My wife and I (early 40’s) love doing local tours to get the lay of the land. Having some context explained to us while we drank beer made our experience full and enriching. Danny was an excellent guide! His learned experiences in soho really made us feel like we were partying with the locals. Thanks also to the great other tourists who stuck around afterwards for a few more beers and a laugh. Thanks Danny! I recommend doing this tour if you enjoy beer and socialising.

Carlos was an extremely entertaining guide. His stories were at a performance level, making the tour and history come to life! He ran a little competition as we traversed through SoHo, getting folks involved. Each of the pubs visited in SoHo had a wonderful selection of beers, and Carlos was happy to make recommendations based on each person’s preferences. He gave musical history as well as pub and brewing history in every stop. He chatted intimately with every guest on the tour, and likewise shared information about himself. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I would give it 5+ stars out of 5. E sure to request a tour time with Carlos!

Wonderful small group tour led by Tom in the exciting SOHO area. He did an excellent job - we recommend this to anyone! We also drank beers in 4 pubs and learned lots of music history.

We joined the tour on Sunday 28 April with Sy as our guide. 5 Star experience from beginning to end. Sy is eloquent, witty and shares his extensive knowledge of Soho and its history with charm. We visited pubs that we had never seen before, went down lanes that were totally unfamiliar (despite our having spent time in the area before), and learned about some of the music and musicians that have frequented the pubs, clubs, and coffee houses in this incredible part of London. We also now know good pub quiz facts about Mozart's visit to London when he was 8 years old. Well done Sy. Highly recommended.

Simply the best! A magical musical mystery tour around Soho led by the brilliant 'you can call me Al'. He deserves his own 1 man show! He welcomed all of us with a very informative and friendly chat at the beginning and then entertained us with stories of the famous rock stars who had used (and abused) London in their musical career. We visited their pubs and clubs stopping off for a welcome drink and listened to even more facts and funny anecdotes behind the history of the pubs. He encouraged us to join in and we hung on his every word as everything was so well delivered and entertaining. What a star and what a tour. We shall never forget it. Highly recommended.

This tour was phenomenal. Our tour guide Sy was the most welcoming, knowledgeable, and kindhearted leader I have ever met on a tour. We learned so much about London’s history and musical landscape while enjoying Sy’s fabulous beer recommendations. This tour was truly a highlight of my entire trip. Thank you, Sy!

Aqualad aka Tom was one of the best tour guides Ive ever had in all my travels. Great storyteller, very friendly, involves the entire group. He made our experience through SoHo in London feel like we were all hanging out as best friends creating great memories together while sharing interesting and knowledgeable stories. I’d definitely do this tour again, especially with Tom.

Really enjoyed this tour, taking in a few pubs and learning about the history of this busy area of London. Our guide Tom had a wealth of historical knowledge of the area and shared some interesting background and stories related to the traditional pubs that we visited. His bright and confident manner plus a few humorous stories kept the whole group engaged throughout and we all agreed that we would highly recommend this tour.

My family and I had an absolutely AMAZING TIME on this tour with Tom. From the first minute we could tell he had the personality we were hoping for. Super friendly and gracious with tons of information about SOHO’s cool history. The laughs were never ending and we are still talking about the tour and re-living the day. If you are looking for a slightly different tour and a fun afternoon (not to mention a bit of drinking) you must give this a try. … and do yourself a favor and try to get Tom as your guide. You will definitely not regret it. Would give 10 starts if I could.

The tour was superb and one of the best ways to spend a few hours getting to know Soho history and music scene across the years . Thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The tour choice of Soho music scene was such a good one full of interesting, traditional pubs (that you dont see now) venues and snippets of info (little tipple had in each.... what's not to like!!). Tom (Aqualad) was the best....very friendly, great to listen to in his delivery of the facts surrounding the venues and above all was fun. I would definitely like to partake in some other tours with the same work group and friends as it was indeed a great night!!
