Couldn’t do the trip as the waves were too choppy and didn’t even get a refund. Absolute joke told us it would be in our bank with a few days and never received a penny

EU We booked a snorkeling tour around koh tao for just under 1000 baht per person. The advantage was that you went with a small group (Max 25, we were less) and arrived before the ships with many more tourists. The team was very friendly. Our first stop was Nang Yuan island. We were the first tourists. There is an extra fee of 250/person on the island. Unfortunately when returning to the ship I tripped and fell into the boat. No one was to blame, it was just bad luck. As confirmed later, I broke my wrist in the fall. Everyone was very helpful, thanks to pur Guide, who Tool Good care of me. They called a boat which took me back to the island. There was already waiting an employee of Oxygen, unfortunately I do not remember her name, but I would like to thank her for the very caring and prudent care!!! Oxygen has its own insurance for the participants of their tours. Everything was arranged for me, I did not have to worry about anything!!! Despite my personal misfortune, I highly recommend the tour and the staff! I thank you again for the good service!

Afternoon tour was great. It was better than we expected. Staff was friendly and helpful! We saw sharks, turtles and many corals, fishes. It was not too crowded.

We are both happy and a bit dissatisfied with the tour. The total cost of the tour was 900 baht as you have to pay a fee to enter Nangyuan Island that’s 250 baht. The food was good and they offered free water, bring a bottle with you to refill as they only had small glass on board. The snorkeling locations was okay. It was very shallow on 2 of the stops and we saw nearly nothing but we did see turtles on Shark Bay which was very nice. Be prepared on that it is 120 persons on the boat if you choose the tour that costs 650 baht, it was chaos when boarding the boat. We got picked up from our hotel 09:40 and the boat had not left the pier when the clock was 10:50. Due to the amount of people, it was a bit hard to snorkel and it was chaos when someone screamed that they saw a turtle and everyone rushed to it. I don’t recommend this trip if you have children, but if you are an adult it can be an okay choice. I don’t know about other tours but I recommend you to look around a bit and don’t just take the first you see as we did. They give you a free snorkel set which was good. The fee for losing it was 1300 baht so make sure to keep an eye on it. I would say that the experience was great in the end due to that we saw turtles which was our goal, but the tour itself was not good.

Amazing day! Saw turtles, black tip reef sharks and plenty of fish. Really interesting way to see the island. The boat team are super helpful and made the trip very enjoyable! They also take fab photos under the water of you for free and send them over on Google drive after the day

Very well organised and an energetic crew (playing great music). A crew member joined the snorkelling and explained/identified the fish and coral we saw.

Beautiful views, we saw corals, fish and turtles. Lunch food was good, staff was very friendly and gives everyone free access to amazing pictures. Definitely recommend it!

It was a really nice snorkling trip! The view on the top of Koh Nagyuan was brilliant and it was nice that the crew was there to make pictures as well. The crew was really nice and the food was good! The spots for snorkling were pretty! we saw many baby sharks and a very BIG turtle!!! WOW! Thank you again for everything! Also the pictures afterwards were cool. Thank you! I would do it again ;)

I had a great time on the snorkel tour. I saw a sea turtle and many baby sharks - next to wonderfull beaches and coral. The operator was great and there was water and food provided. Great tour - would definitely do it again

So much to see.. by far the best snorkeling I've done in Asia. Very impressive. There is alot of people on the tour so if you want a smaller tour you should book the 25 person small group tour. It was still great though. We saw 2 turtles, anemones and so many amazing fish. Loved it.

Visited 5 amazing snorkelling spots. Tour guide was very kind and helped us find a couple of turtles in Shark Bay, also took some great underwater pictures! Food offered on the boat was good. Would recommend.

The boat was a completely different boat than described, food was left out in the sun and became inedible, the driver was smoking bongs whilst driving and the guide didnt explain anything properly. Viator did nothing to help.

Very good trip, the snorkelling was great and the viewpoint was worth the small trek up. It was raining heavily during our trip but the staff did the best to still make this a great day out. We even managed to see a turtle! With the staff taking underwater pictures of people with the turtle, pictures are also free. Great trip would recommend.

This is the best snorkel tour I have ever experienced. Such beautiful sites! Crew members take care of us excellent. for me and my husband who don’t know how to swim they even take us to the beautiful site to see color reef, fishes, turtles…..all we have to do is just hold on the float board and relax. We feel very safe and grateful for the whole day tour.

Great experience. We saw huge turtles, baby sharks snd tons of fishes of all color. Also the pick up service and the pictures were perfect! Totally recommend

WE chose the premium trip so WE were a Small group in the boat which is very very nice, you leave a little earlier then the big boats so you are before the big group in the nice Spot! The staff was very nice and took great care of US! You event have someone WHO Snorkel with you so you can See the best ! You gave a shower and some towels! Very good and tasty lunch! Perfect day, i really recommend!!!!!

Great staff, hard working. Full day of opportunity to see the island from the sea. Fun trip with at least 4 snorkling opportunities on the day I went. The large size of the group and the poor behaviour of some made me very sorry for the turtles that were surrounded. More encouragement should be given not to harass the wildlife. Loved the efforts to limit single use plastics onboard though.
