Our guide Amanda was very knowledgeable and pointed out details in the museums that we never would have found on our own. Great tours of Natural History and Air and Space!

Our guide Tim was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Smithsonian Tour. Loved seeing Lucy and the Hope Diamond. Very worthwhile and highly recommend.

The museum is very beautiful, very interesting. It was an excellent option to take a private tour. We learned a lot, Rebecca was an excellent speaker. The opportunity for improvement is related to the time of the tour, I understood that it would be two hours, however Rebecca only agreed to about 1:30.

Maureen was awesome... took my son and nephew and they had a BLAST! Great story teller and lots of great energy.

Rebecca was a very informed guide, very professional and enthusiastic and prompt. She took us to. Exhibits that were interesting and on her best list. The only change I would suggest is less time and explanation at the Wright exhibit where she shared interesting minutiae about the brothers and others but not terriblyintesting as most Americans (and maybe this only applicance to us vs foreign visitors which I doubt) have a good understanding fo their flight history, while more time in the Space sector would have been more illucidating. overall very happy with the tour and her!

From the very beginning this was a seamless experience. Our guide Richard was amazing. From lining up an hour before the tour started so we were first in line to all the amazing stories he told us through the day - this is the reason you NEED to book a tour. If you have limited time to see everything this is the only way to do the Smithsonian. Cant recommend enough

Richard was our tour guide. He was very informative about the history of both of the museums we attended with him. And he added a special touch, by telling amazing stories during the tour. We enjoyed a full day with Richard! He was great.

Rebecca did a great job. She was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She guided us through the vast space expertly. She shared knowledge not on the display. All in all a fantastic day!

Richard was our guide, and he’s just one of those genuine people you like within seconds of meeting them. It was a pleasure to spend the day with him - so much that I tried to convince him to ditch other plans he made to join us for dinner. You get it. We like Richard. But was he a good tour guide? YES. The tour of the air and space museum was very important and exciting for my teenage daughter, so he made every effort to keep her fully engaged. He really knows his stuff - I could have never learned as much by wandering through the museum without a guide. I know this because I’ve been there several times. In museums I tend to look at stuff, get bored quickly, and move on to the next thing. But nothing is boring with Richard. We then went to the American History museum, which I thought would be less interesting - but it was a great experience and we learned a lot. I think I liked it just as much as the air and space museum, but I know that would not be true if we did not have Richard as our guide. Certainly not if we had that guide behind us… I literally thanked Richard for not being annoying like that other guy. We did multiple tours with other companies during this trip, but the clear winner for best guide goes to Richard. Ask for him if you can. I’m not sure if they work that way because we just got lucky, but it’s worth a try. I guess I’ve said Richard’s name quite a few times in this review, but I’m not changing it. He really made this trip so much better than it would have been because of his knowledge, recommendations, and other efforts.

We found this tour excellent- we loved the details that the guide share and Rebecca’s great attitude and interesting way of weaving facts - real life experiences and history together- created such a rich experience as a visitor - made our trip to DC much more interesting and fun !

Richard Robinson was excellent - great tour guide and made the day an amazing experience. If you book the private tour do yourself a favor and request Richard (or R3!).

Richard was amazing! We had two families do the combo tours with 6 kids! Richard was amazing with the kids and extremely patient! He was knowledgeable and able to give us some cool memories with the family! We would 100% book again and special request Richard for a great tour!

There was so much to love about this tour, but hands down the best part was our tour guide Richard Robinson III!! He was absolutely fantastic. He was able to keep my two kids interested in everything was saw that day (and it was a lot to see) We will defiantly be coming back once the renovations to the Air & Space Museum are complete!!

Our day started off great! Richard met us at the Air and Space Museum by being the first person in line! He was such a good tour guide and so knowledgeable on both locations….we totally enjoyed our day! He makes the day very enjoyable and we walked away being so glad that we booked this tour.

Richard was the host with the most! His ability to weave stories into the tour brought the exhibits to life. His self deprecating humor along with anecdotal narratives added another level of engagement that was very much appreciated and enjoyed. Thank you Richard!
