The Glacier hike was the highlight of this trip. Easy walk, slow and steady climb and the driver/guide Thomas (British) is a professional ice climber. Great experience hiking the Glacier. Its a must do if you are in Icleand . Thomas is very accommodating and friendly.

Valerio was an amazing guide with a strong affinity for Iceland and the awesome landscapes. Thoroughly recommend this adventure.

Really felt a part of nature with this tour, and we were able to stop at Vik for something to eat. I was a little scared because of the risk of falling into a cravasse, but we went up the glacier and had a great time.

My husband & I had done a similar tour back in May 2013; this time we had our 9 yr old son along, and wanted him to experience the glacier first-hand. What a grand day it was! Michal made it extra-special. He has a great knack (skilled talent) for engaging folks in Icelandic history and culture, while driving! He told us his personal story about moving to Iceland 10 yrs ago from his native Czech Republic, and it's obvious that he deeply loves his adopted land. His patience with all of us never wore thin (and his willingness to answer all of my questions) for the whole long day, and his optimism and sense of humor, love of nature and all things Icelandic, was contagious. This was an amazing tour of the South Coast. Even though we aren't the fittest people in the world, Michal made sure to get us onto the glacier for some pictures and memories. Michal was amazing! Very informative, fun, and skilled! He led us on a fantastic hike up the glacier, answering all of our questions and making sure we were completely safe! He gave us plenty of time at the remaining stops to explore. Beautiful experience, but definitely need to be fit enough for the hike up.

I had an unforgettable trip. Valerio was our guide, and he did an excellent job of driving us smoothly to our various destinations and helping us make the most of each location. He gave us tips on how to best spend our time at each location, and he took great photos of us on the glacier. His focus on safety was also top-notch. Our group had 2 young kids and during the glacier hike, he made sure they stayed close to him while keeping them engaged. He also communicated lots of information during the glacier hike in a fun, engaging way, and had great humor. Highly recommend this trip, the planned itinerary is a perfect way to see all these sights. This is a full-day trip, from 8 am to 8:30 pm, and the glacier hike is moderately physically taxing. Recommend bringing lots of water and snacks.

Nice views and a experience to remember while walking on top of the glacier. Valerio showed us how to use the gear and how to travel safely on ice.

We’ve just had the most brilliant day with tour guide Valerio. I am travelling with my two, 12 year old sons. Valerio was a friendly, upbeat, positive guide that thought of everything. He took great care of us and shared many interesting facts about the places we visited. We felt safe, entertained and 100% satisfied with the service he gave. Highly recommend.

The whole experience ls amazing. We had lots of fun with amazing people and wonderful vibes, especially from our tour guide Valerio. The way he was telling us about the places and history hidden within each place just helped building that expectation… when reality was met, it was over the moon. This was the best tour and tour company ever! They were by far the most personable company we interacted with, and we chatted with the owner of the company when we had questions about the tour (he was super friendly and enthusiastic). Our tour guide Valerio was also super organized, down-to-earth, and fun to explore the glacier with. The glacier itself was amazing as well. We had so much fun and when we (hopefully) come back to Iceland we’re definitely going back to this company.

An amazing day, even though the weather was bad, south coast, waterfalls and Glacier were awesome, a must do, make sure you explore the waterfalls fully. Big shout out to guide Hendric (apologiess if I spelt your name wrong). I left my phone on the minibus, it was dropped off at my hotel reception 15 mins later.

While the South Coast Adventure was fantastic it was a long day. We saw two beautiful waterfalls, opting to walk up the 400+ steps where the view was terrific and we were gifted with a rainbow over the waterfall as well as a visit to the Black Sand Beach. The highlight of the day was a two hour glacier trek. We were outfitted with a helmet (Helpful in the ice cave), crampons (essential for walking on ice), harness (safety in case of an issue) and the axe (mostly for balance). The trek was beautiful and I totally recommend. Our guide Hendrick had many stories to tell and made the day fun and entertainment. Certainly a highlight of our visit to Iceland.
