Super great event - well organized, informative, entertaining. Location is beautiful, everything is clean, nice guides. There was also mozzarella tasting and wine.

Our cooking instructor Luigi was funny, personable, entertaining and informative!! He made the class very enjoyable and got everyone laughing the whole time. He also was very knowledgeable about the specific ingredients to make a good dough and how to prepare it. We had good wine and homemade mozzarella with different olive oil tastings for starters and finished off with our own personal pizza :)
