It was my first time in Bali and Henni planned and arranged all my car transfers with tours. Two of which is with one of her team member (Adi) and one with Henni herself. Fun road trips! They know the best spots to visit in Bali and take good social media pictures and videos too. Henni is accommodating and a wonderful sister!

Just brilliant! We spent 5 days in total with Henni and her team during our first trip to Bali. I only wish I had met her sooner, her guidance was invaluable in planning our itinerary and was so helpful, especially for a first timer. Days out were made so easy, and Henni was really accommodating with any changes made-even making a special trip to buy souvenirs one day on the way back to our hotel. Her team are also great, they really worked hard to ensure they meet the high standards Henni sets for her client experience. We travelled as a family (with two teenagers) and we all really enjoyed our time with our guides, it felt like having friends in Bali. Hello, Not normally one to write or give reviews often but for Henni and her team we are happy to make an exception. If you are looking for another driver or someone to help you with your planning, Henni is the person you are looking for! Henni came to pick us up upon arrival in Denpasar and immediately it was a very warm welcome, she even brought a cookie for our little ones, so sweet! Immediately we felt very comfortable with Henni, what a pleasant and sweet woman! Henni took us to our hotel and the next morning she came to pick us up with fresh fruit for the whole family! Henni took such good care of us! Always perfectly on time and very helpful! Nothing was too much! It felt like a friend took us through beautiful Bali. Also our son had a fantastic connection with Henni, when we had to say goodbye after a few days there was a huge cry from Henni and our son. Then 1 of Henni's people, Gede, took over from Henni. He brought us safe and sound to Lovina despite the heavy rain. Also about Gede nothing but praise! A warm, sweet man to whom you could not ask too much for anything. Because of the heavy rainfall, the boats to Gili Air could not sail. Henni immediately gave us options and also immediately gave us a refund for the boat trip we didn't make, very correct and honest! We went to Sanur instead where we had a great time! Our boat trip to Nusa Penida and day trips there were perfectly arranged! Back in Sanur, Gede came to pick us up and took us to our accommodation in Uluwatu where we are still now. Henni is so sweet that she paid us another visit with gifts in Sanur and Uluwatu! ❤️ Thank you for everything Henni! We will miss you!

Usually I am the person who do not like spend a lots of money when traveling, as I like to do home work-research, make a plan myself, but when you going to Bali, special first time you need someone who knows everything- Henni and her team did much more what we expected. When we meet we straight away got connected, got great funny time, a lots of laugh and very deep conversations and on the end of day we felt as a friends who knows each other ages. I am not talking about places where not overcrowded, max we have to wait it was probably 10 min, but also about the places not everyone knows...The service we got in places-amazing as we was treated as VIP. This was the first time we came to Bali. We did alot of research and called alot of tour guides but Henni was the ONE that stood out. Her demeanor over the phone was pleasant, knowledgeable and logical in her ideas for planning our trip. She was very transparent off her cost and worked with us to make the perfect itinerary. When we met her in person we knew we made the right choice. She sticks to the time and never cuts corners on what we want to do. There were plenty of times we made changes to the itinerary but she never complained once. She went with agenda and wanted us to feel how special it is to be in Bali. There were times when we only had card but she didnt hassle about money, she gave us Cash and let us know that we can pay her at the last day for anything outside the agreed amount. Henni is not greedy and only cares for her clients experience. Bali is lucky to have a ACE tour guide and we were lucky to find her. At the end of our trip she became family. I went to Bali last december and came back on April this year just because I couldnt get enough of this beautiful island. I chose Henni to organise my trip again cause I know that I could trust on her and the service she and her team provide is beyond quality. They showed me and my boyfriend around the beautiful Nusa Penida, stunning Lekeleke and banyumala waterfalls, and the amazing Jatiluwih rice terraces. They know when to visit a tourist spot on its perfect time to avoid big crowds. And they have perfect suggestions of restaurants that serves good food and that has wonderful views. And we made a last minute plan to do a Silver Making Class and Henni made a way for us to make that unforgettable experience happen. It was our first time in Bali and we booked a 5 days tour with Henni - 3 days with one of her drivers Puja and 2 days with Henni herself. We had a great experience. She is very thoughtful and caring, very easy to talk to and knows a lot of interesting stories about Bali and Balinese culture. She will plan your itinerary for you, but will also listen and take into account your wishes. We didn’t even have to worry about arranging tickets for Kecak dance or Elephant mud fun - they were pre-reserved and arranged for us, which was great. Can strongly recommend Henni and her services for anyone looking to have a great, worry free time in Bali.

Time flies and it's been 6 months since I took my first solo trip, but I like to think back to that time in Bali. I'm not going to lie, it's not always easy or fun to travel all by yourself. So I decided to get some tour experience. I saw a picture of Henni on Facebook and liked her immediately. I booked a day tour and she showed me some really nice places on the beautiful island. This time with Henni was very special and rewarding. She is such a friendly and warm person and to me she was more like a friend than a tour guide. When I was struggling with really a bad accommodation late at night, Henni did her best to help me. I may come back one day, and I would definitely book a tour with her again. We previously booked Henni for three days of tours during May 2022. We had no hesitation in booking Henni again for our second trip to Bali in March 2023, including airport pickup and drop off, and a tour for almost every day of our 11 day stay in Bali! Henni prepared an itinerary which checked off all of the places we wanted to see, and even more. Some days we went with Henni, and other days we went with Henni’s drivers whom we could not fault. A special highlight of the trip was our healing day at Sideman. When I was unwell with Bali Belly, Henni still visited our hotel and brought snacks and checked whether I was okay. She also went shopping for me, so I could simply relax beside the pool! Henni and her drivers are always on time, with a spotless vehicle and snacks in the car, and they all spoke excellent English. We have already booked our next trip to Bali at the end of the year, and are already booking our next dates with Henni!
