I enjoyed the trip to vineyard best. Our guide, Antonio, was excellent and explained everything to us, allowing lots of time for questions. The wine itself was lovely. We had lovely travelling companions and no purchases were forced on us.

Excellent guide, nice visit to Silves, good wine tasting. I do not like to write long reviews and dislike the minimum limit of characters in this field.

From the minute we got in the van until the minute we were dropped off, Antonio could not have been more charming, interesting and fun. It was a great tour with a surprise stop in Silves which turned out to be a highlight! The wines we tasted were excellent and Antonio’s explanation of the wine making process was exceptionally good!! We would definitely do a tour with Antonio again. 10 stars out of five!!!

Our guide, Antnio, was very knowledgeable about the region and the wines. He led the wine making tour at the winery after we tasted four delicious wines, one of which is up for a reward for the second year in a row. We spent some time in Silves touring an old Moorish castle and a cathedral. Being springtime in Portugal, the countryside was just starting to bloom, and there were storks everywhere with eggs in their nests. I highly recommend this tour with Antnio.

Antonio was lovely, the trip was really fun and I would definitely recommend going. The wines were really great and it was fantastic to see the how they were produced. This was much different to other wines tours I have been on as the winery was a small batch maker so the facility and vineyard was smaller and more intimate. It was great to also see the small town of Silves which was included within the trip.

A fun and informative tour of the town of Silves and a winery. We enjoyed both. The castle in Silves is big and worth visiting. Very knowledgeable tour guide and good wine. Recommended!

We had a lovely time visiting Silves and the vineyard. Antonio was a wonderful guide, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He told us about the area,the history and of course about the wines. Amazing tour! The vineyard was set in beautiful surroundings and was incredibly peaceful. The wine and tapas were delicious. There was a nice small group of us and the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Antonio was a wonderful guide! Very knowledgeable about the region’s history, people, places, and wine. He took us to a lovely little vineyard that produces 60,000 bottles annually where we enjoyed the hospitality, views, and the tasting. The Sauvignon Blanc and the reds were delicious. After, Antonio drove us to Silves where we had a chance to wander around for an hour before meeting up to return to Lagos. We enjoyed a lovely afternoon!

What an awesome experience! The tour was amazing - not only did we taste fabulous wine but got an inside look at how it is produced. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Lagos and would recommend it to anyone interested in seeing the countryside, having a fabulous and friendly tour guide, and enjoying wonderful wine. A day later we went to a restaurant that served wine from this winery and couldn’t wait to have another glass! Highly recommend.

Such a lovely day visiting a part of the Algarve that we haven’t been to before. If you love wine then this is for you. Absolutely great experience. Our host / driver was extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to spend some time with. The van was nice, clean and cold a/c. I love a "small group" because you have an opportunity to meet everyone. The tour of the vineyard and wine making operation after the tasting really made for a nice experience that connects you with the wine. Ending with a 10th century castle is pretty cool. Highly recommend this one!

Fantastic day with António visiting Silves castle and then on to a beautiful winery. António has to be one of the best guides of any trip we’ve done. He provided so much interesting information in a way that was easy to absorb and with good humour. Communication was really good prior to collection with a hotel pick up provided. Visiting the castle was enjoyable with great views. At the winery we were treated to a variety of wines with a helpful explanation from the staff their for each one. A plate of meat and cheese was given to accompany. We came away with several bottles of wine and feeling very happy with the day overall when we said our goodbyes to António. A really genuine person with every part of the trip being enjoyable and informative.

A lovely afternoon with a pleasant and knowledgeable host and luckily or fellow passengers were fun too . Great to see Silves again and the winery staff were friendly and the wines were lovely.
