared interesting facts and history about Spanish ingredients and products. Then, we met up with Edu to start the cooking. We learned how to make a chilled tomato soup, chickpea and spinach side (special for Semana Santa), paella, and a super easy, delicious dessert drink with cava and lemon sorbet. They were both super engaging and passionate about what they do. I also think the chickpea spinach dish may have been the tastiest item I ate during my trip in Spain.

We toured the oldest continuous market in Seville and then followed up with an excellent class in making traditional paella. The tour guide was excellent, good sense of humor and shared her expertise with the multi-national group very easily. The cooking class was excellent -- lots of time to accomplish very small chopping, stirring, and other food-prep tasks, with a glass of excellent Spanish wine on multiple occasions throughout the day.

My two friends and I cannot recommend this cooking class more - what a highlight of our week in Spain! Chef Leo and Daniela were fabulous in helping us to not only understand Spanish culinary culture and make great food, but also have a fantastic time doing it. We went back and bought items from the market and felt much more educated in our knowledge of food from Andalucía. We will be making these dishes at home! Thank you, Daniela and Chef Leo, for a fun day, good recommendations, and a great memory of Sevilla!

Arianna was our guide on the tour and she was excellent - lots of energy and shared lots of new information about many of the products within the stalls of the market. The cooking class was fun and delicious. Our chef Leo had everyone involved and you definitely did not need to be an expert to participate. I'm looking forward to trying out the recipes when we get home, especially the soup. There were a lot of market visitors that stopped to watch and take pictures. I would recommend booking in advance if you can.

The cooking class is great! Thank you to Daniela for giving us a fun and great tour of the market, and to Chef Edu for sharing teaching us the dishes and giving us some great cooking tips. As you would hope it is highly interactive and you get to put together a few lovely dishes that all come together in a lovely way. I am looking forward to trying these recipes out when I get back.

Fantastic time! Ariana and Ari walked us through the market. Then Leo led the cooking class where we made a cold tomato soup, a delicious spinach and chickpea dish and a traditional paella (with chicken, who knew?). Ariana and Ari made us a delicious sangria that we sipped throughout the cooking process. We ended the meal with a refreshing mint, lemon ice cream and cava concoction that was the sweet ending to an absolutely fabulous couple of hours.

I walked through the Market on my own and found it quaint, and then, during the tour, my senses were opened to experience so much more! Learn to identify the right ingredients and take them home to make your authentic recipes. The staff gave us confidence to create a spectacular meal.

We had sooo much fun. The tour of the market was not only fun, but educational. We learned a ton about olive oil, spices and Iberian Jamon (100% Acorn Fed is the BEST). The cooking, eating and drinking was a blast. We met lots of great people and cooked an awesome meal consisting of Gazpacho, Spinach and Chick Peas and of course, Traditional Paella. The chef was very funny and super qualified to lead and teach the group. The sangria was delicious as well. They were aware of food allergies and made sure everyone was taken care of. Five stars!!!

An excellent class. The chefs and assistants all knowledgeable and very friendly, made it a great group experience. I recommend it highly. And good to do early in a visit to Seville, as they give out many excellent recommendations. Would do it again!

Great way to learn more about Anadulisian and Spanish cuisine. Teachers were very kind, engaging, and helpful. Cant recommended enough!
