Tasting real paella was the highlight. The ‘cold soup’ was out of this world. Highly recommend if spending some time in Sevilla.

This was absolutely one of the highlights of our trip! We had so much fun cooking together, and the food was surprisingly delicious considering that we had prepared it ourselves (with quite a bit of help and direction, of course). Maria and Dani were wonderful guides—would absolutely recommend!

We throughly enjoyed our cooking class and dinner with Taller Andaluz de Cocina in Seville. Chef Pedro & Noelia were knowledgeable and fun. We enjoyed learning about and making Salmorejo, Spinach with Chickpeas & Paella Valencia. Everything was delicious, including homemade Sangria and a Lemon Sorbet with Cava drink for dessert. Our class was a small class of only 12 adults which made it intimate and fun. The facility inside the Triana food market was modern, clean and very comfortable. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Spain. Lauren & Selwyn

The paella + class was excellent! I went with my husband, 22 year old son, and a family friend. Everything was so well prepped and organized. At the end of the night, we enjoyed the meal we prepared together and I found it to be so much more fun than sitting in a restaurant. I've just printed out the recipes and will be recreating this! Pedro was easy to understand, patient, and super talented. Thanks so much, highly recommend!

I loved the class! The tour of the market was informational and fun, I really enjoyed the historical aspect of the market and the recipes as well. It felt very immersive. I enjoyed the group cooking as well since I am not an exceptional chef. There is a task for everyone to do and we cook and eat together!

The preparation of a 3-course meal was tons of fun. We actually picked up a new recipe option, a cold tomato-based soup, which everyone in our party thought was simply amazing. Our master chef was very accommodating and handled the preparation of a separate, vegetarian paella with ease. The only recommendation would be to start the wine flow earlier in the session, to open up the conversation and generation of laughs.

We had a wonderful time learning how to cook traditional Spanish dishes from locals with all the tips and tricks. The class was easy to follow, with a small group of students from around the world. And a tasty meal to finish! They include a handy list of local jaunts to visit as well, would recommend to anyone visiting Seville.

A fun evening of socializing, learning, and tasting. A great way to meet fellow travelers, learn Spanish culture and try new cuisine while enjoying yourself. Would recommended this activity. Even if you don’t cook you can do this. The food was great and time went so quick. It was a wonderful evening.

Learning to cook Spanish specialties with Dom was entertaining, delicious and educational! The recipes did not seem overly complicated and we even learned how to debone chicken! Can’t wait to try some at home!

I am a seasoned cook. This class was less than basic. Only thing I learned was how to bone a chicken thigh and drumstick. Rest of the class was not very informative. Paella, which I adore, was below average. Chickpea and spinach side dish was okay, soup starter was not good. It will be interesting to see if the recipes, which are supposed to be emailed to us, have any specific instructions and measurements. The lemon ice cream blended with cava and mint dessert was rather dull. Sangria was good, but there was very little of it. all in all I would not waste my time.

Ana (with Pedro's congenial assistance) ran a terrific class and dinner. Ana's a born teacher and performer who made us laugh while teaching us how to make three dishes and letting us peek inside the soul of Spanish cooking. Unlike some classes, she put us to workk in prepping ingredients and literally stirring the (paella) pot. I even learned hands-on how to debone a chicken. The salmorejo, spinach & garbanzas and chicken paella were delicious, the company congenial, the setting in a comfortable kitchen classroom at the Triana market was superb.

Excellent way to learn how to cook Spanish food, but more than that because the workshop host told us many things about food and Spain, Cooked salmorejo, spinach wtih chickpeas, chicken paella and a lemon dessert. And then we ate it all. Entertaining. Good value. We did the evening session. Highly recommend.
